We had a wonderful time at Kate‘s house. The animals are all truly wonderful; each of them has a unique character, but they‘re all really loving and easy to care for. We adored cosying up on the couch with all the dogs and Charlie, the cat. Noushka and Winnie were particular attention seekers, always nudging us for more cuddles. There‘s a beautiful park near the house where we took all four dogs out for their daily walk. Watching the little sausage dog jump about was one of the best parts of our day. The house is very spacious and we had a lovely room. Kate and Dan were great hosts; they created a detailed handout with instructions for us concerning pet care, picked us up from the station upon arrival, and very generously let us use anything in the house. The kitchen is amazing btw - it has everything an amateur chef could wish for. :-) Thank you for a great stay! We‘d love to come sit your beautiful house and home again. Please also send our love to the fluffy ones. We miss them.
Brilliant ..... From the first communication to the end ... absolutely perfect ! We talked, we met, Jenni left clear instructions about Billy, Claws, and the chooks. Made everything very easy ! Their house is just a few minutes walk from the most fantastic beach .... Billy and I spent many wonderful times walking the beach ... he is a really intelligent, friendly & well behaved dog !! Because Billy was so great, I had no hesitation in taking him out in the car. We went exploring Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. He was great company. Watch the movie 'Red Dog' before coming here/ or while you are here ... will give you an idea about how brilliant Billy is !!! If you have an opportunity to house sit here, I highly recommend !
Julie and Bruce left us with a very comprehensive welcome pack which covered all aspects of the sit including things we may not have thought about prior to arrival. The location of their home in Echuca was so peaceful and set within walking distance of the river and there were some amazing walking trails around the area. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. The pets were an absolute pleasure to look after. They were independent but very friendly and cuddly, the dogs love their walks and were very well behaved on these. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with these pets and when we returned home we found we missed their personalities. Couldn't have asked for any more support from Julie or a more perfect house sit.

Communication with Ella was easy. John and Ella are very friendly and nice people, they picked me up and dropped me off at the train station which made the transfer easier and they took care that I felt comfortable. The house is just as in the photos and has many amenities. Joela is lovely, well-behaved, affectionate, and playful. The only thing more difficult is that Joela gets very excited about her walks and pulls hard when walking, but with a little patience and strength it is ok. Nearby there are many beautiful nature spaces. Thank you very much for everything, I highly recommend the experience. I hope to see you again soon
Nice sit! Tara and Aaron are outgoing, friendly hosts with a condo in a great location. The kitties were not terribly affectionate but did not cause any trouble, so this was a low-maintenance sit. They will let you know when they want to be fed however, by prowling around the house and staring at you until you give in. It is a 2br condo but had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy. Two minor concerns, however. First, although the place was clean overall, some of the kitchen appliances were a bit grimy, especially the air fryer. (This did not prevent me from cleaning it myself and using it!) Second, there's a shelf in the guest bathroom that I hit my head on four times. Ouch! Maybe I'm just a klutz but be careful in there. Neither of these would prevent me from returning. You're walking distance from King Soopers and even a couple trails, and a short drive from everything else Evergreen has to offer. I'd love to come back!

NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. The policies can feel like you’re being nickel and dimed at times but to be fair they are very clear on the website. Would highly recommend NY tails
I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

NY Tails is fantastic! They really care about the dogs and our dog loves being there. As soon as his special collar goes on, he knows he’s going to Tails and pulls us the whole way there. We also love that they have a private outdoor space so the dogs are able to get some fresh air and sunshine, weather permitting.
NY Tails is a hidden gem for UES pet owners!! Every walker and daycare employee has treated my dog like their own - and he adores them! Any time he sees someone from NY Tails he gets so excited - we are so sad to be moving! The team is professional, communicative, friendly and so caring - they really love the dogs like their own. Plus prices are affordable - and it’s easy to request a last minute walker if you are going to be out and your dog needs some love! We used the daily walking services and daycare/puppy sitting on a regular basis - I’m so glad I found them and so sad we are moving away and can’t use them anymore!
NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owner's favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her. There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service! It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but don't appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. It's also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isn't very clearly stated, so it's worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.
The BEST dog walking service. We have used NY Tails since our pup was 2 month old and could not say enough good things about the company. The walkers are friendly, reliable, and gives us timely updates. When we had last minute requests, NY Tails staff were so easy to reach and always willing to go out of their way to help schedule last minute walks. Highly recommend!!!
NY Tails walked my dog Pablo every weekday for about a year and they were always extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They truly love animals to boot! Juliana and then Amanda were my dogs primary walkers and they were both wonderful and would write me notes about funny (sometimes naughty) things my dog would do during their time with him every day. I could tell that they both genuinely cared for Pablo and his well being and treated him as their own. I would recommend NY Tails to any dog owner in Manhattan!
Would give 6 stars if I could. Treated our dog Sadie like family for four years and were always reliable. What more could you ask for? More detail—> We used NY Tails with our dog Sadie from the day we adopted her at 7 weeks old until just a week ago when she was a week shy of 4 years old. Sadly, we moved outside of NY Tails' area and had to find new dog walkers. But NY Tails is amazing. Everyone there treated Sadie like their own dog and we couldn't have been happier. The owners Kira and Paulo are excellent and the team is responsive. Sadie had two main walkers over our 4 years: Mally and Vivian. Both were beyond amazing and caring for Sadie. We trusted them 100%. We also occasionally used the day care service and had similarly great interactions. Always got picture updates and were sure Sadie was well cared for. In short, we used NY Tails for 4 years, had two walkers, and used the day care. I feel we know them very well and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable dog walker/daycare. A+. Seriously. We miss them.
We have been using NY Tails for daily walks for about 2 months, and have only wonderful things to say. They are very professional and the prices are fair. But most importantly, we completely trust our walker. They aim to give you the same walker each day, and they really build a relationship. Our walker, Pronthip, is so kind and loving--our pup is always sad to see her go (I can tell because we receive a picture at the start and end of each walk). I feel comfortable leaving our dog home while we work because I know she will have an amazing walk with Pronthip during the day. She takes wonderful care of our Juni! NY Tails makes communication and scheduling easy. We also have used them for boarding, and that has been great as well. They clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. We feel so lucky to have found NY Tails--it had made our lives and our dog's life so much easier and happier!
Great place to take your dog! When I first too my pup, he'd cry when I left him but he's gotten to the point where he likes going. Very reasonable prices for the area, you can get packages that last long enough where you'll use all of it and they offer a web cam when your dog is checked in for the day. They have a big dog and little dog room, which I love because my pup is only 5.3lbs. They also have a groomer, so you can drop your pup off for daycare and they will have him groomed in time for pickup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Love Buddy’s! Nic and the rest of the staff are great, and really take care of your dog like family. I’ve been dropping off Kimchi here regularly over the last few years, when I go to work, and she LOVES going to daycare there. I also really appreciate that I have access to the webcams and can check in during the day. I can’t say enough how friendly and professional the team is there! 5 stars and more!
I brought my dog Rafael for the first time today and I had a great experience! The receptionist and groomer were both extremely friendly and welcoming and made my nervous little Rafa feel comfortable right away. His haircut was done in under 2 hours which is really fast in my experience. When I came to pick him up he was very happy and his haircut was adorable. They also asked if I wanted to change anything with his cut which was a really nice thing to offer that other groomers usually don’t do. I am so happy I switched to Buddy’s for my dog’s grooming and I will definitely be back :)

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Between the friendly, helpful & patient staff, to the incredible facilities, to the grooming staff - Buddy's is the best. My 4-year-old Golden came back looking so good. 10/10

This was my first time getting Cocoa groomed at Buddy’s and it was a great experience. Xana was our groomer and she did an awesome job! She was friendly, incredibly thorough and fast. I was surprised when I got a call 2 hours after drop off the Cocoa was ready for pick up - her coat is immaculate with no more under coat shedding and she was such a happy pup when I picked her up.
Wow, this place is fantastic! My pooch loves coming here. The other dogs are friendly and the staff at Buddy's seems to really enjoy being with the dogs. Five stars. I love it here.
Love love this daycare. The staff is so friendly and really makes sure my pup is taken care of especially since he gets nervous around bigger dogs. He did get bit once and the staff took action right away, called me to tell me what happened, paid for the vet bill and made sure the other dog never returned. They have been so professional and despite the scary incident they made me safe to proceed taking my pup there. They took action and was super transparent with what happened and that made everything better.
I left my dog with Patti for the weekend and he had an amazing stay! This was my first time leaving my dog with somebody who is not family, but it couldn’t have gone better. Patti was very attentive and made my pup feel so comfortable and right at home. I felt very confident and happy being able to leave my dog with Patti. She is very responsible and so wonderful with animals. I especially loved all the photos and updates! I absolutely recommend Patti to look after your furry friends. Thank you for everything, Patti :)
We were frantic after finding out our beloved dog, Mia, wasn't going to be permitted in the cabin with us on our international flight. I was this close to canceling my ticket to stay with the pets when we found Patti, and she was a dream! Patti took such good care of Mia and treated her as her own. Mia is timid and not the most trusting, and even she was put at ease by Patti's friendly demeanor. We were sent regular updates during our travel and I managed to sleep knowing that Mia was being well cared for back across the pond. I still don't want to travel without Mia, but anytime we do, we'll be glad to have her stay with Patti again.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Patti! We left our dog Champ with her for a few days while traveling out of the country. We had never left him with anyone other than family before and he is a quirky guy, who is also 12 years old and deals with arthritis, so we were very nervous! We initially had a great phone conversation to get acquainted and make sure they seemed right for each other, we then had a meet up with Patti to introduce champ to her and left them alone for a little bit to make sure they’d be comfortable together. She answered all of our questions with answers that calmed all of our nerves. During the trip she sent us multiple updates, photos, and videos to let us know champ was doing okay! Upon arriving to pick up champ, he didn’t even get out of bed because he was so comfortable! I highly recommend Patti to anyone who wants a true dog lover and understands how precious our fur babies are to us! We will definitely have champ stay with her again in the future!
Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I was initially super anxious about boarding my dog, Miya, but after seeing so many good reviews I decided to give it a try. Miya was with Patti for two weeks and I was updated everyday with pictures and videos of Miya! Miya came home today with a big smile on her face. Patti is amazing! If you want someone who genuinely cares about your dog while you are away, please consider boarding your pet with Patti. Miya will definitely be back for another vacation with Aunt Patti!
Pat is an amazing doggy sitter, my Bella loves her as do I! I was very happy to receive updates, pictures and videos while we were away for 2 weeks. My mind was at ease and I truly enjoyed my vacation without worrying about my doggy. I highly recommend her!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patti watching my dog Bowie. Bowie is a nervous little guy, so leaving him is especially painful for me. I was going out of town and needed a reliable sitter, and I found Patti on here. Based on reviews, I decided to trust her, and wow, I am so so so happy I did!!! She gave me several updates (as per my request) including photos, his eating, and nice walks out at the park! Bowie had such a blast that he did not even want to leave her and was extremely sad when the weekend was over. I travel a lot and will 100% be using Patti again. Patti is the best! She looked after our Malti-poo for 5 nights and she did a stellar job. He got more walks than he usually does and warmed up to her right away. We had very particular instructions and it wasn’t an issue at all. Communication was perfect. She was very flexible with our schedule, she sent videos and pictures throughout the stay, and she even picked him up and gave him an impromptu bath free of charge! We will definitely be using “Aunt Patti” again soon!
Patti came recommended through a friend and what a solid recommendation! My husband and I just moved to LIC and had our sons baptism. She graciously accepted watching Hazel. Patti kept us informed throughout the day sending photos of their walk and her playing. Hazel was all smiles when we picked her up and didn’t want to leave. Our pup has a lot of anxiety about many things.and when we moved to a new place it did not help. When he met Patti and Joe from the team, our doggie was immediately comfortable and happy to be around them. He is happy to go for his walks, he seems completely calm and relaxed, and we know he is loved and happy. Thank you Patti and Joe for making this a great experience for us and our puppy.

Dog Island City is hands down, the best daycare, our dog has ever been to. The people that work there genuinely care about every single dog. They celebrate their birthdays, take them on Halloween parades, send you tons of beautiful photos of them playing, make them treats, and really get to know the owners. Their love and attention goes far beyond daycare. I can't recommend them enough. Our dog, Dash, entered a shy dog and now he doesn't want to leave all the friends he's met. I can tell he actually looks forward to going and they have even groomed him for us - they did an awesome job. Our whole family loves Dog Island City!
I cannot recommend Dog Island City enough! My fiance and I have been taking our pup here for 2 years and it's always been a great experience. They are so accommodating and are very fairly priced for a doggie daycare in this area. They accept same day walk-in's; no prior reservations needed for daycare. They can even do home pick up and drop off which was so great when my fiance and I worked either really early or really late and we were unable to do pick up/drop off ourselves. The owner Lidia and her staff are amazing and treat the dogs like their own. Our Matcha (the smiling derp in the photo lol) was always really excited to go to daycare and would pull on her leash all the way up to the door. Dog Island City is simply the best and if you're looking for an affordable trustworthy place to take care of your fur babies, look no further.
The worst and most horrible experience ever!! Hated people there and the store. Even showed them ref photo, turns out completely different. I was even questioning whose dog was this as I first saw. They also cut my dog’s nail bleeding. Almost every nail. Can’t believe how could they rude people run a pet store. I also don’t understand why they trim my dog hair on her female parts. That could lead infection. I doubt why they don’t know that. Now my dog just can’t help licking that cause disconfortment. All these cost me 95 which even was not a good price. Don’t come and run!! Save your pets!! They don’t deserve the business cause they have no love they others beloved pet.
I’ve been bringing my senior rescue here for three years for his grooming needs, and Dog Island City has done an amazing job with him. He has long hair that requires a lot of maintenance, and they always make sure to ask for a reference photo as well as many questions on exactly what I want his haircut to look like. After each appointment, my dog has a great haircut and an adorable bow tie to show off his new look. Previously, I’d gone to other groomers where my anxious dog has gotten cut or hurt during the process. Dog Island City is the opposite - they always handle my dog with gentleness and care. The staff here are also so kind and it’s clear that they genuinely care for their furry customers. I’m very glad that I’ve found them!
My dog loves this place! We take her for daycare and it’s the only place in LIC that she doesn’t run away from when we walk by the door. Another perk is that no advance booking is needed, you can just show up the morning of and drop off your dog which we like because sometimes we’re not sure which days we’re working from the office. We also take her for grooming and she gets a cute cut everytime. They also tie her hair up in pigtails sometimes which is adorable!
My dog is highly anxious. I am always made to feel badly at other spots that he tends to hide when the dogs are playing. But at Dog Island City I was sent photos, he was well groomed, and they texted with updates. After his visit he was more social with other dogs and when we brought him back for his next visit he wasn’t afraid! 10/10 recommend trusting them with your pup!
The best grooming service ever!! I've recently moved into the area and i was a little afraid about taking my dogs to a new grooming place since one of my dogs suffer from separation anxiety & he usually comes out shaking after his appointments- but I have to say that i was very pleased to see them so happy after getting groomed. One can immediately tell that they take good care of the dogs. I can also say that the groomer does such an amazing job! their hair is soft and fluffy and i just love how perfect they come out! I highly recommend Dog Island City.
Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST doggy daycare in this area! We have been sending our dog Penny here for 7 years and she’s drags us to go in here every time. Lidia and her staff literally love Penny as if she was their own. I cannot speak more highly of Lidia and everyone on her staff. These days, a lot of doggy day cares seem to only care about your money, but Lidia does it because she TRULY loves every dog she takes in.
Took my dog here to be groomed and I cannot recommend the place enough! Lidia was accommodating of my busy schedule, and her pricing is really fair. My dog was here for a full day, I dropped her off before work and picked up after. She is all clean and cute and cuddly. She is a border collie and her hair was quiet long, so it must have been a lot of work!
We had such a positive boarding experience at Dog Island City. Lidia was accommodating and responded right away, with many pictures / videos / updates throughout the day. We were a bit nervous as this was our pup’s first boarding experience and official socialization with many other dogs, but Lidia made us feel at ease being on vacation for the first time without our little boy. They dressed him up and took some professional photos for International Women’s Day, and he looked so happy in the photos and when we went to pick him up. We noticed that his paws were a little dirty in some pictures and were planning to bathe him when we got home, but when we arrived to pick him up, they told us they had already given him a bath free of charge! I was a bit wary reading the few negative reviews at first, but don’t let those deter you! We had a wonderful experience and will continue boarding our dog here in the future :)
La Pet House offers an extremely clean, warm, and thoughtfully curated space for doggies. I’ve brought my fragile old dachshund and my vivacious Yorkie mix doggies to be groomed by Luis. He is very knowledgeable about dog breeds and is thorough and gentle. My doggies always end up looking their best. La Pet’s staff are professional, friendly, and appear to genuinely enjoy being with dogs.
I cannot recommend La Pet House enough! I recently brought my 110 lb dog, Hayley, in for grooming, and from the moment we entered, I was beyond impressed. The facility is spotless, safe, and radiates love and care—all thanks to Luis and his wife. Their genuine passion for animals shines through every interaction. Hayley received a full spa treatment and was ready for pick-up in just under an hour. Luis used a special keratin shampoo (formulated for pups) to help with her shedding, and the results were incredible. Hayley's coat has never looked better! I’ve seen Luis groom pups over the years at a local dog cafe and was thrilled to discover that he now has his own facility offering grooming, daycare, and boarding. Luis is unbelievably kind, patient, and clearly has a natural way with dogs of all sizes—Hayley adored him! Hayley is a rescue pup who can be nervous in certain situations, so I was completely in awe how safe she felt with him. As someone who works full-time in animal welfare, I’m extremely thorough about where I take my dog, and which businesses to support. La Pet House exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier care for their furry family members. You’ll leave knowing your dog is in the very best hands!
Love this place! We followed Luis here after he decided to open up his open place because we enjoyed his input and care with our Bernedoodle. He listens to your needs, offers suggestions, and collaborates to get you the haircut you want. It took us a few haircuts to find the winning combo but it was a joyful discovery process. The place is always clean and the dogs are happy.
We’ve been taking our Samoyed to Luis for nearly six years, and his patience, skill, and care have been exceptional. Samoyeds require meticulous grooming and a lot of handling, and Luis consistently goes above and beyond to keep our dog comfortable and looking his best. Now that Luis has his own location, we’re thrilled to continue with him in a clean, welcoming space tailored to his top-notch service. We highly recommend Luis to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate groomer—especially for breeds that need extra care.
I have been taking my pup to Luis for grooming for a few years now and wouldn’t take her anywhere else! He does amazing job and a huge animal lover. I love that the grooming section is open unlike many other places where they take doggies to the back and keep them in cages.I was so glad when I heard that he and his wife opened their own daycare/grooming facility as I trust them 100%. Highly recommend!
We love Luis and all the staff La Pet House NY! As a first-time dog owner, I was scared to drop off Mabel for her grooming/daycare as she has never been to daycare before. But Luis made me feel comfortable enough to leave her behind for the groom and for play time (it was also reassuring that he had a Yorkie of his own!). When we came back, we saw that Mabel clearly enjoyed herself and had an amazing time. And Luis did such a great job with her groom! We trust him completely! Mabel followed Luis from Chateau Le Woof and she will follow her Tio anywhere!
Luis has been grooming my dog for a while now and always does a fantastic job. He is great with dogs and always puts extra attention into grooming. I don't live close enough for daycare but would definitely feel confident leaving my dog here if I did.

Louis and Carla are just amazing at what they do. I had been looking for a trustworthy groomer for my 11 year old fox terrier and I was so happy to find Louis a few years ago, he takes care of my furry child like is his own. I would not trust any other establishment with my fur baby, La Pet House is simply the best! Luis is the only groomer I have used and will ever use and I could not say enough good things about his services. La Pet House has a beautiful, clean, open, and warm welcoming space, my dog was treated like another member of their family. 100% recommend ♥️
Our dog absolutely loves Baetails. We have been bringing him for a few months and it has been great for his socialization skills as well as tiring him out. The staff are great and sent photo and video updates everyday which brightens our days when we are stuck in the office :)
Love love love! Our Lole adores the day care! They are true dog lovers as they take an excellent care of our puppy! They address any issues right away and we are so appreciative to them for that. Our dog has been going to Bae Tails for DayCare and has been walked by their dog walker Vivan for the past 2.5. We absolutely love their DayCare and Staff, including the outdoor area. Vivan has always done such an amazing dog of taking care of and walking our dog for us. We would absolutely recommend Bae Tails for any dog walking or doggy daycare needs.
We recently moved away from NYC so I wanted to take a moment and write a review of Bae Tails since we are no longer customers. Bae Tails is a wonderful doggy day care with the most reasonable pricing nearby in the UES. The people that work there love dogs and take great care of them. Our dog Basil was obsessed with Bae Tails and when it became clear on walks that we were going there, she would start pulling and would run right up to the front door, excited to go in and play with her friends. The staff are good at communicating with you if your dog is sick or acting funny and will also send you cute pictures and videos of the dog having a great time. The 80th street location (NY Tails) is also a good boarding option. We and Basil will miss Bae Tails and just wanted to quickly thank them for being so good to her.
Bae Tails has the most incredible team and staff. My pup has the best time at daycare every time I bring him. He is constantly trying to drag me their to see his human and doggie friends. Bae Tails has so much love for the dogs and owners, I couldn’t be happier! I wish I could give them 100 stars!
Love Baetails! Outdoor space for the dogs is such a rarity in Manhattan :) clean and cute w the kindest staff + great flexibility / communication when we had schedule changes. Highly recommend
I rate doggy daycares by the level of excitement my corgi has when I announce we are going to ‘school’ and he literally sprints to Bae Tails. He was the same way with his first daycare in DUMBO (Cheeky Dog) which sadly closed down but he was very lukewarm about going to his daycare after that in Boerum Hill (Canine Corner). We just moved to the UES and he absolutely loves Bae Tails. After dragging me at full speed from our apt to Bae Tails, he scratches at their door begging to get let in when we arrive. That says it all!
Amazing daycare for your dog! This is a family run business passionate about dogs, rare combination of excellent service and reasonable prices. And owners regularly help with adopting dogs. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Priscilla and how she took care of my pup. For over two years, she walked my dog with patience, consistancy and care - you can tell she loves what she does but takes dog care seriously and is very professional. Priscilla was extremely reliable and also accommodating when plans change. I will always be grateful for the love she gave to my pup, there's no one I would trust more to take care of him. I wished I could have taken her with me when we moved to CT!
The best of the best! Treats & Care is perhaps the single greatest part of living in NYC. It is a most wonderful dog-care service run by husband and wife team Allisson and Priscilla. They have walked our dog Lacey from the first day we rescued her-- four years has flown by. They are 100% reliable and responsible. They love for and care for our dog as if she were their own baby. They are 100% organized-- there is never any mistakes. I cannot even begin to describe the peace of mind it gives us while we are at work to know that our baby girl is being cared for perfectly with love and safety. We absolutely adore Priscilla and cannot recommend Treats and Care highly enough. They are SO AMAZING! You can tell Priscilla truly loves dogs and they love her. We trust her so much to come into our home and take care of our beloved dog, and she is reliable, extremely responsible, flexible, and great with communication. She’s super observant and notices little changes with our dog. They do solo walks or walks with another dog if she thinks they would get along. That has been great for our dog, and helped us make dog friends in the neighborhood. We are so grateful to have found Treats and Care, they are so wonderful!

My neighbor recommended Treats & Care in 2017 when I had to travel and needed pet sitting services for my 2 beloved cats. And wow, amazing service! They met us for an interview and my cats automatically felt comfortable with them. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about cats. They send pictures and daily reports. I absolutely love Treats & Care! Priscilla has taken care of my dogs and cats since 2009. She has taken care of our various animals at different stages and was incredibly caring as our dog struggled with age-related health issues. I really can't say enough about Priscilla except to say, she is a rare find and you will never be disappointed.
We recently moved back to the city and were worried how our dog Ollie would adjust - Allisson and Priscilla have played a Pivotal role in making sure he was relaxed and happy on his walks- they’ve been a godsend for our family . They are so professional and flexible and you know they really care about your pet. Allisson shows up every day and our dog runs to him happy to go out for his walk exploring the park. Wendy's pet care was incredible while we were our of the country! She sent text messages and emails (ensuring that we would certainly receive one of them) with updates and tons of photos. She collected mail and ensured things in the house were great for our kitty. I loved known our cat was in good hands and wasn't lonely while we were gone. Before the trip, Wendy was thorough in getting to know our cat and his needs. I highly recommend and will be using her company again!
I would strongly recommend Wendy and her professional service. Our Cat usually would hide when strangers visit us, but he immediately interacted with Wendy the moment he saw her. Wendy took very good care of our Cat while we were away for 9 days. We received detailed daily reports and nice photos every day and that really made us feel at ease. Wendy is absolutely amazing. I have two rescue guinea pigs which sounds strange, I know, but they are and because of this they’re very sensitive and skittish around strangers. We went through a few different people before finding Wendy and they LOVE HER! Wendy is incredibly thorough and timely. Her visit follow ups include details and tons of pictures (see some attached)! I feel completely comfortable when I have to go away knowing my boys are in good hands and I’m so grateful to have found Wendy.

Wendy's the best! She really made my dog feel at home. Wendy is a professional who is diligent, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. She sent pics each day detailing my pup's activity, i.e. meals, playtime, potty breaks, etc. My pup was extremely comfortable with her and he was all smiles whenever I dropped him off and picked him up from daycare.
The first time my dog stayed with Wendy, I called her less than 24 hours from when I needed care for my dog. Though she generally prefers to have more notice than this, she was so willing to accommodate me and arranged for an initial meeting the same day. I left my dog with her for four days while I was out of town and my dog was so comfortable and happy the whole time. She sent me many photos every day and it looked as if she'd been taking care of my dog for years. I will never take my dog anywhere else in NYC. Highly highly highly recommend!
Wendy has taken care of my rabbit a number of times and always does a wonderful job. She is thorough, caring and responsive. She sends daily updates with details and cute pictures so I know that my rabbit is being well cared for. Now that I have found Wendy, I would not use anyone else to take care of my rabbit. Wendy is the best. We all know how hard it is to leave our loved ones - pets - they are our family members. Well, I have met many pet owners who told me about Wendy and it was all true. My little Parker is madly in love with her. He leaps from his bag when he hears her voice. Wendy's concerns are safety, a loving atmosphere, proper pet care. It is so great to know that if Parker is with Wendy, he is safe, warm, and maybe having a treat or more than usual. :). I recommend Wendy full on! She is great for short and longer term care.
