Heidi's place is a sweet retreat with great energy and full of spiritual sayings and even a meditation room. Heidi herself is a delightful and kind person who was responsive over text before and during the sit. She even referred me to her hair dresser and a car mechanic! Slater the cat is affectionate and while a finicky eater, Heidi has all sorts of options to get him enough nutrition. He cuddled up beside me on a seat and in bed, purring. Poppy the gecko is easy to take care of - just spraying to keep up his humidity and one spoonful of food! I recommend this sit - easy and light!
I had a wonderful time during my sit at Vhea's beautiful home for her two sweet cats, Missy and Wren. The house has an absolutely stunning view; facing the eastern sunrise with the most colorful panoramic sunsets. I slept so well in what felt like a cloud and eagerly looked forward to the nightly ritual of meditating and then falling asleep with the background music of the crickets. Missy and Wren were a delight to care for, truly. Missy an older, sweet, deeply loving and affectionate cat, who came to beg for her late night belly rubs. She would pull my hand in anytime I tried to take it away... I learned to just pet her until she was content, which was sometimes upwards of 30 minutes! Wren the young sprightly boy always eager to play; chase his feather toy; chase the evening moths; or chase my hand under the cover. I loved the starkly different experience of each of them and enjoyed watching their interactions. One moment Wren might be chasing Missy and she's hissing at him and literally moments later they're laying on the chair together, lovingly. I'm grateful for the retreat at Vhea's and would absolutely sit again for her and her animal kin.
Alex and Tiff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their home is lovely and very comfortable. Kenji crept into our hearts immediately and provided hours of entertainment for us. A lovely few days.
