Yuppy Puppy has been such a blessing for my dog. I work nights and he goes during the days so I can sleep. He's always so excited when he arrives and they even celebrated his birthday for him! I'm so very grateful of the team there.

Friendly, and I liked that I could see my dog in the cameras. They take the time to put dogs in the play group that is their best match. My dog, who is nervous, had struggled at other places but did well here.

Love Yuppy Puppy, they take such great care of my Louie and Ivy! Appreciate the cameras in the play areas so I can see how they're doing. When they're overnight boarding I miss them so much yet I know they're in great hands!

The best staff out there! Our Sadie loves it. The online cameras are a hoot to watch when you get time. Kinda like spying on your kids, and you find out they are even better away, than at home! Thank you for taking care of our Sadie and Molly!

I have used YP for years, they’re so good! Just today, I called their office (on a Sunday) because I was in a last minute pinch for boarding and left a voicemail on their line. I immediately got a call back from Betsy saying that they could board my dog Oakley. Unreal responsiveness and care for their customers, thank you!

I dont seem able to reply to your comment, so I'll put it here. This is Kimber's mom. You definitely have my husband on there, not entirely sure why I'm not, you should at least have my number for emergencies. We love your dog care and appreciate the times you've been patient and helpful with Kimber. And, when we compare to our former daycare that is now too far for us to go to, you're more expensive and apparently don't know who I am even though I dropped Kimber off and picked her up for a week straight not too long ago. It's a little hurtful and embarrassing that I now have to justify not only who I am, but my relationship to your business over 1 star. I think yall are a good daycare, and there are just a couple small things that we liked more about our old place.

Such a wonderful place for pups! The staff is so kind and helpful. They take wonderful care of the dogs, my puppy cannot wait to get out of the car as soon as we pull up. I can’t speak highly enough of how compassionate and sweet the girls there are. If you’re hesitant about leaving your dog, yuppypuppy will take great care of them!

We love Yuppy Puppy! My dog loves other dogs, but is pretty shy around humans. But I see her (cautiously) greet the staff there, and she doesn't do that to just anyone! I think they do a great job at making her feel safe and welcomed. She has spent nights there over the last year, and we have been very satisfied with the staff, customer service, and the atmosphere they provide. - One time we sent our dog there with a small cut on her neck, and the staff pointed it out right away when we picked her up, concerned that she may have gotten it while staying there. We assured them that we were aware of it and she had gotten it from her collar a few days before. That made us feel trusting that they take care of the dogs, always examine them, and if our dog were to ever get hurt there, they would handle it appropriately!

Our 5 dogs have been coming to Yuppy Puppy for years. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the facility and most importantly, how well they treat our fur babies. One of our dogs is particularly needy and everyone here knows how to handle her, which is not always easy. We also adopted a very fearful dog a year ago and everyone here has been so helpful in getting her acclimated. She is doing great and never hesitates to jump out of the car when I drop her off now. You can watch the Webcam to see how much fun your dog is having, which is fantastic. Everyone here is lovely when I call (too much) to see how our dogs are doing. Always a call back with a full report if they are too busy to pick up. Very grateful to have Yuppy Puppy as a wonderful place to leave our dogs when we can't take them with us!

Our golden loves Bark N Park. We can’t even say the name out loud unless we are taking her because she gets excited and whines until we take her. They are very good at reporting any health issues that might come up and when she got sick during boarding (an infection flare up, nothing related to their facility) and we were out of the country they got her to an emergency vet and she was in good hands the entire time. We always knows she is in good hands and has a great time there.

Bark N’ Park has been amazing. My dog always knows when we turn down their street and is nearly pulling me over to get inside to play. The staff is always excited to see her and she comes home more than exhausted. I’ve boarded her elsewhere and did not have a positive experience but we couldn’t be happier with the staff and care she gets at Bark N’ Park. Extra plus side is their big outdoor space!

The first day my dogs were there for daycare. However, one of my dogs was shaking when I drove up to the door. I brought my two dogs in and I remember thinking how crabby/unfriendly one of the staff with dark hair in a ponytail. Very very different thank my first 2 experiences. Never bring them back. Thought it was unusual that they didn’t have a dog cam. My dogs have been going to the Dog Stop since they were puppies. I tried Bark and Park since it was on the way to my new job. I will get up an hour earlier and go out of my way to bring them to the dog stop. Maybe the women with the dark brown hair should try smiling. It doesn’t hurt.

Very nice people and my dog comes home tired! We take her to small dog play group every other week. Affordable and it's great for her to exercise and socialize! Also, they check vaccination records with your vet which was very important to me in looking at a daycare. Their behavior requirements are a little looser than other places, which is perfect for us. I have a stubborn girl who is social but a little shy. Other places had more strict requirements but if your dog is friendly towards other dogs, you're in here. There's no way my girl would have passed at some places I looked at so I'm very glad for their assessment!

My dogs love it here! The staff actually know dogs, and the indoor and outdoor yards are huge.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for daycare several times a week for over two years now. She gets so excited every time to go play and socialize during our boring work-from-home days and she comes home exhausted each time. Everyone of the staff is wonderful and has been very helpful when we call to schedule, pickup/drop off, and even planning overnight boarding. Their prices are very reasonable (we buy the daycare packages) and it’s a great way to help give our dog a change of pace throughout the week on days when we are tied up with work.

We contacted Bark n Park to arrange to have our dog boarded. We spent 20 minutes on the phone and scheduled a "interview" appointment before we they would board him. Then we spent another 20 minutes filling out the forms that are required. We just received a call back that because our male dog has not been spayed they won't take him. Maybe this should be the first question you ask - saving everyone a ton of time. Especially when you change your policy for the same dog!

Called as a new daycare customer for my 8 month old Great Dane. During our conversation I was TOLD that they could not have her passed 9 months if she was not spayed. The RISK of her going into heat was too much. I was then TOLD that I was not likely to find a facility that was any different with their requirements. Fortunately I WAS able to find a facility that was not paralyzed by the thought of having to crate her on the off chance she went into heat while in their care. You are entitled to have your policies. You just might want to work on your TELLING of them. But hey, I’m just one customer.

We've been using Bark n Park for daycare and boarding for our difficult to handle lab/pit mix and cannot be happier with the results. He loves to go there. He is a happy and very tired dog by the time he gets to go home. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I cannot thank these guys enough for the way they took Lobo in and made him part of their pack.

Bark in the Park is a terrible place and I would NEVER take my dogs to them. My sister recently moved to the area and took her dog to them for day care. After only being there 10minutes they told her her dog was terrible and should be taken away from her! Her dog has had extensive training including agility training and is way more behaved then most. Her dog is trained off leash exclusively and is an alpha dog as well, but this seemed FAR too great a challenge for this group of inexperienced staff. Needless to say, after this incident my sister left in tears. Neither she or I would take our dogs there again, and I will tell EVERYONE who will listen about how horrible of people they are.

Our family suddenly had a great opportunity that would take us traveling almost every weekend for months! First thought was..."who is going to take care of our cats?". I didn't have time to do the extensive research, I usually do, and I did a search and Tails-a-Waggin 4U popped up. I phoned Peggy, and instantly got a great feeling from her. We have now been using Tails-a-Waggin 4U for awhile now. Peggy is wonderful, and had paired us up with one of her sitters..Linda! I can tell you that we do not have an ounce of concern, about the care our furkids receive, while we are away. I highly recommend Peggy, and her staff. Our cats, and our family, adore Linda. There are no words on how amazing and kind Peggy is! She took care of my fur child Luna (female cat, age 7.5 yrs) for 4 days and was the best. She understood that my gal can be a bit shy and timid around new people and was extremely patient with her. So patient that my cat warmed up to her and allowed Peggy to brush her. She has been the only person, outside of my husband and I, who has been able to accomplish that! We were even surprised to see cute little report cards about Luna. Peggy knows exactly what she’s doing and is always prepared if any situation arises. Anytime we need a pet sitter, we’ll always reach out to Peggy. Cannot recommend her enough!

Peggy is the best! She's helped us out for years by watching our cats and walking our dogs 2-3 times per week. Our pets love her, and she cares for them like they're her own. She is professional, responsive, and very dependable. Couldn't ask for better.

Peggy and our dog walker Colleen have been so amazing to work with. I was nervous to get a dog walker because we just rescued our dog and he is terrified of people and can be aggressive. From the moment I called Peggy she assured me that they are open to dealing with him. Colleen came to me our dog several times before she began walking him and over the past few weeks they have become the best of friends!! He even lets her rub his belly!!! Excellent service! Peggy came to our rescue when our regular pet sitter suddenly went out of business AND right before a big holiday weekend - so it was hard to find someone fast! She was able to stop by the next day, meet our Muttley and learn his little tricks and took amazing care of him while we were away for a week. She texted photos and updates every day and wrote a report on him each day as well. Really great, affordable, RELIABLE and very great with communication. I highly recommend!

The owner of this small business, Peggy, is a kind and energetic woman who is running an outstanding pet sitting service. She is very quick to respond and just a truly good person. The sitter for our area, Linda, is an absolute darling. I don't think I can truly describe how kind, patient, and caring she is. She consistently makes us feel like we can trust her with our home and pets and like they are more than taken care of. It's like having a reliable community member who can watch our spoiled pets while we're away. Can I give 6 Stars??? We started using Paws 2 Consider at the end of summer after several glowing recommendations from others in our neighborhood. I was a bit nervous at first because my older frenchie has some special needs but I could not be HAPPIER! While I consider them a local small business, the ease at which I am able to schedule and pay for the services is top notch and so easy. Their website is professional and easy to navigate. I get a little note about the service after each visit including what happened and pictures (!!! receiving them have become my favorite part of my day!). We use them 3 times a week and I find them to be quite affordable. If you are looking for a caring, professional, and dog loving service, look no further!

After major back surgery in November, I was most worried about how I was going to take care of walking my Golden Retriever. I found Paws2Consider and my problem was solved!!! They are extremely professional, reliable, and caring. They never failed to meet the mark, punctual and very helpful since they knew my back was a serious issue. Good walks no matter the weather. The owner started with an interview so she completely understood my needs AND my dog’s needs and personality. My dog loved them and waited and listened for them everyday. I got a full report daily. All the dog walkers that have walked Lucie only have kind words to say about her. They’ve never had a problem with her which speaks volumes and Lucie dioes not act out after their walks with her! I have used Pet Sitters of America to care for my dogs for over 16 years. They have provided daily walking services and occasional overnight care. Chuck and the other dog walkers (Bonnie and Joy) have been consistently courteous and reliable. Anytime that we've had to change schedules or had a last minute request, they have been very accommodating. Both of my dogs have loved their walkers, which in the end, is the best review one could receive. I have recommended Pet Sitters to many of my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. They are a valuable resource for us and we are so grateful for the care they have provided over the years.

I read with interest what purported to be a critical review of Pet Sitters of America. Not having been a party to the described conversation I cannot comment except to say that I have never known Chuck to be anything but unfailingly polite, responsive to our needs, reliable, and trustworthy. I have never heard him grunt...indeed, he is generally pretty quiet all around. I trust Pet Sitters and Chuck with my dog. For anyone who loves their pet, that is a statement that implies a massive endorsement. As I said at the outset, I don't know the facts of the conversation as reported in the negative review. But the Chuck described is not anyone I would ever recognize and certainly not the man who takes care of our dog. I have used Pet Sitters of America for over night stays for a couple years now and have been extremely satisfied with the company and the sitters. The sitter will come and meet the animals ahead of time. Payments are super easy and very reasonable. We now have 7 animals (2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 sugar gliders) that we ask to have them care for and they have done a wonderful job. We have had Chuck over recently and Susan last year. They both are very responsive and kept in touch while we were away. We would recommend to everyone and will continue to use their services.

i have been using Pet Sitters of America's wonderful services for over 10 years. chuck and sandy are the most humane people i know. they run a successful business with only the utmost passion and concern for all the animals they care for. chuck has been my "guy" for dog walks. he is very professional & punctual each and every visit. my dogs love him ! when we have had the opportunity to chat face to face - he is personable and endearing. never short of a positive and cheerful attitude. a very gentle soul of a man. i follow sandy and chuck's journey and efforts with ANIMAL EDUCATION AND RESCUE. i can't imagine 2 more dedicated human beings towards the care and well being of all their rescues and what they do for our community educating for the benefit of safe & humane animal care. i would highly recommend PET SITTERS OF AMERICA for all levels of pet care. i originally got chuck's name from a very close friend - and have passed his name on too many. i have never ever heard anything but positive feedback. i wish Chuck and Sandy all the best in their future endeavors. they are good people and deserve respect from the animal-lover community.

We have used Pet Sitters for many years for both our healthy and elderly cats. They do a very professional job and we were very happy with them. One of our elderly cats got sick while we were away and Chuck made sure she got to the vet immediately and he notified us right away. If you are looking for peace of mind with your precious pets, this is the place to go.

Terrible experience. Called them to watch our dog while on vacation. My husband filled out the 13 page contract, he had some questions so he called Chuck and they talked about it. When my husband sent back the contract he crossed something out based on his conversation with Chuck. A woman called my husband and said we cannot have a contract with cross outs, my husband said ok and sent back a new contract with no cross outs. The women called my husband back and said that they could no longer watch our dog, something about availablity but Chuck told me and my husband the dates were fine that’s why he sent us the contract. My husband even offered to pay more and she said no. Rude and unprofessional!!!

I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with Pet sitters of America... To shorten the entire experience... They had been hired to watch our dogs when we were out of town. There was a question I had regarding some notes by the sitter. I called to ask some things and spoke with the co owner, Chuck. Right off the bat I could tell he had some sort of issue with me. He would not let me speak at all. Dominating the conversation the entire time. I asked him for a new sitter and upon doing that he became extremely upset. Began literally grunting into the phone several times when I told him he was being rude to me and I asked him why. He refused to answer and just kept grunting as to keep himself from really exploding over the phone.. I was so confused by this. When I kept trying to interject and ask what the issue was he then began to tell me he and his company would no longer be providing us with services to our dogs... ???? I'm still in utter shock to what happened that day. We get along with everyone and always try to understand issues when they come up. This however was beyond our comprehension. This gentleman clearly had an attitude that wasn't going away and took it out on us that day. I would never want someone with that lack of control or as much hostility as Chuck had that day over the phone from us simply asking for a new sitter.. I could never in good judgement, refer anyone to this company. I just don't think anyone deserves to be treated in that way. I treated him with respect even though I received none in return...

Have used PSA for many years. Chuck has done an amazing job for my kitties and ugly fish. He's provided updates when asked and I've never once worried about their care. Plenty of other "kid sitter" options out there but I'll keep choosing PSA for peace of mind! Thanks so much <3

I got my dog Hank groomed there yesterday and I’ve never been so happy. Hank looks amazing, the groomer did a phenomenal job, and I felt super safe leaving my nervous boy there. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the grooming here, won’t be taking Hank anywhere else from now on.

Sawyer is so happy here! The staff is very friendly, facilities are always clean and there is plenty of play space. I would highly recommend Lake Forest Kennel for great doggie daycare or a place you can feel good about for a longer stay when needed.

Our house flooded and we needed to board our cats with very short notice. We called while we were on our way and they couldn't have been nicer! Told us it was no problem and to bring them right over. We didn't even have carriers and it wasnt a problem. Such a nice group of people who seem to really care about animals. Our cats have been there for going on 3 weeks now, while we miss them terribly, it's so nice to know their in good hands!

Very happy to have found Lindsay's Pet Care. Lindsay goes above and beyond for the pets and owners with walks, care for owner's home and offers extra services like retrieving mail, plant watering, taking the garbage to the curb during the pet sit. She offered to wash the linens I left for her after the stay and she did. My dog was happy to see me and rejuvenated with love and care by Lindsay when returning from my trip. I couldn't say anything negative about my experience with Lindsay and anytime I travel, Lindsay will be the only one I rely on. She is very caring and communicative. I forgot to add, my dog is on meds and is stingy about taking them and Lindsay's was able to provide the meds daily successfully. I recommend Lindsay for your pet care needs and I think you and your pet will be satisfied and at peace. ALSO she's very patient with reactive pets and offers a dry run if necessary. This hasn’t been my first time working with Lindsay and Mathew. It always has been great. Lindsay was easy to contact and accepts last minute services. She is very flexible with extending too. My puppy is still naughty and she chews on things, and Lindsay was very patient with her. Lily (my golden retriever puppy) made friends with her dog blu too which means she had so much fun during her stay. She gave Lily a free bath without even asking her. She definitely treated Lily like her own dog and has even given her a nickname haha (mellow yellow). I took lily home with a thank you card and a picture of lily. How sweet of her. I will definitely be working with Lindsay again in the future. Thank you so much for your great service

We needed last-minute boarding while we were visiting family in the area, and Lindsay was an absolute lifesaver: responsive, helpful, and incredibly flexible with our needs. She took great care of our dog and her prices were very reasonable. I was nervous about leaving our dog with someone we'd never used before, but she went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable. I could not be more grateful.

I was very happy with the service Lindsay and her husband, Matthew provided my two beloved dogs. They come home happy and always get super excited to visit Lindsay's Pet Care again. Lindsay and Matthew always make accommodations for my dogs, even during their busy times. My dogs are treated at Lindsay's Pet Care as if they would be at home in regards to their eating schedule, etc. I would not consider anyone other than Lindsay's Pet Care to take care of my fur babies while I am away. I feel very safe leaving my dogs at their home. I also feel better leaving my dogs in a home environment as opposed to a kennel. I highly recommend Lindsay's Pet Care for your pet boarding and sitting needs!

Good person and decent business. Goes above and beyond, one time I was out of food for my kitties and Lindsay picked up and delivered a bag of food, brand new, to my front door. And they weren’t even in her care. I’d rate 10 stars if I could. And, for the record, Stephanie, the word is “SATIVA”.

Lindsay did an amazing job with my two Blue Heeler pups, and she sent photo updates throughout the day! Tremendous communication and super caring of our pets! I will be coming back next time I am in Rockford area!

This place is the best doggy daycare! My dog has been to several, and Pampered Pup'z is by far the best fit. He always comes home happy and exhausted. They really treat your dog like one of their own and even make personalized gifts around the holidays for you and your pup! I can easily wash my dog, but I prefer to take him here for baths because they use the best smelling shampoo and the clean lasts for weeks. I have recommended this place to all my friends!

The ownership and management is outstanding. For me, my dogs are members of the family as much as my children. I don’t trust anywhere with their care more than I do pampered pup’z. Very highly recommend!!

I take my Havanese to Pampered Pup'z for his monthly grooming and they do a fantastic job with him. He looks and smells so good when I pick him up. You must be sure to make an appointment way in advance as they are very busy due to their popularity and great grooming. My dog sometimes uses their day care too and Loki comes home nice and tired. The staff at Pampered Pup'z are friendly and courteous.

This daycare is the perfect fit for my high energy dog! They give constructive, helpful feedback for a dog who’s going through training. She’s exhausted by the end of the day! I get to see photos of her playing during the day. The staff is very friendly! Highly recommend!

I just got my 80 pound Golden Retriever groomed at Pamper Pupz. I cannot say enough how awesome his haircut was! It is just perfect! His hair is so soft and the cut is exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend!

Excellent staff, clean large environment, professional. My pups love to go there for the past 4 years. The grooming spa services are also outstanding.

Holly has been the best with our puppy! He gets more excited to see her than us! She is very diligent in his care and is a wonderful communicator with me. We feel very lucky to have found her for our pup!

We have been boarding with Best Friends for about 7 years now. We never had an issue. Michelle ( the manager) is always super friendly and always accommodates our needs. We use their salon as well. Given our pup is not an easy going, they are doing their best and never refused to provide a service.

I had initially given 5 stars. But I'm changing it to a 1. Tonight we picked up Erin after a 3 night stay with grooming. She's lost weight, she's limping, she's uninterested in her favorites treats, her human children, or food. Her nails are jagged and extremely short. We've had great experiences in the past but this one is so bad we won't be boarding her anywhere again. My kids are distraught with worry over their best friend who also returned wheezing.

Easily the best dog boarding we've ever had. Our three big dogs are always so happy to visit and play or stay overnight. The staff all know us and our three dogs, and treat us like family. Our dogs come back to us happy and tired every time we take them. Fantastic facility backed by an exceptionally amazing crew!

We were pleased from our initial phone call to the day we picked up our cat , Olive, after 9 days of boarding. We were impressed with the communication of staff members and their attention to details to make Olive comfortable! We will definitely call on Best Friends when the need arises!

Best Friends is my dog’s favorite place to go! The staff is friendly. They always welcome Logan in by name for whatever service we are there for. I like Best Friends because when the dog stays overnight I receive an emailed picture and update of how my dog is doing.

We are older and needed help with care and walks for our Freddie Mercury, a mix breed, former shelter dog. Everyone that has a family member with fur and paws understands they are the best judge of people. From day one Freddie took to Julie, like a duck to water. Julie is very well organized and has each of the best qualities you would ever want in the life of your fur family. I still have not figured out this one yet. Julies’ car is very quiet, but for some reason, as she pulls into the drive even when Freddie can’t see out, he knows she is here. He does zoomies to greet her with his stuffed animals. We would say we recommend her, but we feel Freddie’s opinion that she is the BEST supersedes ours.

Julie is a great help with our dog Zoey. Zoey loves her time spent with Julie. I would highly recommend her for pet care or house care, Julie is very dependable and does a fantastic job.

Julie has become part of our little family which consists of myself and my mini-doodle, Ivy. She takes Ivy on walks when I'm in the office and she also cares for my home (including dishes, laundry, vacuum, tidying up). When I travel for work, she'll stay with Ivy overnight in my home. Julie cares for my home and Ivy as if they are her own, which I find to be a terrific quality. She's very professional and trustworthy. We are so thankful to have found Julie and I highly recommend her!

We’ve used Julie for all our home and pet needs when we are away for business or pleasure for the past 3 years. Our cats adore her and she takes wonderful care of them while we are away. She also always goes above and beyond by collecting mail, taking out trash on trash days and watering our flowers in the summer. We trust Julie 110% and would recommend her to anyone!
