Juno was a great pup to take care of for the long weekend. The apartment is great, nearby all the fun restaurants and attractions in Lincoln square and Andersonville. Plenty of space and very generous hosts. Loved all the puppy snuggles we got to have with sweet Juno!
We had a great time at Vania and Paul’s. Communication with Vania was easy from the beginning and they showed us exactly how everything worked and what to do before they left. The animals are all very easy to look after; even catching Polly every day to put her in the stable was no problem, especially if you had a carrot for her! Bastien is such a lovely dog to have around - very quiet indeed - in fact I think we only heard him bark three times in a whole week. He loves his walks and just trots along happily beside you - he doesn’t even need to go on the lead. The area is really quiet and peaceful and great if you like walking and exploring new towns and villages - we even spent an afternoon at the races in Beaumont - definitely worth a visit if they’re on whilst you’re there! All in all, this is definitely a sit to be recommended!
I loved my petsit in Belfast! My four lovely furry friends were adorable, and not shy at all. Miriam left perfect instructions for my sit, and we chatted over the phone before the petsit, and myself and all was super prepared. Also Miriams house is in a great location in Belfast, close to the castle and hiking routes, so I had plenty of opportunity to not only spend time with the kitties bit also explore Belfast and surrounds. Patch, Siddieh, Nancy and Baby were very sweet, enjoying the sun on the patio, and Siddieh following me everywhere and sleeping on the pillow next to me. Thanks Miriam, I had a lovely time!
