Leroy is a small dog with a big character! He has so many fun quirks and personality traits that meant it was such a joy to take care of him for the week - I will miss him! Teagan’s home is tidy and well located with lots of greenery nearby. Communication was a breeze and Teagan is a great HO to sit for.

Great experience! Lunchbox was a cuddly friend who liked to sit on my chest every time I sat down. The location of the house is incredible - the beach is a 5 minute walk and the street is super cute. Drew was very communicative and made everything easy to understand and coordinate. Would sit again!
The perfect get-a-way from it all cat and house sit. The owners were warm and welcoming and we shared a tasty home-cooked meal on my arrival. The cottage is pretty and cosy and wonderfully hidden away on a hill-side. Plenty of easy walks from the doorstep for hill tops and Riverside walk plus an impressive castle. The cats are very easy care and both friendly and good company. Lovely big garden with seating in various areas to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.
10/10 from start to finish! Steve and Jan were incredibly hospitable to me from our first exchange. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my experience at their beautiful cabin. I felt like family! Their home is beautiful and my week there flew by. I was very sad to leave! Huge brand new kitchen with all the appliances, which was great for cooking. It’s located just enough remote you feel tucked away but also easy access to the beautiful outdoors. I was able to go to the Teton National Park multiple times during my stay, which was a real treat. Both their dogs are SWEETHEARTS. We went on daily long walks/hikes and they were excellent companions. It was sad to leave them at the end. This was not only probably the best sit I’ve done, it was a top trip I’ve ever been on. Anyone would be lucky to have this experience. I feel very fortunate. Highly recommend!
This was a wonderful house and pets sitting at William's beautiful place in the heart of the Cotswold. All animals were very sweet. Bonnie, Rosa are beautiful sensitive souls, very gentle and cuddly. It's been a pleasure to take care of them all. Loads of nature around for all types of walks with the dogs. They loved it. Thank you for this special time and experience. Ana has been taking care of my 2 cats every time I travel for the past 5 years. She is trustworthy, reliable and communicative, sending pictures and updates on the cats frequently. She also pays attention and reports suspicious/abnormal behaviors (signs of diarrhea, pee outside the litter box, eating less than usual, etc) — and has at times done some extra visits to check on their well-being after such incidents. Ana is a lovely and kind pet sitter. She truly loves the dogs and even goes out of her way to pamper them on special occasions. She is a trained dog groomer as well and does a great job in making the little furballs be neat, clean and look awesome!

Ana was unreliable, I contacted her end of the morning, she agreed on keeping my dog for 3 hours for the following afternoon and at the end of the day she cancelled. While she agreed after a few basic questions (the dog breed, age, dog behaviour) she was dishonest afterwards saying that if she cancelled it is because she doesn’t accept dog she doesn’t know. Also her price was very high 20chf/ h.
I had the chance to meet Ana, she is a reliable pet sitter. She took care of my adorable little Malou (cat) during the holidays, went there three times a week, fed her, cleaned the litter box, gave her fresh water and a little affection. I highly recommend his services.

Cindy is the absolute best. She cares so much about the animals she takes care of. She is super responsive, keeps us up to date on our cats while we are away with pictures and videos, and she makes scheduling easy and organized. One time (not when she was responsible for our cats) one of our cats went missing for a few days and she went above and beyond to connect us or connect for us with local veterinarians, online groups, posting boards where we could put word out about our missing cat. She also checked in with us every day until he returned safely home just because she cares.

We left our golden retriever late last year for a long weekend. Our beloved Evie returned with a bite in her mouth and in her ear which was not openly discussed when we picked her up. At the price which is quite high, we expected better care and communication.
My two girls Zara and Zoe, one a senior and the other still a pup both were very happy during their visit. They loved being outside in a big garden with lots of space to run and play. Well looked after in a home, family environment.
Being the human of a little dog from Romania who is anxious and has many sensitivities, I was worried about finding a boarding facility where her needs and fears would be respected, and where daily work would not be ruined. Cindy was recommended to me and she is a gem! Sauge has been going there for short stays as well as vacations for over two years, and I couldn't live without it. This is summer camp for her! She cries when I tell her "we're going to Cindy's", and often doesn't even want to leave. Cindy takes care of him as if he were her own, gives him his medication, sends me videos regularly, and even teaches him to manage some of his fears. When you have an anxious dog, it's a lot of daily management. Being able to leave Sage and know that whatever happens, she is in good hands, and that I can enjoy 100% of my moments without her, is a luxury. Whether you have a sensitive little one or not, I can only recommend Cindy (and her mother), who admirably manages all these little people in a caring and enlightened education. Thank you Cindy ❤️

I brought my Shiba Umi to Woofy and it went super well! Umi was not stressed at all and she quickly took these marks. The staff is super welcoming, professional and attentive to the needs of the dog and the owner. In addition, it is a pension different from the others, there are several rooms whether for rest, games, socialization etc. And a little more the long walks with friends and especially the news of your dog at all times. We brought our little staffie, Nala, for the introductory morning and were made to feel very welcome. The session began with a 30-minute discussion about our dog's character. During the morning, we were able to follow the activities on Instagram: walk, wading in a pool and a lesson in learning how to lie down properly. When we went to pick her up, we received a little update on her character and her morning. Nala was of course exhausted after so much activity. Very satisfied and we will use their services in the future! We recommend!

Very disappointing experience. Like many dog owners, we were first and foremost looking for a trustworthy person to take care of our animal in our absence. Unfortunately, it was trust that was lacking the most: shortened or sometimes non-existent walks (without informing us), increasingly frequent lies, etc. This person abused our trust and it deteriorated over time. The height of malice: faced with her failings, she stopped overnight providing the service that had been contracted and refused to reimburse the amounts for which payment was required in advance. The complete opposite of a serious and professional service. Avoid at all costs!
We used the services of Thepetsparadise, more precisely Alessandra, for walking our dog. Unfortunately, we had to end this collaboration prematurely due to several shortcomings: Lack of reliability: Alessandra did not provide the agreed walks on several occasions, without warning us in advance. Reimbursement problems: Following the termination of the contract, Alessandra refused to give us the walks already paid for for the month of July and to reimburse us for the amounts paid in advance. We are forced to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amounts owed.
I used Alessandra's ThePetParadise services and was extremely disappointed. My dog's walks were frequently shortened or even canceled without any notice. Despite the termination of the contract, Alessandra, who always asked me to be paid 1 month in advance, refused to reimburse me the amounts due for the services not provided. His behavior is both unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly advise against using his services.
