It was a pleasure to sit for Maggie and Rosie and their pets. Their lovely home and garden is within walking distance of two local suburbs and is an easy train commute into London city. There are many woods and areas close by to walk Jodie each day - he is the most well behaved dog we have sat - we really enjoyed looking after him. The cats, TT and Maurice, are a delight, very friendly and easy to care for. Communication with Maggie both prior to and during the sit was excellent. This was a great housesit and we thoroughly recommend It to future sitters.
Dawna and Gerry are gracious, friendly, and just lovely people. They have a gorgeous home and garden, which they made sure I felt at home. The guest room and bath were comfortable, clean and spacious. Dawna has an excellent equisite eye for decorating. The home is a gated home in the countryside with close access to Abingdon and the A34. Wonderful farm ship with divine food nearby. Easy access to getting around the Oxfordshire. Now for the poodles! Frankie and Georgi are wonderful, playful, and affecionate girls. They were such a joy to spend two weeks caring for. They love to go on nature walks, take rides in the car, and their hair brushed. I will miss them so much as they are pure loves.
We really enjoyed our sit at Darrells, Beth & the Families house. Harley was a dream to look after he is such a great dog, he loves his cuddles & to in the same room as you. The house was great! The location is amazing, it is across the road from a park & close to all of the major attractions of Honolulu such as Waikiki, diamond head & Manoa Falls. Darrell & Beth made the whole experience very easy and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for having us!
Julia and Klaus are wonderful hosts with 2 lovely kids! Their cats Polly and Trudel were fantastic company during our stay. They are very sweet and easy to look after. The environment is really beautiful, it was just a great stay. Thank you for the opportunity.
I (Aaron) had a lovely time doing a solo housesit for Laurie and Rob! They gave me a very helpful orientation when I arrived with plenty of time to ask questions and a thorough digital welcome guide and physical binder with all the information I needed for this housesit to go swimmingly. Daisy is a very sweet and smart cat. I felt like she liked me from the start and she grew more comfortable and affectionate with me with each passing day. She was good at communicating with me so that I knew whether she wanted to go out to the catio, play pinball or sparkleball toss, have some food, or be petted. Laurie and Rob’s place is very calm and the big windows at the back of their house gave me front row seats to watch their local wildlife as I saw deer, squirrels, and many colourful birds. I saw more bluejays at one time than I’ve ever seen anywhere else! There was an uncommon ice storm (especially in April) during my stay that led to the power temporarily being out for a short period of time. Despite being on vacation, Laurie and Rob were very responsive to my questions and concerns during the storm and throughout the sit. I was in regular contact with them during the housesit and I really felt like they wanted to ensure that I enjoyed this housesit, which I definitely did! They have a lovely home and I am excited to come back with Katie to introduce her to Daisy and housesit for Laurie and Rob again in May!
I had a wonderful time sitting Theo, Palina and Alvin. Zazyl's beautiful home is very clean and cozy. Also it has incredible surroundings (especially with the autumn colours 🍁). She left clear instructions and even a cute welcome note with some snacks. The cats are a bit shy, but with time they get a bit closer. Alvin is the one that enjoys most company, Palina is rather independent and likes to be left alone. Theo is something in between. The public transport is a bit far, but it's a nice walk. Overall I had a great time and would definetely recommend this sit.
