Cat Sitters in Romsley

Ozzy our Golden Retriever stayed with Nicky and her family for 17 nights. We picked him up today and he is happy, healthy and waggy tailed. Nicky did everything we asked including administering his flea treatment whilst we were away and treated him like family. They took such good care of him and we've already booked him in again for January. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing he was in safe hands. I'll be recommending you to anyone that needs a home boarder.

Nicki looked after my Yorkshire Terrier, Coco for a week whilst I was on holiday. I felt Coco was well looked after and enjoyed her stay at Nicki's home. Nicki kept to Cocos routine and kept me updated on her stay. It was lovely to receive updates and pictures as it reassured me Coco was settled. When I picked Coco up you could tell Coco had formed a good bond with Nicki. I am relieved to have found someone who I can now rely on to look after my dog. I will definitely use Nicki's services again.

Essie (Husky) stayed with Nicki and Adam for 2 nights. I had regular updates and it’s clear that Essie had a great time, was really well looked after and welcomed into their home for the weekend. She had lots of walks, so much so that I didn’t have to walk her the Sunday evening after I collected her as she was well and truly worn out (which any husky owners will know is a task in itself!) I’m more than happy with the way Essie was cared for, and wouldn’t hesitate using hfh again when I next go away 😊

Nicki and Adam have just looked after our much loved Golden Retriever Jess for two weeks, and she has had the best time. She has come home happy and looks very well 🥰 She has had plenty of off lead fun playing in a secure dog field, and lots of walks. I would 100% recommend Nicki and Adam to anyone looking for a home boarder. Thank you both again for caring for Jess 😍 x

Nicki looked after our 8 month old cockerpoo. She kept us up to date daily sending pics and videos. It was our first time leaving him and Nicki made sure we were comfortable and provided reassurance. We will be using Nicki's services in the future as our dog came back happy and content. Thanks Nicki, 😊

Lola had the best time with Nicki and Adam. They were very accommodating to my early starts as a nurse and kept me updated throughout the day about how Lola was getting on. Would highly recommend and will book again in the future. Xx

Kathryn has been walking our 7 month old viszla in the mornings now for the past 6 months due to me working shifts and my partner being pregnant 🤰. She does an outstanding job with him as he can be abit of handful. We also recently had him in board for 10 days with Kathryn. Where again we couldn't be happier with the job she done for us looking after him. We were nervous about leaving him in a normal boarding kennels and opted to use Kathryn when we new it was something she offered. We were so at ease when on our holiday and being sent daily pictures and videos. We could clearly see he was having a great time!! She has a massive garden too. Aswell as this our boy getting his two walks a day which he needs. We couldn't recommend Kathryn enough for all services offered and we will defiantly be using her again for future boarding and are currently still using her for the morning walks. Our boy has created a real bond with her now 😊

Kathryn has looked after our high energy pup Rocky, either popping in to feed, toilet him and play or to take him for a walk on the occasions when we need to go into work/have an engagement. Always provides a great service. We highly recommend Pet Steps.

My two cats quickly settled into Kathryn of PetSteps carrying out daily visits when I've been away. It's great to know that they are being cared for and much less stressful than using a cattery. I would highly recommend.

Tommy loves his weekly walks with PetSteps, Kath loves him like her own and he comes back happy and tired. Tommy and I would be lost without her.

We have been using Kathryn/PetSteps for a while now. She visits and walks our dogs on one of the days I am in the office. The dogs love her and I get pictures of them on their walks. It's great for them to have that additional lunchtime walk.

Kathy has done a fantastic job looking after our 2 cats when we are on holidays or working abroad. She keeps in touch with regular updates and videos and even takes time to water the plants and keeping an eye on the house in general. Kathy has also done a great job looking after a dog-nephew when he has stayed over. I totally recommend her.
