We really enjoyed our stay at Rebecca’s lovely home, Casper is a delightful cat and so friendly! We took the opportunity of walking and had a day trip to Durham, the buses are great and just at the top of the road. The views over the fields from the front window are magnificent especially at sunset!
Chloe and Rene were fabulous hosts!! Their home is cozy and beautiful and we enjoyed every moment of our time in Anacortes
Dan and I house/dog sat For Pippa for a long weekend. On arrival we were welcomed to some delicious homemade soup before the family departed for the weekend. We found Pippa, her husband and her two children very friendly and easy going. They made an effort to help us feel at home. Buttons is a lovely little dog and before long we had bonded. She is a friendly and happy dog. She seems content to be out and about and does have a mad half hour in the house but is also very calm and cuddly in the evenings. She slept well overnight in her bed in the utility. She is good with other dogs but we didn't let her off the lead as it was such a short stay. I feel after a few days we would have been comfortable trying this. The family house is in a quaint little village and has a pretty garden and we found it extremely welcoming. We especially enjoyed the log burner at the end of the day out with buttons. She certainly enjoyed lots of cuddles. The house is cosy and well equipt and we both felt relaxed there. We stayed in the guest bedroom which Pippa had made up for us and was very comfortable. Buttons loves people and is obviously very good with children. The house was almost on the south downs trail, great for a nice stroll and with dog friendly pubs either way and an apparently award winning sunday roast pub, although we didn't get chance to try this. We also visited Porchester castle and Titchfield Haven nature reserve and beaches. We all had a great time and it was a joy to see Buttons so excited! I think there was much more we could have seen if we stayed longer. In summary a lovely friendly countryside village, with lots of local walks and things to do, a beautiful house and a very lovable Buttons. Would not hesitate to recommend sitting here and I would definitely go back.
Ollie is an awesome dog to sit. He’s very interactive, polite and—other than insisting on cuddling when your on the couch, which is awesome—not demanding at all. He loves a treat or a few minutes throwing the ball but will easily snooze most of the day away if you need to do work. Kara and Andrew keep a neat, functional and cozy townhouse in a great neighborhood close to everything you’d want to do in downtown Baltimore. The guest room has a comfy bed and private bath 🛁 n the lower level. They are very communicative and easy to coordinate with. Highly recommend this sit for an urban adventure and a cute, easy pup.
Lany was really kind and easy to communicate with ! Chunky and Mr. Meowgi were so cute and easy to look after. Great location and a lovely home ! Would recommend this sit .
Hopefully, you'll enjoy this sit as much as I did! Jenny and Ethan live in a safe, cozy house on the outskirts of Downtown Denver. But still close enough to catch a short Lyft/Uber or Bus. Take some time to check out the Denver Central Market and areas surrounding Union Station! You'll find many great places to eat, shop and even dance... if that's your thing. One of the things I enjoyed the most was getting to know Ethan and Jenny a bit while we chatted over some Blue Pan Pizza. Beasley, their dog, loves to cuddle on the couch. She is a bit shy at first; Take her on a few walks, give her treats, and you'll have a new best friend. Thanks again for having me! I can't wait for another opportunity to sit for you again.
