Tom and Diana were perfect house sitters and guests. Great company, our dog immediately made herself at home with Tom. Animals loved and cleaned. House spotless, great communication and even left a thank you card and gift when they left. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Katy & Charlie were warm & welcoming, providing lunch & lots of useful information on our arrival. The dogs were a little unsure if us to begin with, but Bo was soon greeting us happily with a shoe & wagging tail & Twig was seeking out some cuddles. The dogs were easy to care for & Katy showed us their favourite walks. There are lots of great walks straight from the house. The house was very warm & comfortable & right in the centre of the pretty town with its lovely sandstone houses. The church with its beautifully carved grotesques is close by, but the clock chimes didn't bother us.
We spent just under 2 weeks staying at Jen and Andrews' beautiful little home in downtown squamish. The house was in a fantastic location, and right from the get-go, Jen and Andrew were so nice with excellent communication. They left an extensive list of instructions, so we barely had any questions. However, when we did, we received swift replies from Jen. Crux and Shem were an absolute delight also. Crux is getting old, so spends a lot of the day napping, however loves a good sniff walk and watching other dogs play from the sidelines. Shem is a giant energetic ball of fluffy love that enjoys getting out on adventures. We had lots of fun, taking her down to bodies of water and throwing the ball for her. All in all, we were sad to say goodbye to the doggies, but would love an opportunity to come back in the future.
