I have Katya cat sit my 6 cats when we are away. She is exceptional with her care. She loves my cats & plays with them when she is here. I am very particular about my fur babies, they are my family so having someone I can trust with them is monumental. I love her like a Granddaughter. The first time I met her I knew she would be absolutely great with my babies. She is the best there is!

My experience with Katya has always been super positive. Whether i’m giving plenty of notice or in a pinch, she is always willing to help. I have two guinea pigs, so finding care for them is harder than I had originally anticipated. After meeting for a consolation (which was so kind of her to offer), I have had a phenomenal experience with her care. My guinea pigs always return happy and healthy (sometimes sad that they’re leaving her). I just appreciate how attentive Katya is to their needs!! Highly recommend!!

Katya and her team are fantastic! She’s accommodated me on EXTREMELY short notice more than once, a total godsend. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the amount of care she does. I love getting the pictures of my sweet girl when she’s on a walk or snuggling on the couch. I’ve used her for drop-ins, dog walking and overnight boarding. All have been fantastic experiences.

I hired this company and I was told the fee was $150 total but the babysitter who came and showed up to collect the remaining money said oh no ma’am it’s only $120 and I had 150 in the envelope, I rearranged my vacation to go away on August 27 to the 30th so that I could use the same babysitter Until I found out that the owner would not let up on collecting that extra $30 she was bent on communicating with me every day to get a $30 fee when I gave them 120 because of the babysitter saying oh no, you don’t need to give 150 I gave $120 She says I’ll just use the extra 30 for my Tip. I had arrangements to meet the babysitter to pay her on Saturday and this owner Katika was relentless on trying to collect that additional $30 from me. I already had it set up between the babysitter and I we were doing just fine until Katika got involved so if you wanna Cooperative Company who has their act together who communicates with their employees so they don’t try to charge their client more money than I would say go elsewhere because the owner of this company is not someone you wanna deal with. They are more interested in getting your money than they are and taking care of your dog

Katya took wonderful care of our black lab while we were gone for a long weekend at the beach! She sent updates with photos or videos with every visit which was very reassuring to know he was doing well. Would definitely recommend Katya to care for your pets and will have her come back again!

My dog Buckley is 12 years old and has never stayed with anyone except my brother. I was concerned he would be unhappy and worried staying anywhere else. He was very content and happy with Kat at Barks & Parks and seemed to bond with them right away. She sent pictures every day and updated me as to what she was doing with him. I felt very good knowing he was being taken care of and enjoying his stay. I would recommend Kat to give your fur baby a home atmosphere while you are away.

Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. He was wagging his tail and happy when we picked him up. A 5-star experience! Thanks Kat!

This was our first time boarding our furbaby, Nala, so we were naturally a bit nervous. From the first moment we met Kat, she put us at ease and left us with the impression that she would love on our dog..and we were right! Every day, she followed our instructions and suggestions to a “T”; taking our dog on two walks a day, spoiling her rotten. I think Nala still misses her! 😂 if we are in need of boarding again, Kat will be our first choice and would highly recommend Barks&Parks Pet Services!

Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. I definitely recommend Barks & Parks Pet Services based on my experience.

Our dogs love Kat and her boyfriend. One of our dogs gets excited anytime she gets in the car now, thinking she’s headed to daycare. 5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!

Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.

Laura came to petsit our 4 dogs while we were away for a week in August 2024. We were SOOO pleased with her services! She sent us several pictures and updates every day which really put our minds at ease while we were away. 5 stars for MFPS hands down!!! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We’ve now used Mortizen Family Pet Sitting twice and have had amazing experiences both times. After having a really terrible experience with a different pet sitter, we were extremely hesitant to trust someone with our three pups again. However, every single person that we’ve worked with or spoken to at MFPS has been exceptional to work with. They have clear communication and we really appreciated the follow up ensuring we were pleased with the service. We had a different sitter both times, but they both communicated thoroughly, sent pictures, and you could tell they loved up on our pups. We are thankful that we found them and now don’t have to stress that our boys won’t get amazing care while we are away. We will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend using their services!

Moritzen Family Pet sitting took care of my 5 month old puppy like she was a member of their family. I was initially nervous because my pup was so young, but Laura abated all my fears with her daily pictures and in depth notes daily after her visit. Wonderful experience with MFPS. My girls were well taken care of (along with flower and strawberry watering, mail and newspapers brought in). Eye drops given to one of my girls. Loved the twice a day updates. Communication prompt. When we got home and opened the door the girls facial expressions told us they were disappointed we were home. They were looking for their new best friend Tyler. I will definitely utilize their services again. Highly recommend. 💜

This place is awesome. The couple that runs the place really cares about your pets. Our dog always looks great when we pick him up. They have great communication about your pet during their stay so you will have a worry free time. This is our favorite boarding spot. A MUST use if you have pet(s) you need to board.

I have had bad experiences in the past with o bels but Besa Pets has been above and beyond! My dog Clove has some separation anxiety and can be high strung, every time I drop her off at Besa Pets, she is beyond excited to see the owners! She always tries to stretch over the counter to see them! She never seems super stressed when I pick her up either which is a huge relief! I would recommend Besa Pets to anyone who asks. The owners are fantastic and you can tell how deeply they care for your pets!

The owners are incredibly responsive and professional. Each dog gets ample play time, water, and attention! Their pricing is reasonable. I am so happy to have found them. It is also a smaller facility, which is a better fit for our dog.

I used Besa Pets for the first time to board my two huskies for 9 days and my dogs came back home happy and healthy. They had excellent communication, answered all my questions, made sure my dogs were safe in the yard and provided me with an update while I was away. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Reasonably priced as well compared to other nearby kennels and it was close to home, so it was a win all around!

We’ve boarded our dog a few times now and have zero complaints. The owners are super friendly and helpful and our dog comes home happy and healthy. We can tell our dog feels comfortable there and doesn’t get stressed, as she has at other larger boarding facilities. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The staff at Besa makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving your pet in their care. Owners/staff are friendly, responsive and have an obvious love for dogs. Our pup came home from a week long stay exhausted but HAPPY and completely himself… something we haven’t been able to say with every place we’ve boarded him. We will definitely be back.

I was nervous leaving my 2 dogs as I never tried a kennel before. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Pricing is fair and other kennels charge almost $75/day. I was happy to get compliments about my 2 dogs when I picked them up. I will recommend Besa to others and will use them again. Thank you Besa Pets!

We have loved the customer service with PetSmart so far! Our dog loves day camp and his overnight stays. They always remember him by name when we come in and they are always willing to update us on how he’s doing at his stays. The staff is wonderful! I recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is Thank you!!! Had to make a reservation a few days before the 4th of July weekend after driving for over 16 hours from Florida to visit family. My sisters dogs were not having it with a strange dog in her house. The staff at Petsmart PetsHotel took great care of my Shadow. My kids and wife were sad so I stopped by for a visit with them after Shadow’s 2nd day and he was a happy pup. Staff was very friendly, from the phone receptionist, the front desk at hotel, to the people in back. They answered all our questions and were really reassuring us that Shadow was in good hands. Best decision in short notice and it was worth it. When we picked him up to head back to FL he was bathed and got a goodie bag of treats with a report card!!! Will definitely use this place again in my future visits to PA.

I send my pups to this location occasionally and have never had an issue. Even if I have last minute plans, they are always able to accommodate. I go to Banfield for my pet's health needs so transferring information was easy.

Our dog Loki was a stray rescue we had picked up about a year and a half ago. We work really hard with Loki about his insecurities with humans and other dogs. We were very anxious to have him stay in any kennel. But let's face it. Everyone needs a Vaca. After researching we picked pets hotel at petsmart. We booked a 4 day 3 night stay. We added half day doggy day camp, doggy ice cream and a private suite. We packed up his huge comfy blanket and all his toys. I pre portioned food so there would be no issues. Off we went. We did receive two pictures of Loki. This was awesome but also had us missing our pooch. We returned Monday morning. We did get there earlier than we had said. But they were fine with that and had Loki packed up very quickly. Loki came out and had a huge smile on his face. For a minute he didn't want anything to do with us. Then he realized. Barking kisses and rolling on the ground quickly insude. He seemed healthy and happy. The girl who rung us out let us know key points to his stay. For example, Loki wouldn't poop inside, go figure :) But what impressed us is she took him outside and walked him instead then! Wow, going above and beyond! Thank you petshotel and all the employees! We now can take vacations with no worries and honestly it was reasonably priced.

Loved it! They sent me a picture of my puppy while I was on vacation and he received a goodie bag when we picked him up. Everyone knew him when walking out the store, I felt like he was very well taken care of.

First experience with boarding our 6yr old dog. The staff was very compassionate and sent me pictures and updates. I feel like she was under great care and they paid attention to her and her needs. She seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would highly recommend Oscars and will be using them again in future!

We take our yellow lab here for boarding. She has separation anxiety and I’m confident she is well loved and cared for while we are away. We had one poor experience but they followed up with me on it. It’s a beautiful location and the dogs all seem happy while there. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My husband and I take our 4 month old bully XL here to Oscers for the training classes and we thought we would give there nail salon a try and I was very impressed on how the staff took care of our puppy the staff are so caring sweet and I would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful private training with Michelle! Have been taking my German shepherd for a couple sessions now and have had nothing but great experiences here. Love their method of training and how much they care about treating animals the right way and teaching them correctly! Already seeing a huge improvement in Bailey and I am excited to keep bringing her here!

We had an excellent experience at Oscar's. It was our first experience here. Our groomer had hand surgery. Our friends bring their "fur ball" here and recommended Oscars.They were very friendly and groomed Molly just like she is normally groomed. Would highly recommend them.

Boarded the dog there for a week and he came out happy and tired from playing happily with the other dogs. Last time I boarded at the country club in manheim he came out to us scared and ge was sick. I'll never go there again. This time he was happy and seemed to enjoy his vacation here at oscars. Wish I would have taken him here sooner. Staff is friendly and efficient getting us in and out quickly without forgetting about fussing the dog- the most important part!

I tried to bring my dogs here to be groomed on a Saturday. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 am. They called me at 8 the day of to tell me they had cancellations and of I could bring the dogs in that would be great, this would not have been a problem but during the course of the conversation they told me I would need to drop the dogs off at 11 or before and would not be able to pick them up until 4-6. They said this is because "on Saturdays they only can check people out from 4-6pm." I asked them how long grooming takes and they said 2-3 hours. So then I asked what do my dogs do the rest of the time they are stuck there for no reason and they said they put them in crates. So if you're a first time customer here and have a morning appointment on a Saturday they will take your dog, from them and then force them to be in a crate for more hours than they are being groomed. I waited3 weeks for this appointment and had to cancel because my dogs get anxiety being locked in a crate. Never heard of another groomer wanting to hold your dogs because they can only check you out from 4-6. Definitely would not recommend trying to do business with this place.

We took our dog here for puppy classes and it was great. Michelle was a wonderful class instructor and would recommend her to anyone. They do group and private classes. Not unreasonable pricing either

This has been the best experience for dog boarding. The staff all care about the pets and the owners. Our puppo Lucy is excited to go there and spend time with the staff and other doggos. My heart feels full knowing she's in great hands with people who care about her.

Elizabeth is excellent. Whenever we are out of town, she stops by to look after our cats. She makes sure they have food, water, and get their meds. She even sends pictures of them to us, which is always appreciated! It’s nice to know that we have someone we can trust looking after our pets while we’re away. Elizabeth of Friend of a Friend Pet Care has been the best comfort for us every time we travel and have to sadly leave our fur kids behind. I have had the pleasure of using Friend of a Friend Pet Care for years! Our dear pet, Tigger, was a middle aged cat when Elizabeth first started to visit and take care of him while we were away. Her love for him and all animals was immediately apparent and I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. Over the years, as he got older and it was obvious his health was on the decline, Elizabeth took extra special care of him and communicated with me regularly when she stopped in to check on him. Recently we had to say goodbye to our beloved buddy and I swear Elizabeth was just as upset as we were to say goodbye. That means so much to a pet owner! Cannot recommend FOAF enough! Recently moved to the area and only wanted the best care for my 2 cats while my wife and I are out of town - well, I'm convinced I found it! Communication was tremendous all the way from my initial inquiry to house visits to follow up after returning from our trip. From the time Elizabeth stepped foot in our house I knew we'd made the right choice. Bottom line is if you're like me and are really picky about who to place trust in to come into your home and care for your pets, then your search is done. Couldn't recommend enough.

I heard about Chris and Dale through a friend and she highly recommended them. We met with them and decided our puppy, Maverick would stay with them for our vacation. Chris & Dale are absolutely terrific. My constant companion is Jake. He is 15 year old Jack Russell that is in great health but lost his hearing several years ago. That, his age and his tendency to get aggressive with other dogs made me nervous about leaving him in anyone’s care. They have now watched him several times and I have been completely at ease. Jake loves the other dogs and seems to enjoy his week long stays with them. They even were great about my computer generated instructions that may have made some people roll their eyes for sure! Thank you so much Chris & Dale for the love you show Jake, you guys are the best!

Reese is very friendly and active. We needed her to have something to do during the day while we are at work and thankful we were told about Chris and Dale. She loves going to daycare and playing with all the other dogs. She goes 5 days a week and she’s like family to them. Chris and Dale are the BEST! I trust them completely with Reese.

Chris and Dale watched our two boys for 9 days. Our vacation house changed weeks. Our normal sitter was no longer available. I didn't feel good about someone just coming to our house to let them out a couple of times a day. Thankfully, I found D&C Pet Sitters! Due to our boys being rescues, we did not want to board them. Sometimes, they do not do well with others. Our boys were welcomed to their family. They handled them so well. They were happy and healthy when we retured. Thank you so much!

Chris and Dale took such great care of our pups! They sent us Pictures each day and we felt comfortable knowing they were in a nice family environment, instead of cages. My puppy has hydrocephalus so he takes just a little more patients than your average puppy. They were fantastic from the beginning. Even going to the extra mile to research hydrocephalus so they knew some of the issues before I arrived for the meet and greet! Cannot say enough positive things about them. I received pictures and updates daily while away on vacation. Highly recommended!

Dale and Chris were very helpful on short notice with our puppy Lola. They invited us over for an initial meet and greet with their pups before giving us the green light. They sent us pictures and updates to keep us posted on how she was doing. They also were very understanding about a few oop sees she had during her stay. We will definitely call them again in the future.

I have my puppy at Chris house while I went to Hershey park. My puppy is very shy and not good at socializing with other dogs, so I worried about him when he is not with me. Chris has been taken care of him well, giving him sweaters when taking him out, feed him and sending his pictures to me during the day, and I am much more comfortable and feel reliable when I am not with my puppy! Chris is very professional and I would recommend to my friends of this place!

Inquired about bringing my dog in for Daycare. Was instructed I needed to schedule an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and told them I would be traveling to get there for the appointment. Received a call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment to cancel after I left work early to make the appointment at the time they requested. Unwilling to accomadate a he mistake and sent me on my way.

I cannot say enough good things about this place ! I am a travel nurse and I travel with my two rescue dogs Lincoln and Penny. They are both very sweet but have a lot of quirks. From the minute I expressed my hesitations due to their quirks the staff was immediately attentive to my concerns and willing to help my dogs (as well as myself) to be comfortable during their stay. For this reason I have become a repeat customer. The facility offers lots of extras which is great for dogs like mine who have separation anxiety and need extra TLC. Now when I pull in the parking lot my dogs cannot wait to jump out of the car, and it is due to the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism of this facility ! Additionally the grooming staff is amazing!! In the past I have had issues with groomers being able to get my dogs nails done, not at CCC. So grateful to have found this facility !

People are super friendly, very clean, and from what I have seen during the visit, the staff really take care of furbabies. Can't wait to utilize them

Our two kitties recently vacationed at the Windsor while we were on holiday at the beach. It is such an incredible comfort to know how well cared for they are while we are away! I am always so impressed how kind and compassionate the staff are (usually knowing every owner and dog by name when they walk in!) and I so appreciate how they don’t make a big deal of our senior cat’s “special needs”. :) They always make sure she is well loved! I can confidently say that our little feline friends are enjoying their own little cat-cation each time they stay at the Windsor. Thank you, to the loving and kind staff for all you do. Your big hearts for animals and animal lovers are evident to all and we so appreciate you! <3

My dog and cat stayed here once and it was very pleasant. They were extremely accommodating on a tight schedule, very friendly and the facility is clean and inviting. Even got pictures of finn having fun!

My dog loves swimming here. We book private swims for him and he couldn't be happier. The outdoor pool is amazing for the summer and I love that we can swim with him too. There are tons of toys and lots of lifejackets for dogs of all sizes. The indoor pool is available year round and fully stocked with toys and towels. The price is really affordable as well. Love coming here to make my dog's day!

Sassy had a great experience at Windsor Canine Country Club today. She had a bath and grooming. The staff is excellent and the dogs were having a wonderful time in the pool. The facility is first rate. Clean and well maintained. I highly recommend their services. We were traveling and booked an appointment a month in advance. Prices are excellent. It really is a pet country club 🐩🐈🐾

Great outdoor open swim dog pool for water loving dogs. But we look forward to later this summer seeing our pup use the outside larger pool that is currently underconstruction. There is also an indoor pool. Great friendly informative staff and wonderful facility for daycare and boarding. Highly recommend.

We took our almost 1 year old golden retriever swimming for the first time in the indoor pool. He loved it!

It's been several years since I had a dog, and Stella the Frenchie was just over a year old when we went on our first vacation since getting her. It was last minute and we simply lucked into the Windsor. Every other kennel was sold out months ago and as a last chance we decided to stop by the Windsor in person. As it were, there was a last minute cancelation and we grabbed it. The gal who met us was extremely personable and friendly and we didn't even have to ask for a tour - she insisted. We got an entire tour - they have nothing to hide - the entire place is impeccably clean. And everyone stopped and smiled as we walked by! The actual kennels seem normal - not too small, not too big, and they have an external access to the outside, within a small fenced-in area - kinda like a patio. But what impressed me most was twofold: 1) the cleanliness, 2) the staff. At the end of the day that's what matters, right? For some dollars extra you can get add-on things - we got an extra walk a day, treats, and some lap time - about $14 extra per day and well worth it. To sum it up: when I arrived after the one week we were gone - yes she was beyond exited to see me, but... As soon as I tried to leave the lobby the bulldog part kicked in and she refused to leave! She tugged on her leash hard and strained to go back inside! If she could talk, she was yelling "I don't wanna leave!" 🐶 The Windsor (or the original Canine Country Club) for sure will be our forever choice for our dogs in the future.

New to this place and so far 10/10. All of the staff are friendly and engaged, we have a greyhound who can get overstimulated, but they pay attention to how each dog is handling its environment and proceed accordingly. So happy to have found Canine Country Club!

Worst place ever, after all these years I can't believe this place still hasn't been shutdown. Yep leaving a review after years, because pretty sure owner removed the one I left after they had kennel cough so bad my dogs almost died. My vet was so mad he wanted to call them. Owner was such a jerk on phone that he told us to never come back(like I was gonna! Lol) after finally paying for vet bills. Of course he didn't agree to that with my wife, I had to call! If you love your dogs never take them here!! I saw a review at another dog boarding place just recently that trashed this place too for the same thing so its obviously still the same. Reminded me to come back and leave another review. Don't bother responding with anything, I don't care, just trying to save someone else's dogs from that.

Spent over 2 hours registering on there website setting up new accounts logging in vet records to book a boarding stay. Only to find out that they were not accepting new pets. No apologies or any type of consolation or compromise was given. A complete waste of my time. I guess I will be sending them an invoice.

This was my first time having my dog Rocky stay here and I am very pleased . The booking process was super easy and everyone was very friendly . Rocky tends to be very anxious when he gets boarded and is usually out of sorts when he first comes home . This was definitely a great experience for him he came home happy as a clam ! He also smelled nice and fresh . I will definitely be booking again for our Next vacation in the winter . Thank you Canine Country Club for taking great care of Rocky !! 🐾🐾

Left our dog overnight to let him get used to being in a kennel (first time). He enjoyed the group play and the overall experience. The staff is very good at what they do and take excellent care of their "guests".

I took two of my dogs to daycare for their first time while I had contractors working in my home. I was a bit anxious but not only did the staff walk me through the process when I scheduled, but they gave me so much feedback when I picked up my girls. We have been boarding our dogs with CCC for years now and continue to do so even though they are a 35 minute drive because they give me peace of mind when I am way from my pups.

Good facility but terrible with being able to contact them. They need a customer service person to take calls not a machine.

We love the Canine Country Club! Our dog really enjoys his time there and all the staff are so kind and friendly. I recently took Sully in for grooming and was really happy with the experience

They treat our dog outstanding! Great attention to the dogs needs. Pricey, but I wouldn't want our dog going anywhere else. Dog is "happy" there, and is normal when we pick him up...unlike another kennel in the area.
