Brian also the best company, he is a lovely chilled affectionate boy- also loves contact so you will never be short of a pet to cuddle with. Jan & Ian have a beautiful home right in middle of a lovely neighbourhood that’s super nice to wander round on your dog walks. We hope we will see them again :)
We just returned from an absolutely marvellous stay in Madliena. Sue and Marc are perfect hosts, they made us feel welcome from the very first contact. They both are very interesting persons, at home with humour. On the day of our arrival Marc showed us around the area so that we knew all the whereabouts. Sue prepared a lovely dinner for us and we had lively discussions about many topics. Their house is an absolute dream. It is very elegant and cosy and has all modern appliances you might ask for. Best of all are their wonderful furries. Amber is an extremely sweet dog. She is very kind to everybody, she obeys very well, thus it is possible to walk her off-leash. She adores ball games and just never gets tired. Since she is so adorable and always likes to go out, we took her with us wherever we went. As long as she can be with her „pack“ she doesn‘t even mind to stroll through the town on a sightseeing tour. We also took her to restaurants and even there she behaved perfectly well. The two kitties are absolute beauties. Fleur is a real darling. When we returned from a day outside, she was already waiting for us in the yard and she followed us wherever we went. She likes to be brushed and stroked and she likes to sit on your lap while purring happily. Minnah is rather independent, but she also enjoys kind words and loving attention. All in all this was a fantastic sit for us. We can recommend it to everybody who loves pets genuinely. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and we would love to come back whenever this is possible. Dear Sue and Marc, thank you so much for your confidence and your hospitality. It was a great pleasure meeting you and we would be pleased to see you again some day in the future.
Todd and Victoria's home is clean, relaxing and in a quiet wonderful neighborhood. Their puppy Finn is absolutely adorable! He is energetic, affectionate and loves walks, hugs, and lying in your lap. He can sniff out all of the rabbits and other creatures!! The two cats, Nova and Echo have different personalities and after a day they warmed up to us. One of Echo's sleeping places is behind the washer and dryer so if you can't find her, that is probably where she is at! Nova is more quiet where Echo is more vocal and would like to lounge on our laps. We already miss the pet family. Don't hesitate to pet and house sit for Todd and Victoria.
We loved our time with Louie and in Albuquerque. We looked after Louie and the house for three weeks and felt really comfortable. Louie is a super sweet and lovely dog, he loves his walks in the dog park and our evenings together on the couch. We were also able to leave him alone for a few hours without any problem. Lynn and Scott are excellent hosts, they picked us up from the airport and showed us around. The two of them have a wonderful home where nothing is left to be desired. We had a great time.
Mummels and Mikis are two adorable cats that loveeee cuddles and attention! They were so easy to petsit, they didn't make any problem. Athene left the apartment clean and the communication was also great. I felt really good staying at her place and looking after the kitties. The location was 10/10. Would recommend to everyone !!
We had a wonderful time with Elroy in Palma over Christmas. Palma, especially Santa Catalina, is probably the most dog-friendly urban area we visited so far. One can actually walk-in with the dog, even large one, to many restaurants or even bakeries, and they usually provide bowl of water or even biscuits for dogs. Orla and Phil have a very centrally located apartment within a walking distance to all the turist sights. The area is not crowded with tourists and you'll find many expats as well as locals living here. We arrived one day prior Phil's departure so we could learn all about Elroy's day-to-day routines. Walking with Elroy around Santa Catalina feels like walking with a celebrity - people recognize him and usually stop to pet him. He also has favorites venues and he'll insist to take you in 😉 Thank you for warm welcome and the Barszcz (!) so we could have a typical Christmas Eve dinner.

Update: after posting the review, I did receive an email from the company. I’m a former client who used to love this company but I’m not sure what happened between the last time we utilized their services and now. We had them stay with our beloved dog a few times as well as having them visit a few times a week for drop ins. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer so we decided we no longer needed services (he has since passed). When we adopted our current dog, I reached out three times to ask if they still serviced our area and did not receive a response.
Highly recommend! Going Mutts has always shown the best care to my dog when I need her walked. They are in constant communication regarding walks and will always give you an update and a cute picture afterwards!

I have two “shorkies” with high maintenance that required extra time and energy for them to be satisfied fully. Due to my busy work schedule; I struggled with finding the time to burn their energy and of course potty training them Was a huge problem. I Requested a try-out service from jogs with dogs & Luckily; I was assigned to the most sweetest, patient, reliable and well trained Personel. Her name is “Imane” and I will not see myself changing to another company. My dogs are now happier, potty trained and way relaxed when I come home from work. Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. 5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!
Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.
Kat is so organized and her love of animals is apparent. We loved getting updates on our dog through the Walkies app, and Kat kept us in the loop throughout the boarding stay. Our pup was exhausted by the time she got home, so we knew she’d gotten plenty of attention during her stay!
She took amazing care of my dog bella. I love receiving all of the photos and videos. Bella is very energetic and difficult at times and she took care of her even better then if Bella was her own. Bella had 2 pup cups from Starbucks and had lots of playtime.

This was my first time using a pet sitter and it very much paid off! Jessica and Matt are warm and inviting and asked all the right questions for when they watched my cat. I came back and found my house clean and my cat happy as can be! Even when I had a question at 9PM, they picked up my call and assisted me. My experience with Katya has always been super positive. Whether i’m giving plenty of notice or in a pinch, she is always willing to help. I have two guinea pigs, so finding care for them is harder than I had originally anticipated. After meeting for a consolation (which was so kind of her to offer), I have had a phenomenal experience with her care. My guinea pigs always return happy and healthy (sometimes sad that they’re leaving her). I just appreciate how attentive Katya is to their needs!! Highly recommend!!

I hired this company and I was told the fee was $150 total but the babysitter who came and showed up to collect the remaining money said oh no ma’am it’s only $120 and I had 150 in the envelope, I rearranged my vacation to go away on August 27 to the 30th so that I could use the same babysitter Until I found out that the owner would not let up on collecting that extra $30 she was bent on communicating with me every day to get a $30 fee when I gave them 120 because of the babysitter saying oh no, you don’t need to give 150 I gave $120 She says I’ll just use the extra 30 for my Tip. I had arrangements to meet the babysitter to pay her on Saturday and this owner Katika was relentless on trying to collect that additional $30 from me. I already had it set up between the babysitter and I we were doing just fine until Katika got involved so if you wanna Cooperative Company who has their act together who communicates with their employees so they don’t try to charge their client more money than I would say go elsewhere because the owner of this company is not someone you wanna deal with. They are more interested in getting your money than they are and taking care of your dog
Katya took wonderful care of our black lab while we were gone for a long weekend at the beach! She sent updates with photos or videos with every visit which was very reassuring to know he was doing well. Would definitely recommend Katya to care for your pets and will have her come back again!

We have loved the customer service with PetSmart so far! Our dog loves day camp and his overnight stays. They always remember him by name when we come in and they are always willing to update us on how he’s doing at his stays. The staff is wonderful! I recommend them to anyone!
All I can say is Thank you!!! Had to make a reservation a few days before the 4th of July weekend after driving for over 16 hours from Florida to visit family. My sisters dogs were not having it with a strange dog in her house. The staff at Petsmart PetsHotel took great care of my Shadow. My kids and wife were sad so I stopped by for a visit with them after Shadow’s 2nd day and he was a happy pup. Staff was very friendly, from the phone receptionist, the front desk at hotel, to the people in back. They answered all our questions and were really reassuring us that Shadow was in good hands. Best decision in short notice and it was worth it. When we picked him up to head back to FL he was bathed and got a goodie bag of treats with a report card!!! Will definitely use this place again in my future visits to PA.
I send my pups to this location occasionally and have never had an issue. Even if I have last minute plans, they are always able to accommodate. I go to Banfield for my pet's health needs so transferring information was easy.
Our dog Loki was a stray rescue we had picked up about a year and a half ago. We work really hard with Loki about his insecurities with humans and other dogs. We were very anxious to have him stay in any kennel. But let's face it. Everyone needs a Vaca. After researching we picked pets hotel at petsmart. We booked a 4 day 3 night stay. We added half day doggy day camp, doggy ice cream and a private suite. We packed up his huge comfy blanket and all his toys. I pre portioned food so there would be no issues. Off we went. We did receive two pictures of Loki. This was awesome but also had us missing our pooch. We returned Monday morning. We did get there earlier than we had said. But they were fine with that and had Loki packed up very quickly. Loki came out and had a huge smile on his face. For a minute he didn't want anything to do with us. Then he realized. Barking kisses and rolling on the ground quickly insude. He seemed healthy and happy. The girl who rung us out let us know key points to his stay. For example, Loki wouldn't poop inside, go figure :) But what impressed us is she took him outside and walked him instead then! Wow, going above and beyond! Thank you petshotel and all the employees! We now can take vacations with no worries and honestly it was reasonably priced.
Loved it! They sent me a picture of my puppy while I was on vacation and he received a goodie bag when we picked him up. Everyone knew him when walking out the store, I felt like he was very well taken care of.

Moritzen Family Pet sitting took care of my 5 month old puppy like she was a member of their family. I was initially nervous because my pup was so young, but Laura abated all my fears with her daily pictures and in depth notes daily after her visit. I knew Rori was in great hands and was an to enjoy my time away without worrying. They are flexible to last minute changes, very reasonable and true pet lovers.
Wonderful experience with MFPS. My girls were well taken care of (along with flower and strawberry watering, mail and newspapers brought in). Eye drops given to one of my girls. Loved the twice a day updates. Communication prompt. When we got home and opened the door the girls facial expressions told us they were disappointed we were home. They were looking for their new best friend Tyler. I will definitely utilize their services again. Highly recommend. 💜

After having a really terrible experience with a different pet sitter, we were extremely hesitant to trust someone with our three pups again. However, every single person that we’ve worked with or spoken to at MFPS has been exceptional to work with. They have clear communication and we really appreciated the follow up ensuring we were pleased with the service. We had a different sitter both times, but they both communicated thoroughly, sent pictures, and you could tell they loved up on our pups. April takes amazing care of our dog and has been SO flexible and communicative. She not only provides basic care but goes above and beyond by bringing her on fun outings, hikes, walks, and even has helped with some training needs we have. As someone who is gone a decent amount and always worried about getting the best care for our doggy, she’s a godsend.
I can't recommend April enough. April is dedicated, thoughtful, reliable, and a wonderful person who truly cares about the animals she takes care of. We have a deaf puppy, a diabetic cat, and a Great Dane who all require different handling issues. The one thing that you want with someone who takes care of your babies is reliability and trust and I never worry about our animals when she is taking care of them. One time, our puppy chewed his way out of the crate and April went over right away with a crate and saved our house from destruction. If that isn't amazing service, I don't know what is. If you need someone to take care of your babies worry free, please reach out to her. She is very responsive and always sends a message prior to watching as confirmation which I love. She is also a trainer and I highly recommend her classes if you need dog training!
We have 2 larger dogs who we had never left with a sitter before. April was wonderful! She was great with the dogs, stayed at our home with them so they were comfortable and she was so easy to work with. We will definitely look to have April watch our dogs again next time we go away or just need some help during the day if we cannot get home! It works perfectly for us and the dogs loved her!

April is the best! She cares for my dogs as if they were her own. She's very reliable and has a true passion for helping dogs. I have hired her for walks and playtime during long work days as well as for dog-sitting for vacations, including overnight stays. She was so helpful with my aging dog, showing such care for him. With her expertise as a dog trainer, she's fantastic with my dogs, including my foster dogs and family dogs that may be more hesitant with new people. She's been a life saver on many occasions! I couldn't recommend her more highly!!
Elizabeth is excellent. Whenever we are out of town, she stops by to look after our cats. She makes sure they have food, water, and get their meds. She even sends pictures of them to us, which is always appreciated! It’s nice to know that we have someone we can trust looking after our pets while we’re away. Friend of a Friend is absolutely fantastic!
Elizabeth of Friend of a Friend Pet Care has been the best comfort for us every time we travel and have to sadly leave our fur kids behind. Especially our rescue kitten- who is timid and rather spicy with strangers- Elizabeth was there for us with her from the very beginning. She goes above and beyond with updates , notes and the cutest pictures. She is always timely and responsible and so sweet. We cannot thank her enough for keeping us at ease and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Absolutely thrilled with the care Elizabeth provided for our cat while we were on vacation. She even grabbed the mail and watered our flowers for us. She didn't rush in and out like some sitters I've hired and am very happy to say she will be my go to for all pet care in the future! 10/10!

I truly can’t say anything negative about FOAF petcare. As someone who travels for work fairly often, I feel extremely lucky to leave my babies in Elizabeth’s care. She’s caring, responsible and reliable...and my girls love her. It’s great to get texts while I’m gone letting me know everything is OK at home. And it’s great to know if something comes up on my end, as delays sometimes do, Elizabeth and her team will be there to continue to take care of my kitties and my house, always and all ways. Elizabeth and her helper Amanda did a fantastic job taking care of our cats for 5 days. Elizabeth is very responsive in answering emails. I worry about my cats when we're away but Elizabeth puts my mind at ease by texting photos of the crew. Will use Friend of a Friend Pet Care in the future.
Recently moved to the area and only wanted the best care for my 2 cats while my wife and I are out of town - well, I'm convinced I found it! Communication was tremendous all the way from my initial inquiry to house visits to follow up after returning from our trip. From the time Elizabeth stepped foot in our house I knew we'd made the right choice. Bottom line is if you're like me and are really picky about who to place trust in to come into your home and care for your pets, then your search is done. Couldn't recommend enough.

My mind always at ease knowing my furry friends are being looked after in their own home. We even get photos of the visit and daily updates! Couldn't ask for anything better than that!
