Patti was marvelous! She came the night before to get familiar with the place and meet my dog. She sent me regular updates throughout my stay something that I considered above and beyond but appreciated all the same. She appeared to have left my house a little cleaner than when I left as well! I highly recommend her! Only suggestion I’d have for pet sitters is if you want updates about your pet, it’s best to let her known before hand so she knows to send updates and picture throughout your vacation. At times she may miss a message and it can be a bit harder to get a hold of her. Her text messages, videos and pictures are the easiest way to get updates and ensure your house, your pets and even Patti are safe and sound and give you peace of mind on your vacation! Patti’s a gem and I would definitely have her housesit Sophia again!
Michelle took great care of my cat Theo. He looked happy and relaxed in all the photos and also when I returned. Michelle tried some active exercises with him, which I really appreciated since my cat is quite lazy and prone to putting on weight. From the get-go, Michelle was available, responsive and very clear in her communication, so it was quick and easy to set everything up. The house was tidy and clean when I came back too. Thanks so much for everything, Michelle :) I can highly recommend you for all pets!
