Charmayne is building her reputation as a petsitter and did a very good job for me. She was sensitive to my dogs' needs and kept me very informed as to how they were doing. We maintained almost daily contact (brief check ins), which I liked. She sent occasional photos and when she found what she thought might be a tick on one of my dogs, she let me know. My fish tank was pretty mucky when I returned, but she had let me know a few days before that she hd accidentally spilled too much food in it - so it as great that she was upfront about little errors, also when my dog slipped out of his harness. She let me know so we could do any troubleshooting together. (I did not asks her to clean the tank or anything, just told her not to worry about it). She is a good communicator. Charmayne was eager to please me and to do a good job. I would 'hire" her again.
I am so thankful that Courtenay was able to stay at our home at the last minute. She was lovely to host, and great with our pets. Courtenay is very organized and detailed oriented, she made our last minute trip stress free, knowing our pets and home were well cared for during her stay. Her caring nature with our pets, was apparent in the updates and pictures she regularly sent. I highly recommend Courtenay!
