It was a pleasure to pet sit Bear. He had is a calm & intelligent boy. When we walked around the area he always navigated me back home. Which was great as I haven’t got a great sense of direction. The house was lovely and clean & tidy. The guest bedroom was very comfortable and cosy. Tom & Sophie were very welcoming and kindly drove my husband back to his sons. Genuinely lovely people. The area was perfect, very close to Morpeth town. I would recommend Sunday Roast Dinner at the Golf Club. I would highly recommend this sit.
What to say , we had the most fabulous time sitting for Tomi, He is such a lovely dog and he adapted to us easily. Walking with him was a pleasure , he maybe 11 years old but as soon as he saw his lead he was like a puppy. We went on some lovely walks with him in the beautiful town of Lymington and the New Forest . We felt confident to let him off the lead, he was very friendly with other dogs and stayed close to us. He is a very calm and quiet dog and just loved knowing that you weren’t too far away from him . The house and view is beautiful and just a short walk into Lymington with its interesting shops and restaurants . Straight from the front door is the marina and a lovely walk along the sea wall . Peter & Sue were great hosts and left us a lovely welcome gift and all the information that we needed to make our sit truly memorable and we would certainly love to return .
I had a wonderful time with three Golden's. It was even more fun than I expected. The home is beautiful, the location is lovely and I look forward to being there late May when the weather is better. Christine is super laid back and easy to communicate with. Thanks again

We completely enjoyed our stay at Sabrina and Dusty's farmette! The absolutely wonderful care and love they have for their animals was endearing to see. They took the time to show us the tasks needed for each group (horse, goats, chickens, and cats) and gave us tips on their quirks, likes, and dislikes. Sabrina and Dusty were attentive to communicating and responding when they had reception. They made us feel totally welcomed and we enjoyed an evening of sharing our travel adventures together. Definitely will house sit for them again.

I left my cat with Paws Galore over Christmas for nearly a month while travelling overseas. I liked the idea of Milo not to be trapped inside the cage like in most of the other boarding places, but to stay in a similar to home setting. The pet sitter (Marina) had a very good care of Milo! I enjoyed getting the daily photos and videos from them seeing him relaxed and enjoying himself. Paws Galore were great from start to finish, not only will I be using them again but would highly recommend them. I searched and contacted many services to find an option for my puppy for an upcoming holiday and Paws Galore were just amazing from first contact to post the return of my puppy. They went above and beyond from the moment I made contact searching for someone willing to take a puppy on and from there they took care of everything including scheduling pick up and return. During her stay I received regular photos and updates giving me peace of mind and enabling me to relax during my puppies first stay away from me. It could have not been easier for me and it cost less than a boarding service for such a premium opportunity. Paws Galore is a fabulous pet sitting service that goes above and beyond. They are so helpful, reliable, and professional and bonus - they even include pickup and drop-off services. I was really nervous leaving my dog Rory the first time as he’s a rescue dog that can get anxious at times. I couldn’t have been happier - The pet sitters treated Rory like their own, provided daily photo updates and messages which really put my mind at ease. Now when I go away, I can travel guilt free knowing that Rory is on holiday too. He’s since gone back at least six times, all of which have been fabulous. Helena at the Purrfect Pup is honestly the most caring, professional and trustworthy person you could ever ask for to look after your pets. Helena was highly recommended to us and came to dog sit for us at our house for 2 nights last weekend. Helena sent lots of thoughtful texts and pictures to put our minds at ease (as our dog had been quite ill a week or two before) and she bent over backwards to ensure our dog had a fantastic weekend and that we did too. Helena was amazing! I felt really confident having her visit my cat, as she has had experience with timid, shy cats like mine. And I really didn’t want to take her to a cattery so having Helena visit was perfect. Helena provided lots of photos everyday and my cat was her normal chirpy self when I got home ☺️. We have utilised the Purrfect Pup twice now! Won't be the last! More recently we organised for both our cats to be looked after in our apartment, while we were overseas for a couple of weeks. Our cats can be fussy and stressed when we are not there. They both loved Ciara who has looked after them on both occasions. They had daily visits (but this can be modified) to have their food and water provided and litter cleaned. The photos of how they are going is reassuring and comforting. Highly recommend!!
Helena was outstanding during our time away. She is smart, reliable and attentive. Quick to learn the ropes of the house and feeding our 3 cats. So grateful for her visits and she spent time with each cat, provided updates and made sure they were fed and loved. Will definitely asking for her services in the future.
Mel looked after our dog exceptionally well over a 4 night stay. She was great with her updates and communication and diligently did tended to his medical needs. We would be glad to have her look after our dog again.
My 7 month old dachshund puppy Remy absolutely loves his time at puppy love doggy day care and runs in overly excited every time we arrive. Mel is amazing and it is easy to see how much she cares and loves the animals. He gets walks each day, is able to socialise with the other dogs and there is a big grassed outdoor area for them to run around on which is why we chose puppy love daycare over a lot of the small concrete indoor places. Would highly recommend.
Mel is INCREDIBLE! My dog Suby has major separation anxiety and we were so worried he wouldn't be OK anywhere but not only is he ok with Mel, he's SO HAPPY! He doesn't want to leave with me in the afternoons when I go to pick him up and he races up the stairs in the morning to go in. He loves the big backyard and the comfy beds and the walks, and I love that Mel sends me photo and video updates throughout the day. I recommend Puppy Love 11/10!! Thanks Mel!

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

I can’t recommend Carlos and his team enough! My golden retriever, Neena, has been going on walks and daycare with the team for almost two years and she loves every second. As soon as the van arrives to pick her up, she’s gone, without even a glance back! To say they take amazing care of my Neena is an understatement. I brought my two cats to this shop for grooming and shower. The service here is absolutely amazing! That’s what I found after my dog had grooming done there recently. BTW, I heard you shouting at my dog when I stepped in, but you went quiet as soon as the door sensor rang…. I don’t know how to add a response to your message below, so I add it here. To clarify, we are not spamming. My dog was at your Chatswood branch on Saturday for a full grooming session. I requested a 6mm summer cut, but you shaved some area down to the skin, claiming there were knots. This was my first experience seeing how a groomer handles knots, and unfortunately, it led to my dog being left with a cut that we discovered as soon as we got home. This has caused her irritation and discomfort, as she has been scratching at the area. I have taken a photo and kept it as evidence. If this is how you handle customer service—only accepting positive reviews and threatening those who provide honest, unsatisfactory feedback—I must express my disappointment. I also reserve my rights as a consumer and am prepared to escalate this matter to the ACCC and the police if necessary.

My anxious rescue dachshund came out immaculately groomed but most of all .. super happy ! I've never seen a dog look so happy after a groom. It's in a great location since you can grab shopping or groceries or brunch around Chatswood. The service is communicative, and the trim was everything we asked for (neaten up his long hair but keep the mane). My dog still smells amazing after 5 days ! Pricing is pretty on par with large franchises, but given how this place is a much smaller business that can provide personal care, the pricing is amazing ! Edit: Due to last minute changes and emergencies, we had to board Slinky overnight for two days. He was a little skittish due to his natural demeanour but he was very well taken cared off and even played with other pups! Happy owners ♡
Raphaela provides an excellent service and we always revert to her when we have need. Beyond the caring, Raphaela has an excellent understanding of dogs and their behaviours. Our Lakeland Terrier Gilbert, so enjoys his short stay and overnight stays. We highly recommend this provider.

We just completed puppy school for our Golden Retriever with David and we couldn’t be happier. David is a very knowledgeable trainer and his love for all dogs is absolutely heartwarming. We learned so much about body language and how to interact with our puppy. She also learned very important tools like impulse control, recall, how to sit, stay, drop etc. I find that my puppy and I understand each other so much better since doing David’s course. I highly recommend this puppy school for all breeds.
I'm so glad that we found David and his puppy school. I feel much more confident in how to train my pup. We learnt so much over the 4 weeks, and it was also a fun atmosphere. My puppy definitely benefited from the socialisation too. David is very knowledgeable and passionate and gave up his own time at the end of classes to give me additional help and support which I really appreciated.

David has a wonderful knowledge and understanding of dogs and offers advice in a practical, common-sense way. He really wants to help give your dog the best possible quality of life. We have been unable to access puppy classes at this time and David has been very generous in giving us his time and expertise at no expense. Would highly recommend!

I was a very nervous puppy mum. I hadn't had my own fur baby for decades. David put me at ease and taught me and my puppy some very helpful tools for good behaviour and a happy dog and mumma into the future. David has so much knowledge and he sets realistic goals in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell he is passionate about dogs and has a beautiful calm Alsatian. Very happy with David’s (The pawfessionals) puppy school. We took our 10-14 week old bull terrier for the 4 week puppy school and it taught us how to best teach and raise a resilient confident and well mannered dog. Sharky is learning to be calm and we will be able to continue our training at home with him. Would recommend to anyone with a new puppy to learn how to teach them. We will be looking at future training with David and the pawfessionals to continue a raise a good dog.
