It was a delight getting to know Marylin, Robert, Nacho and Khalessi! Marylin & Robert are just awesome! We had a wonderful time getting to know them before and after the sit. They are fun, flexible, easy going and communicative. They were so generous to let us use their garage to park our car. They had a list written up of how to care for the pups and gave excellent suggestions for things to do while in the area. They were open to us coming the evening before the sit started to show us around the house + get to know the pups so they could warm up to us. We brought our pup Mila with us and so all three pups had fun playing together during the stay! Nacho is a sweetheart and loves loads of scratches, walks and food! ☺️ Kalessie is super sweet too; it takes her some time to warm up to you, but once she does, she is so affectionate and wants all the cuddles she can get with you! The location of their house is excellent! Their neighborhood is super safe and beautiful. It's about 20 min to the Strip, 45min from the Valley of Fire State Park (Amazing and we recommend you go see it...just not in the peak of summer like we did 😂🥵..but even if you do, it is WORTH the views!!) Loads of local shops, restaurants etc. Super close to the home. You will not be disappointed to sit for Marylin, Robert, Nacho and Khalessi! We had a grand time with them and would love to sit again if we are in the area. :) Thank you Robert & Marylin for entrusting us with caring for your pups and your beautiful home!!
I truly enjoyed my sit here - Lily was an absolute dream of a dog! She is shy at first as advertised, but really didn't put up much of a fuss after the first night (I believe a healthy amount of treats may have helped in this process 😂). She's wonderful on walks, with quick recall and minimal leash pulling. The house is admittedly a bit rustic - getting to it requires a short jaunt down a dirt road, and is on well/septic water. The drinking water is AMAZING though, and the yard is to DIE for. The only negative I have is that the house is a bit cluttered (though very clean!), so it can be a little overwhelming if you're more of a minimalist like me. All in all though, I'd totally stay again!
Socci is such a lovely doggie! We loved spending time with him and had so much fun. Our walks developed with time and once he found out we’re his friends, he wanted to hang out with us all the time. Cute! We are gonna miss this little guy. This sit itself was a bit different than the others, because the dog owner was inside the house with us. Veronica is very interesting and nice person. If someone is looking for a company during their travel, it’s the place to be. She provided everything what we needed for our walks with Socci (bikes + trailer so we could ride to the park with him) and was very helpful with driving us from and to the airport, shop etc. Showed and explained main attractions in Las Vegas and we shared some meals together. She ensured all what’s needed for every day routine. It can be a very nice stay for someone who like chilling, exploring the city and have everyday chat.
We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Natalie's beautiful home. We both fell totally is love with Louis who is just the sweetest natured dog.....so well behaved and a lot of fun. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and immaculately clean. The garden is a total haven - we even managed a couple of glasses of wine in the sunshine! Thank you, Natalie and Tim, for having us x
Lisa, Hill and Luna were wonderful to sit for! Lisa and Hill ensured that we were able to schedule time to meet virtually before confirming, and asked great questions to really get to know me and what was important to me. We arranged to meet the morning that they needed to depart to have a quick house tour and walk with them and Luna. Luna was an absolute delight! She is probably the friendliest dog I’ve ever met - we made new friends on every walk. Hill and Lisa left wonderfully detailed instructions both emailed well before the sit as well as printed when I arrived. They also made some great personal touches for me to ensure that I felt comfortable! Luna and I enjoyed a great walking routine and even met up with neighbors to have play dates with their dogs at the local park. She was a delight and their home is beautiful and comfortable, while being extremely well located close to food, coffee and conveniences. They were also available via text for any questions that came up. I would love to come back any time - thank you Hill and Lisa for a wonderful time spent with your adorable Luna!
Hanging with Addie was amazing, she is a wonderful 10yrs young who had a personality 10x her size and Cathrine has a wonderful home in a very central location. It was a joy and I would happily pal around with Addie agian.
