Jenn and Brad are wonderful people and our perfect house sitters. They were very communicative in coordinating the house sit and we enjoyed having them to stay with us for a day before we left. We could see that they love animals and were very caring and attentive to our 1 year old springador. They sent regular updates and photos which we found very reassuring. We returned to an exceptionally clean house and a very content dog. They are kind, caring, responsible house sitters and we highly recommend them.
Rae and Milo are fantastic housesitters! Their warmth and enthusiasm shines through and we knew our home and pets would be in great hands from the moment we met them. They were especially accommodating coming into London the day prior as I was anxious of them coming in from Europe the same day we left. We were sent several pictures and videos throughout and could see our pets were definitely relaxed and themselves around them. We returned home to a very tidy house, happy pets and a lovely welcome home drawing. We would happily have them again and highly recommend. Couldn’t be more delighted we chose them!
Having Serena in my home was an unpleasant experience. She complained about everything - from there not being blackout blinds in my bedroom to me not leaving enough space in the pantry. She acts entitled and says that she expects her stays to be like an Airbnb - seems like she is using the wrong app. She disrespected my home by taking my beautiful art off the nightstand and my purses under a display case and shoved them in the closet. None of those things were in her way and she didn’t put them back in their respective places before leaving. She left the house with 3 loads of laundry for me to do, smelly cooked fish in a pan in the fridge, no toilet paper, and a mildew ring around the sink. She might argue that my products aren’t fragrance free but there is a grocery store next to my house and she could have picked up some fragrance free detergent and cleaning supplies to make it presentable for my return. I would never recommend Serena to anyone looking for a responsible sitter.
