Ely and Roly were the best! They made such a connection with both cats who responded positively to them each in their own way. Contact with Ely was brilliant; she regularly sent photos, videos, consulted and related what was going on with the cats. I think both cats are missing them and Roly's "cat vibes" certainly engaged both of them, even Milly who is very shy and distrustful normally . Ely and Roly both quickly fell into a routine and found things out locally about places they wanted to visit, a gym, shops, restaurants, cycling networks. They were very self-sufficient. I would thoroughly recommend Ely and Roly for any cat sit. Ely has a lot of knowledge about cats and experience with them which makes you feel your kitties are in good hands. And most important of all : they genuinely love cats. I hope they will come back whenever they can. Enjoy your next sit, Ely and Roly. Thanks for everything.
Rhonda was a great host and provided excellent communication for taking care of Josie. Josie is an extremely sweet dog who is easy going, enjoys playing in the backyard and simple to care for. Their home is beautiful, comfortable and has great amenities. I would absolutely recommended sitting for Josie and Rhonda to anyone!
It was an absolute pleasure house sitting for Tom and caring for his rescue dog Indy and black lab puppy Loki. Both dogs have wonderful characters and a lot of energy. They're very affectionate and each evening we were rewarded with lots of snuggles on the couch. They're good with kids too and my 5 year old had a ball playing with them, including throwing lots of tennis balls in the local dog park that Loki in particular will happily chase all day. Loki is a typical pup (only 4 1/2 months during our sit) - full of energy and totally adorable. He loves to play, responds well to commands and is eager to learn - especially when motivated by food treats! We had fun continuing with some of his training routines. Indy is super sweet and a joy to look after. Being a rescue dog she needs some extra TLC and carers who are aware of situations that could unsettle her, all of which Tom clearly explained and we had no issues. The dogs need a good walk for 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day to provide an outlet for all their energy (and indulge in their love of chasing tennis balls!) This is easy to do as there's a large dog park only 2 mins walk from the house and a big country park about 5 mins drive away (or about a 15 minute walk). There was an overlap for the first week with Tom staying at the house but working full time before leaving to join his wife Katy and baby Jensen overseas. He was a very easy going and welcoming host, with good communication before and during the sit. The house is a comfortable, 3 bedroom extended terrace with a small garden out back - ideal for doggie bathroom breaks between walks. Worcester Park is a nice leafy suburb, the neighbours are lovely, and we had off street parking our front. This can be the perfect base if you'd like to explore London, as it's only a 10 minute walk to a station with trains that can get you to Waterloo in half an hour. You do have to balance commitments with the dogs of course but the family has a regular dog walker (that the dogs love), and we were able to set up a longer walk / doggie day sit during our stay so we could enjoy a day out in London. It's also only a 5 - 10 minute walk to a wide range of shops, restaurants and amenities, including supermarkets. We're happy to recommend this sit - especially to genuine dog lovers who'd like an ideal base to explore London.
We had a great time at Lindsey and Sam’s place. The animals were delightful — Both so friendly and cuddly. Cooper likes to meow to get outside and even has a buddy who comes to visit. The house is comfortable, conveniently located near some public beaches, and downtown Portland is only 15 min away. Highly recommend!
It was such a joy taking care of Ona. She's totally adorbs, and super friendly. I took her to a couple of friends' homes, and she jumped from one lap to another getting a load of pets from everyone. It was almost heart breaking to have to leave her after two weeks! Maria has a beautiful condo in a very central part of Oakland. She was very communicative and prompt, even though she was on vacation with family in Thailand, and I had no trouble at the house at all.
On arrival Damian and Katie were very welcoming and gave us a tour of the house and introduced us to Jasper. The house is in a very peaceful location and the guest room was very comfortable with outstanding views looking out to the hills in the Cotswolds. Jasper was very friendly and love’s company and affection. Snoopy is rarely seen and spent most of the time outside. This was a very enjoyable and peaceful stay in a lovely house and an ideal location for exploring the Cotswolds.
Fue una estancia increíble! Me explicaron todo a la perfección y pude ciudar de Russell, Oreo y los peces con mucha facilidad. Los animales son buenisimos y fue muy agradable compartir tiempo con ellos. Muchas Gracias ☺️
