It was so fun to get to know Liz, Tom and Ben. My two pups Hazie and Scout loved being with them! We looked forward to getting pictures and videos each day showing what they were up. It was such an easy transition for us coming home.....normally when the dogs are in a kennel they will sleep for two days after they get home. This time Hazie and Scout didn't miss a beat......they were on their standard schedule and I am sure didn't realize we were gone. Thank you Liz and Tom

It was a pleasure for Bill and I to have Daria take care of our golden doodle, Bentley. Daria was punctual and very friendly upon arrival. Bentley warmed up to Daria immediately! Daria is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. We felt very comfortable to have her stay at our home and sit for Bentley. While we were gone, Daria updated us with a couple of pictures of Bentley, and, also took him on a walk. This was the first time Bentley has had a sitter, and Daria’s calm and easy going personality made it an easy first time! We came home to a very relaxed dog. 😊 The house was in perfect condition upon returning, as if she hadn’t even stayed. Please do not hesitate to have Daria take care of your pets, you will be very happy you made the choice. We totally recommend her. 5+ stars for Daria! Thank you! Linda & Bill

If attentive, responsible, kind animal care is your top priority, Blaire and Nick are the Housesitters for you! They took care of my two goats and two hens for nearly 3 months. They very carefully followed all instructions for animal care (e.g. letting the goats out of their pen to roam the yard once/week; spraying water on the ground of the hens' pen when temperatures were in the 90's and above; plus many other details). They cared for my garden and planted lots of extra vegetables. Most significantly, they solved a huge problem I had of the hens' eggs being pecked daily (it turns out it was a scrub jay doing it, not the hens themselves). Nick built a clever new nesting box that allowed each laid egg to roll down into a covered area and remain safely whole! Brilliant. One of my hens became deathly ill, and Blaire and Nick brought her into a room in my house and nursed her back to health. Clearly, they went above and beyond in caring for my beloved goats and chickens, and I'm so grateful to them. They communicated well and kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the animals. I recommend Blaire and Nick without hesitation!

Erin and Nick were great! Belle was content and well taken care of. The house was spotless when I returned. They're welcome back anytime!

Jane and Luke were such great sitters! Communication was easy and clear, they were timely, and they just clearly love animals so much. Would have them back anytime.

This is the second time we had Sarah take care of our home and pets. She is loving, caring and responsible in her pet care. She took care of our dog and cat and home and even left us some cookies!

We are new to zeewoi and our first experience with Ellie was outstanding. She had clear and concise communication, was very self-sufficient, and followed the pet care routine flawlessly. She provided updates and a photo, just the right amount of contact to know the pets were in capable hands. Upon our return, we were able to meet Ellie in-person. I was impressed that she understood our pets' personalities. Our anxiety-prone dog was calm and happy as were the cats. The house was tidy and clean. Lastly, I was happy that Ellie enjoyed some of the sights and local eateries during her short stay. We will gladly welcome Ellie back for future sits!

It was a pleasure having Christina and Jack take care of Douglas over New Year. Communication with Christina was easy both prior to their arrival and during their stay. I felt very comfortable leaving Douglas in their care and came home to a happy pup and a tidy home.

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Simon was a great sitter. He was friendly, good at communicating, and self sufficient. He was transparent about his work schedule during the sit, which we appreciated. He left work to check on/ feed Bug during his workday. Bug and the house were well cared for. I’d highly recommend Simon for future sits.

Julie watched my cat and apartment while o was away for a weekend in 2019. She was an excellent sitter and kept my cat very happy. She brought her dog with her who was sweet and gentle to my cat. Julie kept me updated with lots of photos and texts to keep my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Julie for your sit needs!

Melanie was an INCREDIBLE sitter, so much so that we asked her to come back a week later! Communication with Melanie was effortless and reassuring, and she took care to highlight what was going on with our cats each day (complete with photos). Her dedication and reliability really stood out, and we were able to fully enjoy our trip knowing that our cats were in excellent hands with Melanie. We came back to two content cats and a spotless apartment. Highly recommend for all pet- and housesitting needs!
