Erin is always a dream to have looking after things - friendly, communicative, completely reliable and responsive. Most important, she's given my very nervous cat the love and patience she needs. She has my highest possible recommendation.
Missing Tabitha and Fiona already. Tabitha jumps at sudden movements but loves to have lots and lots and lots of stroking/head rubbing and being close. Fiona doesn’t want to stay close but does love and ask for attention and stroking too. Both cats are very affectionate towards one another and are very chatty. There were random mice, dead and alive, brought in over the course of my stay but not an issue to deal with. The house is a bit cluttered but clean. The location is good with an easy walk into Witney via the fields and river. Good on street parking and very good bus service to Oxford and surrounding villages. I barely used my car. Tanya told me about the man that occupies the box room before I accepted the sit. As he works, he is away for much of the day and night, returning around 11pm, Wednesday through to Sunday and is around Monday and Tuesday.
Amy and Dave are amazing people and I'd sit for them any time! They were warm and welcoming with me as their guest and they made me feel right st home in their beautiful house. Their 3 beautiful cats were a delight to look after!
Sitting for Glenn and Denise was an absolute pleasure. They own such a beautiful home in a very nice residential area, where you can even walk to the train station to reach the city of Philadelphia. Wyatt and Quinn were such good boys and they always listened when you called their names. They allowed my partner to stay with me as well which made the visit much more comfortable. Very communicative and kind. Would 100% sit for this couple again. ❤️❤️
Our house-sitting adventure in Albion, a mere 15 minutes from the charming Mendocino, was a 10-day journey filled with simple pleasures and the company of adorable pets. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Melissa, who kindly showed us around their clean home and introduced us to the pets and garden. She even surprised us with a gift of fresh eggs from her neighbor. The communication was clear, and we received thorough instructions for our stay. The house was clean and remarkable, boasting high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and an overall inviting design. It served as a peaceful setting for our workdays in the dining room and relaxing evenings by the fireplace with Ivy on our laps. Although the sleeping arrangements were not optimal (one used as a cat room and the other having no mattress due to an ongoing upgrade), we made do by opting for the TV room’s futon, which proved to be quite comfortable. Ivy was a joy to look after, always seeking closeness and occasionally pilfering a sock if left unguarded. Her daily play sessions with their friend’s dog Albie in the orchard were enough to wear her out, and we cherished the chance to meet Melissa and Peter’s friends during these times. Sunny and Olive, the cats, were just as lovable. Olive took a while to open up to us, but by the end of our stay, we had earned her trust and affection. The secluded neighborhood wasn’t great for walking, but the orchard was a delightful spot to unwind. Nearby, we found breathtaking beaches, trails, and even a waterfall, though a drive was necessary for any outings, including grocery runs. Next bigger grocery store was in Fort Bragg for more affordable shopping and fuel. Dining at Melissa and Peter’s restaurant in Mendocino was a wonderful experience, capping off our stay beautifully. In summary, our time in Albion was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. We’re thankful for the opportunity and the lovely memories we’ve made.
Had a lovely time at Elizabeth's cozy home :) If you're looking for a relaxing place to unwind with a book or two, this is the perfect place! Her beautiful home has so many cozy reading places and Cauda will definitely come by for pets and scratches! Cauda is just a beautiful kitty and very friendly! He'll follow you to see where you're cozying up to and then plant himself close by for some snuggles :) Raven is on the shyer side as I didnt see much of her (except when she ran from the closet upstairs lol) on the first day. She was a bit more comfortable on the second day as she would peek out to look at me before dashing behind the couch. I was lucky enough to tease her out with her toy wand and played with her for about 5 mins before she went back into hiding. The home is located in a great place as it's easy to get to a lot of places but on the residential side so it's quiet and easy parking which I appreciated. I had a lovely time here :)
It was a real pleasure to look after Jennie and Dan’s family home and to take care of their well behaved, characterful dog Joy, who really was a joy. Following an online introduction meeting, we met up in person on on the day of the sit for a handover before they headed off. We had everything we needed for the two week sit. We loved their fabulously large, light and airy kitchen/living area where we spent most of our time. The location is in a residential area in a friendly neighbourhood with two pubs, a local shop, good train links and a short walk to the town of Esher or Hampton Court. Joy was very easy to look after. We just loved her! To summarise - a really lovely family; great dog and an enjoyable and comfortable housesit that we would have no hesitation in returning to in the future and recommend it to others.

My dog Mady seems to love all of your staff. I believe that he has a good time playing with the other dogs. I was so impressed with Amber on your staff. I am handicapped and I was fearful that my dog could get out when someone opened the front dog if he was not tight on his leash. Amber helped me put his leash and harness on. She was so thoughtful and kind. Mady is only ten months old. He is a lot for me to handle with my osteoarthritis, but no one could love him more dearly and give him a better home than me. He needs the socialization at Puget Hound that I cannot give him at home.
Earlier this year we got our pup Luna signed up. She loves going to daycare! She has made great friends and it always excited when we drop her off. She comes home tired from a day full of play. The staff are very friendly.

Bandit has been going to Puget for over two years now. Not only does it give him an opportunity to run and play all day, it gives him time to interact with the other pups, which is a good thing for him. The staff are great. They clean him up on the wet days, and the always have him ready when it's time to go home. Having him somewhere that they show they care about him as much as we do is important.
Puget hound has been such a god send for me! I work from home and am always looking for an opportunity to get my little Rosie the chance to play while I’m typing away. My dog Monty absolutely loves it here! He can't wait to go "play with doggies" as I tell him! The staff is so helpful, attentive, and really love the dogs, and you can really tell the dogs are having fun too. I love that he gets indoor and outdoor play time and comes home tired at the end of the day. I haven't used their boarding yet, but I would feel totally safe leaving Monty with The Puget Hound for any length of time. As a very protective dog parent, having someplace that I can safely leave my pup for the day while I run errands, work, or do whatever needs to be done is priceless. I'm so happy I found Puget Hound and recommend them to anyone!!

I have been taking my dog to Rover Stay Over for about a year and a half. We typically do the premium bigs lodging. The premium option has her play with other dogs in group play for most of the day! The staff will sometimes send us photos of all the fun she is having. Every time I drop my dog off she is very excited to be at Rover Stay Over. When I pick her up she is tired for a day or two. I am very happy that my dog is in a safe environment and enjoys her time so much! The staff is very friendly as well.
I was staying in the Lyden area camping and needing an overnight facilty for my dog because we had to go fishing VERY early. I contacted Rover Stay Over and set-up a reservation. Even being from out of town, they were able to take my dog because I had all the appropriate vaccine information, etc. Bailey had a great time and was one tired pup when I picked him up. Rover took great care of our 5 dogs when we were out of town. They returned home tired and happy from all the play. Rover sent us photos so we could see they each felt confident and cared for. We will definitely use Rover again.
Rover Stay Over was able to get my dog in for a 6 day “emergency” when my regular boarder went on vacation. The facility is clean and professional. The staff clearly LOVES the dogs (I got to hear them talk to other pet parents - it wasn’t just me). I loved the report card and photos so I knew Charlie was having a great time. I’m definitely going to be a regular!!!
I was looking for a new place to groom our 2 year old cockapoo. It was suggested for me to bring him to Rover stay over for grooming, which I didn’t know they had grooming options. I was very happy to find that our dog was groomed to exactly how I had asked and was treated with care and love. Plus, the price was completely reasonable and very much within my budget. I will definitely come here again!
Our dog loves going to Rover Stay Over for their daycare playgroup! Her excitement shows when we drop her off. She gets to run off leash and play with other dogs in a fenced, supervised area, which is so good for her. The staff there is friendly and experienced. We’ve also boarded our dog there from one to several days and are happy with that experience too.
We love taking our doggos to Rover Stay Over. The dogs are super excited to get there, practically singing with glee when they see we are slowing to turn into the driveway. The staff clearly love all their charges and we love them back. The only gripe we have is regarding overnight boarding policy that if you leave your dog after 11am on the pick up day they will charge for another day of boarding rather than a day of daycare. This is a new change this year, which is why it is why I mention it. We have learned how to work with this, but we preferred the way they did it before. Thank you for being in the community and making our dogs so happy !
Our pup came home very ill with some respiratory infection, lethargic, not eating. He could barely keep his eyes open. They told us this 2 days before I picked him up early- and only because I called and inquired how he was. Only one report card after a couple days and then several days went by with no communication. I had to call and ask for one, and then they said he was coughing and they would " keep an eye on him." Said he also wasnt eating. Seems they should have realized he was getting really ill.He's been home 24 hours and looks very sick- going to vet first thing tomorrow. They need to do much better with observation, and communication potential issues. Not recommended at all. My dog was a healthy 8 month old when he went in. I'm quite concerned now.

Totally Tails Pet Care Services has provided excellent, caring and reliable dog walking/pet care five days a week for the last year for our two Golden Retrievers (our dogs are now one year old and nine years old). I hired Totally Tails to watch after my 2 dogs while I was on vacation in Hawaii. I knew I didn’t want to kennel them, so I was excited about someone coming to my home to feed, exercise, and care for my pups. Not only do they do a fantastic job of exercising the dogs they sent DAILY photos and follow-ups of their health and progress. These reports made me feel very comfortable with Totally Tails. They also rotated indoor lighting so as to give the impression that someone is always home. Superb service! Beats kenneling when your pups are in their home environment. I will contract with them again!

This was the best pet care service we have ever experienced. An excellent value. The daily 30-minute visit was packed with focused attention to our cat's specific needs: food, medication, daily litter box cleaning, brushing, play time with treats, supervised outdoor deck time (indoor cat), and loving lap petting time. We received a daily review with pictures that served as both comfort and joy to us while we were away. Absolutely reliable. Knowledgeable about animal care. Loving and attentive. Professional. Responsible. Attentive to detail. Michele made sure we provided for unanticipated problems prior to leaving so our bases were covered in any event. THE BEST. We came home to a calm, happy, well cared for cat.
As fellow pet care providers we are quite picky who we leave our pack with should we go out of town. Ramona took care of a large zoo of animals (game birds, fish, Guinea pigs, and dogs). Her updates were thorough, and we came home to a clean house and happy animals. If you need a professional you can trust, you've found one here. Part of why we never leave town is not having had anyone we felt comfortable leaving them with, but now we do!
I love Michelle! We trust her implicitly with our dog and home. She goes above and beyond by bringing in our trash cans and packages when she's at our home for a dog visit. She sends us texts and pictures of our dog so we know she's taken care of. And she insists you text her that you're back home so she's assured your pet is safe. That's excellent care! I was stressed, four sorta feral cats and I had to take a trip. My vet said boarding was a bad idea because none of them would adjust well - in addition to being expensive. Camano Pet Sitters to the rescue! Not only did they do a professional job I think they made headway with my cats who were actually peeking out at them by the end of the week. I cannot recommend Camano Pet Sitters highly enough - they are now my go to folks when I have to travel. Claudia at Happy Paws is the best place to board your dog! We recently had our two labs, Homer and Lloyd stay with Claudia for 10 days. We were so relieved to discover Claudia at Happy Paws to take care of our special needs rescue mutt, who is a sweetheart but is insecure and reactive. After thoroughly learning about his behavior and needs, she accepted him for exclusive overnight care. When we left him for his first trial night, we were skeptical he would be able to adjust, but Claudia is a true dog person because he settled right in with her in her comfortable doggy-centric home. She sent us multiple updates during the 24-hour period, reassuring us he was doing well and asking clarifying questions to ensure his happiness and comfort. Claudia is a gem and we highly recommend her for doggy care needs!
We highly recommend Happy Paws Inn and Resort. we left our golden doodle, Beau with Claudia for four days and she sent pictures showing how he was getting along. It was obvious that he was having a good time. It is also obvious that Claudia cares about each dog she takes care of.
We can't say enough good about our dog's stay with Claudia. This was his first time away from us, and he couldn't have been happier. Claudia helped him adjust, relax, eat, play with the other dogs, and cuddle with her. The walks she took him on were safe and interesting, the other dogs that stayed at the same time he was with her were a great match. I love that she understood our dog and his needs so well. Happy Paws is a serene and beautiful vacation spa where my Labradoodle (Lola) gets personalized attention, long walks in the country, daily pictures, home made chicken broth mixed with her kibble and sleep induced snuggling in the owners bed. Lola even comes back smelling clean! Happy Paws is a happy place for your dog.
I LOVE Hyline. And my Sydney (German Shepherd/Akita mix) LOVES it too. I absolutely have trust in the workers, my baby comes home happy and having played well, they have a lot of extra services available, and she gets her grooming there as well. After trying another place in town where Sydney would leave panicked and stressed out (wouldn’t eat sometimes for days after) it is a relief to know she is cared for so well at Hyline. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Hyline. Oh, and they send the best pics!!
Hyline is a great facility if you’re looking for boarding your dog while out of town. As a daily daycare it wasn’t what I thought. Dogs are in kennels for most of the day and let out for 15 min to play and do their business… for my 5 month old she deff needs more interaction with other dogs and play time. The staff was very nice and she did have fun.
Awesome service from the personnel at Hyline Hotel, they did an amazing evaluation of our beasts, put them in a play group with 5 other dogs and submitted photos. Both our dogs looked so happy to be there, our female who is more vocal talked all the way home about the fun she had. Huge difference from previous daycare, won’t mention names. Hyline Hotel is the BEST!
Hyline is definitely one of the best doggy daycare facilities I have ever taken my dog too! My dog had the best time with other daycare goers and the handlers/staff of the company. Keep up the great work! My dogs tail never stopped wagging from how much fun he had! :)
I've used Hyline Hotel for years, both for daycare and boarding. The staff are great, friendly and welcoming and really care about giving the dogs their best. One local trainer told me that Hyline is the only kennel that she would use. They are terrific.
Guys, my cat is absolutely psycho when it comes to grooming her or trimming her nails. I don’t know how they managed to turn her sassy self into a mini lion with the cutest mane and floofy tail, but they did. Have a cat or dog that needs grooming.. just take them there already. Don’t think twice.
I was very impressed with Hyline Hotel for Dogs. Our two dogs were there over thanksgiving week and we received daily updates and photos. When we picked our girls up, they were very happy to see us and napped in the car on the way home - a sign they were content with their stay and well cared for. Everyone at Hyline was super friendly and the whole check in and out process was very streamlined. Thanks again!

Friendly, kind, compassionate and thorough daycare for our Harry. The staff are always keeping a open line of communication and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I don't ever worry about our dogs when they are at Hyline.
Our young dog was very nervous the first couple of daycare visits, but Hyline made sure to pair her with other dogs she played well with and by the time we needed to board her there, she was confident and comfortable. They kept her safe and as happy as possible being in a different environment and I would recommend them to others as well as use them again. They are responsive and organized and kept us updated.
