Delightfull housesitting! Linnea is very kind and explained all we needed to know about the lovely cats and the house. We were in contact with her all the time. Phee and Pachino are very easy to care. Even though Pachino is still shy, we made a huge improvement with her. The house is very beautiful and the pool is refreshing for the hottest days in KL!
I absolutely loved looking after Brewster & Chester, they were the most friendly & lovable companions. Brewster is shy at first & you need to earn his trust, once you do its like winning the lottery for pet lovers. David & Annie's home is wonderful, comfortable, large and has an amazing kitchen if you love to cook/bake. I wish I could work from home and then I could sit for Brewster & Chester for longer periods. My Cousin came for lunch with her 10 month old son, we all sat in the garden together. Brewster & Chester didn't mind having visitors & were great hosts.
This was such an incredible sit and we highly recommend!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the sweetest and most lovely dogs, and such a beautiful and clean penthouse condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jhadé provided all the details we needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay, and was always super responsive and helpful if anything came up. Now about the sweetest fur babies; There is marvelous Marvin who might fool you with his big burly looks but is actually the most polite, sweet, kind and loving soul you can meet. Even though he is so much larger than his sisters he is the most gentle and kind to all of them. There is Hunny who lives up to her namesake because she truly is as sweet as honey. Even though she is an older girl she still moves around briskly, loves to explore and is so full of love and is just a treat to be around. There is the adorable Piper, even as the smallest never lets her size get in the way and she is the ulitimate cuddle buddy. And of course the grorgeous Yve who is the star of every show, can fly around like an energizer bunny for an entire day and showers you with endless love and affection. She demands to be the center of attention in any room she enters and 99% of the time she’ll have her way lol. Taking care of 4 dogs can seem like a daunting task but not with these guys. Jhadé and Daniel have done such an incredible job training and creating structure for them, they are so well behaved and receptive to commands. It made for such a smooth experience. This was the first sit where we were a little emotional when it came to an end because of the bond we developed with the little guys, they truly are the sweetest. We would like to thank Jhadé and Daniel for allowing us the opportunity to look after their little angels, we enjoyed every minute of it and we would not hesitate to take care of them again.
Caroline and Don opened up their magnificent home to us, and we spent a week whiling away the hours in wonder at our good fortune. The house design is fine art, the interior design screams to be written up in a glossy magazine, and even the gorgeous ragamuffin kitten looks like she should come with a blue ribbon. Rest assured, though, this is no shiny, immaculate two-page spread. Take a tour through any of the rooms, and you’ll see the proud display of endearing family photos, cherished keepsakes from far-flung destinations and mysterious mementos of spiritual journeys. It’s obvious that these two have taken great care to build a warm, inviting sanctuary together – and then somehow even got the cat in on it. Speaking of our main reason for staying, we can’t sing enough praises for Bella the blue ribbon kitten. What a stunning and enigmatic creature! Sadly, she’s not much of a lap cat, but she is delightful company nonetheless and is so docile that she inexplicably has zero issue with being carried in the crook of your arm (‘cause, you know, being fluffy and terminally adorable isn’t enough). She’s incredibly low-maintenance, and because of the detailed instructions left for us, we felt assured that there was no issue we couldn’t solve on our own. Needless to say, what an astounding first official house-sit through this site! I signed up with the aim of finding a little slice of home in an exotic locale. Lo and behold, I discovered paradise just a few hours’ drive east. I am so grateful for them to take a chance on me; I hope for the privilege of doing it again.
Watching Autumn was a wonderful experience! She is a smart, beautiful, and affectionate cat who loves to play and likes to be close. She couldn’t have been sweeter! Chris made everything easy! Quick communication, clear and detailed instructions, and a beautiful, warm home to welcome me into. Thank you for a great experience! I hope to be back one day soon!

I decided not to continue dropping my dog off at 41K9 because the staff waited until a serious incident to occur before letting me know that my dog was showing signs of obvious distress. My dog had been going several days a week for about a month. The day I was told of the incident, was the first day I was informed the staff was aware that my dog had been distressed during her time there for some time. I did not notice any changes as my dog was always happy to jump in the car and see the staff in the morning and pleasantly tired when I picked her up. I understand there are many dogs to keep track of, but if my dog is known to be upset during the day, I should have been told when it was first observed.
Milo just gets his entire life each time he visits. He's learning to socialize, behave and make friends. When he comes home...He's puckered out...the staff is friendly, courteous and always attentive.
I left 3 messages, with my question in each message, over a 2 day period stressing a time crunch each time. Someone left me a message to email them, that they don't answer the phone since they are always doing things. (They did not answer my question on this message) So, I emailed them the question. I got a response that they could not accommodate my situation. What a bother! It was obvious that they did not bother listening to EACH of my messages with the question and just couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. After reading these reviews, I will not pursue any services from this kennel.
So happy we found this place.... When we go out of town we don't always have family to watch the dogs. This place isn't the closest but out of all the ones I personally visited this was the one place that treated me and Honey like FAMILY. It's just a vibe in that place, people are happy and the dogs are happy too... For me it isn't about the cost or location for my 4 legged family but about how she feels when visiting the location, I'm not the one staying there and let's just say she didn't want to leave 😉 and my wallet didn't hurt after. Finally thoughts, After the owner took the time out of his day to come see who this newcomer was, I just felt relaxed. For me it's about an hour drive but the fact she doesn't want to leave means it's totally worth it.
My boy loves the day trips but not so much the overnight. The staff is working with me to help make his overnights better, they gave me some suggestions and have been very helpful. Staff is very friendly and I will continue to use 41K9 for my boy!
We take our sweet girl here 5-6 days out of the week while we are at work, she had just turned 4 months when we started bringing her and she absolutely loves it. We don’t have any issues with her being a younger dog in the Pack. Shes always tired when she gets home and it’s definitely made her even more social with people and dogs. The staff is so kind and friendly always willing to talk and hear my concerns and make me feel very safe bringing our dog here. We are so grateful for these amazing and friendly staff for taking care and watching our girl during the day. Definitely recommend checking them out!
Previously I had rated this establishment with 5 stars. I no longer can. We've reached a three strikes point and will no longer be returning. First strike, my sister who brought us on to 41k9 had picked up her pup and while in the parking lot heard some absolutely cursing up a storm at the dogs. She said it was foul language and completely unnecessary for the environment. Second strike was about 2-3 weeks later when our dog, a Newfie, so she looks like a black bear but absolutely one of the most passive dog breeds ever, she will literally put herself between two people yelling at each other in order to spread them out. She was accused of snapping at another dog, a pitt, while at the water bowl. I'll admit she'll drink it by the gallon, but we've only ever heard her growl once, and that was not at a dog. All she ever wants to do is get love and play. And in this water bowl event, only our dog was hurt, the other dog bit her face and cut her just under the eye. So we were very suspicious, not to mention pissed at the accusations, and our guard was way up. I almost called it right there and demanded video proof. And then this whole issue with the owner popped up on social media. I don't care how he wants to excuse it, it was a racist tirade for which he took absolutely ZERO responsibility or accountability and simply deflected everything. For someone who self proclaims they are not associated with the business other than to clean and fix things, he sure responded to my previous 5 star review by name. Third strike. We're done. Can't be associated with that type of people. So I wish you all caution.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. This is one of those places that makes Toledo so great. The staff is amazing and take such good care of our dog both at daycare and when boarding. Could not recommend them any higher!
The staff at 41K9 are great. They love the pups and take great care of them. I was concerned my eleven year old would not be socialized enough for day care but she loves going there.
Apollo and Artemis has their tempernant test today at 41k9! They did awesome! For all the pet owners who are going back to work and are afraid to leave their dogs alone or people like My boyfriend and I who on mondays have to leave the dogs by themselves for up to 12 hours at home, I highly recommend this place! It’s cheap and provides so many different services that at other doggy daycares would charge you for! Also did I mentions it’s locally owned? The owner gave us a tour of the facilities and he is awesome. These pups are definitely worn out.
Monica and Dave are the best around. I have been taking my dogs to get groomed for over 20 years! Your pups are in good hands and they look beautiful when you pick them up!

Great dog grooming and what have you, but it is a slight inconvenience every time i go into there and have to solve 12 elaborate puzzles that Dignan made. There almost like Saw traps. Anyways, lots of love. Diggy don’t care no more (as they say).
Amazing grooming but a man named Dignan made me sacrifice a virgin in the parking lot. Spooky stuff. My dogs never looked better though!
Our 3 dogs love going here. They are always so excited when we pull up here and they come home smelling so good and looking great! Our youngest dog is a rescue with serious behavior issues. It didn’t phase Monica at all. She is the only person outside of our family that he will go to. We’re so thankful to have Canine Castle in our neighborhood and would recommend them to anyone!
I had heard some not-so-great things about this place, but after our regular groomer refused to work around our schedules, we needed a new groomer decided to give them a shot. The staff are friendly, and my pup, who suffers some pretty bad anxiety, doesn't seem to mind going there. Services are very reasonably priced compared to lots of other places around, and she always comes back looking cute.
I've taken my dog Gracie to these fine folks quite a few times for nail trimming or a bath. They're always cheerful and kind to Gracie, and they do a great job on her. I've recommended these folks to several of my friends and will continue to use their services.
I highly recommend A Walk in the Park. It's a terrific place to bring your dog! Their approach to enrichment daycare and social sleeping is unlike anything I've experienced. It's the first time I realized that most other boarding facilities leave their dogs unsupervised all night. How scary is that! Dirk and his staff are amazing with the dogs. And they know what they are doing when it comes to group and individualized training, and they make it fun. Check it out--it's an experience you won't find anywhere else!

My dogs love this place. They stayed for a weekend and came home very happy. I think Dirk is the dog whisper. The staff is great. Went for grooming also, like that they towel dry them and then air dry. I am writing a year later after bringing our new rescue Gertie for a puppy makeover. As always AWITP has been wonderful in making our new family member feel welcome and safe. Our other two love going for times they can not be with us and they are never stressed while being there. I only wish I could bring them more often for day care, they are happy pups. And that makes us happy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with them.l
Dirk is helping us understand diamond better and helping us to help her feel more confident and not scared. His training is a game changer. Only uses positive reinforcement. We’ve can noticed a big difference.
This is our 6th year coming to AWITP. Riley is now 9 and she still gets excited every time we pull in to the parking lot. The Little Pack is one of a kind. A group of only little dogs with their own special play yard outside and their own special play room inside! Great place for both big and little dogs!!! Dirk and his staff are truly amazing. Dirk is extremely knowledgeable about dog behaviors and he makes sure his staff is well trained and educated. Riley loves her time at daycare - she is always happy going in and just as happy at the end of the day. The kennel free environment is awesome and the dogs are never left alone overnight! Riley also gets groomed at the “ranch”- she does a great job and his gentle with the dogs. Dirk also offers free services like group dog walks - he is always willing to help others with any dog issues they may have. AWITP is the best!
Amazing!! This place is a bit pricey compared to other doggy daycares but they are SO worth it!! You really get what you pay for here! My pup is always so happy when we pull in to drop her off and she absolutely loves the staff! She’s not super friendly with just anyone so that says a lot. I love that there aren’t too many dogs here at once because it allows each one to get some good loving and attention. The enrichment option is awesome. I always choose that one when it’s available. With enrichment, my dog doesn’t just come home tired. She is genuinely so happy as well. And not just happy to see me, but happy that all of her needs were fulfilled!!

Hands down, the best doggy day care in town! They take such great care of our pups and they are always smiling and excited when they are there. The enrichment program is also fantastic and keeps the dogs actively engaged while they are there. Also, the staff, they are soooo good with the pups. I never worry when I leave my fur babies with them.

I love Petcheck Pet Sitting! I feel at ease knowing Cori is stopping by to let my 2 dogs out for a midday potty break. She always leaves a note and photos of my pups in the client portal. We are all very happy to have her visit, and I will definitely use the overnight service the next time I am out of town!
I needed someone to come let my dogs out very last minute for the weekend and Cori was very responsive to my needs. She kept me in the loop at each visit and sent me pictures. Cori is amazing! Recently I was unexpectedly hospitalized for multiple days. I found her online after being admitted for a serious infection, and she was a lifesaver for my 2 cats over the next week. She came to the hospital to pick up my house key, and even bought supplies (extra cat food and bowls) when I wasn’t sure what my supplies were. She also was very easy to work with, and was fine with making the above purchases for me even though we had never met and I didn’t have a lot of cash on me in the hospital. I cannot say enough about Cori’s trustworthiness and willingness to “go the extra mile” for me and my 2 pets during a very trying time that hit me out of the blue. Although I couldn’t have been less prepared for this medical crisis, she came to my aid and made my situation much more comfortable. Thank you, Cori!
Cori is the best! She takes such good care of my older dog while I am away. I have found her to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy. I look forward to the report she supplies after her visit and love that she manages to take the best pictures of my happy dog!
I have used Petcheck quite a few times this year and have always been very pleased with their service. We have a 16-year-old cat and a parakeet that are taken care of by Cori, and she does a great job. Being 16, our cat has some issues using his litter box, but Cori takes that all in stride. Besides taking care of our pets, she brings in our mail and newspaper. Cori has always been there when we need her to be, has never tracked in dirt and has always made sure everything is locked up when she leaves. If you are looking for someone you can trust going into your home while you are away and taking wonderful care of your pets, definitely give Petcheck a call!
Cori is awesome and so sweet! She truly has a heart for animals! Cori stayed overnight with our newly-adopted chihuahua who is stubborn and was petrified at first, but she got him to trust her and sent pictures of them while we were gone! I highly recommend PetCheck for any dog-walking, check-ins, or overnight stays!
Cori was so great. She really put our minds at ease while we were gone. One of our dogs had just had his leg amputated and she took special care of him. The other dog is petrified of strangers and she was able to get her to come around and go on walks. It is really worth having that peace of mind that comes with having an experienced dog handler caring for your dogs in your home. They were so much more comfortable than in a kennel and we were more comfortable too!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

Boarded my dog here for the first time and I am very happy with the place. My dog hurt herself the day we were dropping her off. She licked her scratch while we were out of state, and they had to take her to our vet. Everything with that went smoothly. I didn't have to worry about my dog at all, they care enough to watch out for things like that! Ty so much!! A couple years have gone by since I wrote this review and I have remained a customer of this dog kennel. My dog is always happy and cared for whenever I pick her up.

We have been taking our dogs to Karnik for many years and our dogs LOVE being there. Both get so excited when we pull up and can’t wait to go into the play area. The staff is GREAT, very caring and loving to our pets. It is nice to be able to check in on them via webcam when we are away. Highly recommend sending your pets here…they are in good hands.
This was the first time our kitties, Sulley and Gracie have been boarded. Not sure what to have expected. Thanks to Karnik and their staff our kitties were well taken care of. I’ve always been very reluctant to board my dogs anywhere. After tour of the facility, I agreed to board down for an evaluation for a future boarding. The facilities are very clean. It appears to be very well. Run and staff is very kind. It was comforting to know that they give you a report of your dogs behavior and any interaction they had with a specific Dog that was also Boarding there. I highly recommend this facility.

Excellent facility. Please spread the word. Conveniently located. We had never boarded our two small dogs (7 and 9 pounds) — we were able to talk with the owner and animal care specialists. All employees are competent and friendly. Clearly everyone here loves animals. Outside play time is part of the boarding routine. Okay groups and treats are optional upgrades.
My dog Chopper loved it here! Happy Tails is the best. I was a little nervous leaving Chopper for the first time, but the staff made me feel comfortable. They were super friendly and took the time to ask about Chopper’s little quirks, which I really appreciated. The place is clean and has such a cozy vibe. The VIP suites are awesome—Chopper looked like he was living the good life in there! They even sent me pictures while I was away, and it was so nice to see him happy and relaxed. I’ll definitely be bringing Chopper back here anytime I need boarding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and loving spot for their pets and the prices were GREAT!
Thank you Happy Tails! They did a great job with my cat and dog! Brad, one of the managers, sent me photos every few days of the girls, which was amazing! My girls were so nervous at drop off, but I could tell they had a great time once we picked them up! Price is extremely reasonable as well! Will definitely board here again.
Went above and beyond to make sure that my dog was well-taken care of and happy! I was a bit nervous, as I’d never had to board her before, but they took excellent care of my dog’s unique needs- I’ll definitely be using them again!
I haven’t boarded my Charlie for a long time, so was not sure what I was going to do on my last trip. Driving home one day, my solution was found: Happy Tails! I could reserve online, and I found a warm welcome when we showed up. Charlie had a good time and I didn’t have to take out a loan to pay for it! My new favorite place!!!

Ma and Paws has been a God-send for us! Their services have been excellent, everything we ask them to do is done, and our dog is so happy to see Kim. She sends us pictures each time she comes, and we just love it! We appreciate the professionally-run and trust-worthy business that John and Bonnie have built, and the peace of mind we have while we are away. A huge feature for us is that our dog can stay in her home when we go, and still be taken care of the same way we would. They are outstanding, and we can't say enough to recommend them highly to everyone!
My pups and I love Ma & Paws!! I often work long days and my dogs need a break midday. I appreciate having a company I can trust to let my dogs out and follow any instructions. They work around my schedule including weekend and holiday visits if I'm out of town for a day. They give me peace of mind that my pets are taken care of when I can't be there myself.

Ma & Paws has been taking care of my two dogs for about five years now. They have been a godsend! They usually come 5 days a week to walk and feed my dogs, but also have taken care of them during weekends and holidays. Ma & Paws is extremely reliable, and treats my dogs like their own.

We are at ease when we are out of town because Ma and Paws does such a great job with out cat, Minnie. Lynn is usually the person who cares for her. She adores Minnie. Lynn is trustworthy and kind.
This one star review is based on an encounter I had with an employee this afternoon. I was in front of an employee for this company at a stoplight and I did not immediately go when the light turned green because my 6 year old in the back seat had just lost a tooth and was crying. I did not move for maybe 5-7 seconds after the light turned and this employee blared on their horn and threw their arms up. After we both moved through the stoplight the employee sped past me and flipped me off. The stickers were plastered all over this persons car and judging by the pictures of employees on the website next to their cars I can see that this person was Johnny. When I got next to Johnny at the next light I returned the sentiment to which he mouthed a very choice expression at me. I invest a lot of money in companies around toledo that offer the same services that Ma & Paws offer (Karnik at both locations, rover, and Perrysburg pet spa and lodge), but this company will never see a cent from me after this experience with their employee. If this is how they behave towards strangers what kind of aggression will they have with our fur babies?

Amber was very accommodating when we needed to find boarding at the last minute when our plans changed. She was very friendly and had good communication. She sent photos and updates every day. I feel better about boarding our dog with her and the care and attention he received over a commercial boarder. We will definitely use her services in the future!!
Elsie and Lucky have been boarded at Woofpack several times since we found out about them. So close and convenient. Both dogs love going and Amber and her family take such good care of the dogs.

I was super nervous about finding a place to board my elderly cat because I have never done so before but those feelings changed when I came across The WoofPack LLC. In immediately speaking with Amber I felt comfortable and at ease as she was super kind and welcoming and and I knew Anubis would be in great hands! When I was away, Amber provided me with daily updates and pictures that made feel better about being away from my fur baby. I could enjoy my vacation knowing that he was safe and comfortable in his own room away from other animals and was still getting attention and care. I would recommend The WoofPack LLC over any kennel because it is in the comfort of Amber's home and you can rest easy that your cat will be in safe hands with such kind and caring people. We were very happy we found The WoofPack while visiting Canada for a few days. Amber was very flexible when we needed to board our dog a day earlier. Overall, it was a very easy process and Teddy seemed to enjoy it. We would definitely board here again.
Amber gives my sweet Twizzle the best care. I am very weary of who I leave my pup with, and Amber has been great! She sends me all the updates and pictures I want! Twizzle is always excited to go to daycare. Highly recommend!!
My 2 dogs absolutely love The Woof Pack and staying there while I'm on vacation! One of my dogs has separation anxiety issues, hates being in a kennel, and is picky with people she trusts but Amber is amazing with her and she can't wait to get out of the car and run inside to see her when I pull up in her driveway! She also does a great job during home visits caring for my cats, chinchilla's, and rabbit. I love getting pictures and daily updates of all my furbabies. I relax and enjoy my vacations even more knowing they're being well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about The Woof Pack. Highly recommend!!!
We took Lilo to the WoofPack for a week while on vacation. She is a mini-dachshund and gets very anxious, especially when we have to leave even for just a short time for work. Amber was wonderful with her and brought her right into the fold. Took great care of her, and sent us daily updates. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing to board their babies!

CAT BOARDING REVIEW! I am so, so glad I took a chance with this place. I was apprehensive because I wanted to board my cat and I wasn’t sure about a place with dogs. Amber was so responsive and professional! My cat had a wonderful time based on the many pictures and updates Amber supplied without me even needing to ask. He came home earlier this week and adjusted back with zero issues. I’m sure he’s missing his new kitty friends, though! 😹
