James and Lydia were fantastic sitters! I was flustered after a cancellation and they were understanding and considerate in ensuring me that my worries were over. They worked to accommodate my schedule and I felt reassured having them keep an eye on everyone while I was out of town. Communication was excellent and they kept the house tidy. Consider yourself lucky if you have discovered Anna and Okan; they are truly exceptional petsitters. They are both gentle and kind people who are just a pleasure to be around. Dogs can sense this and our two GSPs were quick to saddle up to them, recognizing them as friends. Anna and Okan arrived the evening prior to our departure so that we could ensure they were familiar with the dogs' routines and mechanicals of the house. It was clear that they had thoroughly read the Welcome Guide in advance of their arrival which was reassuring to me of their commitment to a successful petsitting experience. They were great communicators, providing daily snippets of status at the homefront. Ed and I did not have a worry at all while away; we were confident that the dogs were being cared for in the way they are accustomed. When we arrived home, Anna and Okan had left our house spotless, leaving clean linens and towels and even a bouquet of fresh flowers. Anna and Okan are truly caring and they make every effort to provide the best experience for you and your pets. We are very grateful to them and hope they would consider coming back in the future.

Mari was fantastic! She communicated ahead of time to get as much information as possible about my cats’ preferences and needs and to ensure our schedules were all aligned. During her stay, she shared the cutest pictures and videos. My cats loved her so much! It was so nice to see that my cats were well cared for. My partner stopped by in the evening before I got home and was so impressed by how clean the apartment was and how nicely Mari left everything. She even washed the sheets and made the bed! I would welcome her back any time!

Emma is the perfect choice for house/pet sitting. Our cat is afraid of everyone except us but Emma sent photos of the two of them together hanging out and being pals- she let him warm up to her on his terms which is the only way. Emma is very self sufficient and a self starter. I had a small dying basil plant in a glass of water and she found my potting soil and a leftover nursery pot and saved it. She left the house like she found it; spotless! Emma is also a great communicator and kept us updated appropriately. She is warm, gracious, appreciative and a “go-getter”. Thank you Emma!

I would happily welcome Angèle back again! I received daily updates and photos, which showed a very happy doggo. I came home to a relaxed and content boy. Prior to the sit, communication was great, too! Angèle planned perfectly to accommodate my travel schedule and dog’s needs. My house was well maintained and cared for. I would recommend Angèle!

This was my first time having a stranger stay at my place, so this was a big deal for me. I had a good feeling about Kyle from the start and was excited about the idea of helping a fellow Bostonian see the unparalleled city of Austin. Like me, he works from home in the healthcare industry. I had the privilege of meeting Kyle on the first day of the sit. I found him to be friendly, funny, and affable. As this was my first time having a sitter, I texted Kyle details of the apartment and pet care as I thought of them. I appreciated him baring with me through this as I am working to now compile a user-friendly guide. Kyle was sure to communicate frequently. He updated me often about his arrival and departure and also sent pictures of himself with Gypsy during the stay. He also gave me a heads up about having someone over. The only questions he had were about the laundry, which evidently was the one thing I didn't go over. He was self-sufficient and attentive to the fine details of the apartment and the care of my cat. Kyle relieved the stress of stress of separation anxiety my cat goes through when left alone, therefore relieving me of inevitable guilt. My cat seemed to be at ease when I returned home. I could tell she missed me, but she did not seem stressed whatsoever! As Kyle promised, the apartment was not only just as clean as I left it, but cleaner. I have a bad habit of stuffing my recycling underneath the sink and procrastinating the removal. I was pleasantly surprised to find Kyle emptied the whole thing. In this he must have discovered I'm a beer drinker because he also left me a 6 pack! Not only this, but he left a bunch of food, which is great because I'll eat anything you leave in my apartment. Would absolutely have Kyle again. Highly recommend him to give you and your pets ease when traveling.

Liz was great! She was super responsive and kept me updated on how Lany was doing. She took Lany on a bunch of walks and made sure she was getting plenty of exercise. She was very accommodating to my travel plans even when there was some changes. I highly recommend Liz!

It was great to have Maria take care of my cats while I was away. She was very diligent about making sure they were happy and cared for, and I came home to a clean apartment and content cats!

G was fantastic! I was away for 3 weeks and the process was seamless. They were communicative, considerate and polite. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
