Clarissa was an outstanding cat sitter and did the most fantastic job. I cannot recommend more. She came on short notice after I was hospitalised in an accident. She sent me constant updates and photos, was flexible with me needing to collect some items from home to bring to hospital. My cats loved her and my home was immaculate on arrival back. Zoe and Hugo were wonderful pet sitters for Wilma, and they took care of the house very well for the two weeks they stayed! Laura sat 3 dogs during the worst weather Vancouver can have. A cold snap, then lots of snow. She seemed to manage fine, although my little dog was not walked and should have been at least around the block if the weather permitted. She had a coat to use but Laura used it for my bigger dog. The bigger coat was right there in the same place.  I felt Laura should have known to remove the bed  sheets and get her used towels into the laundry hamper on the day she was leaving. . It is not my job  to come home and clean up  after my sitter. I feel that she did not understand that which surprised me considering she has done many sits.   The house was clean which is not an easy task with 3 dogs that shed. The dogs were happy and fine which is the most important thing.

Carmen and Mike were fantastic house sitters. They were very easy to communicate with and the house was spotless when I got home. They also sent us some stunning pictures of our cat Charles. We would invite them back in a heartbeat.
