I am so lucky that Nancy was available to stay during my holiday. It's the second time she has taken care of my animals and house, and I hope that when my next plans come together that she will be available and willing to come again. Nancy surpassed my expecations. Updates while I was away, including a few pics of the furry ones so clearly enjoying themselves, and the house and gardens looked better than when I left. I know the weather was challenging while I was away (lots of rain, lots of mosquitoes) and still Nancy managed to have the garden looking well tended, the grass cut and trimmed, and the house clean and orderly. She kept Spanky on his somewhat complicated dietary regime, and he looks like he got lots of exercise despite the awful weather, his coat is gleaming. Emmy Lou (cat) is a young kitty who was new to the household not long before I left, and Nancy got her settled in to a routine and she's obviously a happy girl. Nancy also took care of an item that had been languishing on my "to-do" list (made a cover for my tea cozy, and did a brilliant job of it), and even made a few great recommendations for purchases to make home care easier, both items on sale and both of which I have bought and do, indeed, make life easier. Nancy, thank you so very much. I wish you well in your future travels and future house-sits, and I hope to see you here again, fingers crossed that our plans jive.
