Nora & Shingo

Nora and Shin are everything a pet parent could ask for and more! They took great care of Astarte and Rebel as well as the house and they were sending daily updates about the wellbeing of the cats. Shin had to leave in the middle of the sit period due to a health emergency, but Nora didn't hesitate to stay back and look after the cats, for the full period. Which was very sweet and greatly appreciated! We came back to 2 happy cats and a tidy home. We highly recommend Nora and Shin and we would happily have them back, anytime they visit London again!

Michelle

Michelle’s focus was our little cat. She is so organised and excellent at identifying the needs of the cat. The cat was so well cared for and Michelle was a great companion to her. She was respectful of our home, instructions and our pet. We got daily updates and everything Michelle does is about care. To top it off we returned to an immaculate home and a delicious homemade feta and spinach pie! All round a five star.

Alessia & Edward

Edward and Alessia were very clear and organised about arrangements from the outset. It helped that we were able to meet them in person on the first night as we had a very early flight the next day. And from then on, we were confident that Jess and the house were in good hands. We hardly had to communicate with them while away and when we did (in order to arrange for a gardener to trim hedges) they responded and helped out immediately. On our return, Jess was in such a happy state and the house was clean and tidy and so I would definitely consider them for any future house sits.

Sian and Jungsoo have house sit for us and our two cats a number of times now and have always been fantastic- they both love cats, give them plenty of care and attention and also look after our house incredibly well, leaving it super clean and tiday. Could not recommend more.

Belu & Nati were great sitters. They looked after my cat for 10 days and we had no issues. They met me online first and then as they were already in town they came in person to see the flat and meet Sprout. They were very self sufficient, and were great about sending several photos and videos of my baby. The flat was pretty clean and tidy when I got back aside from a couple of small things. They put fresh sheets on for me and the place smelled great! I would absolutely have Belu & Nati back to look after my flat and cat again!

This was the second time Rhys has looked after our cats and flat. He is reliable and sent us daily pictures which we loved! He also left the flat spotless. We hope to have home again in the future!

Aidan & Emma

Aidan and Emma were more than we could have hoped for. They looked after Basil and Silvie with great care. Communication was excellent. On our return the dogs were obviously well looked after and had developed a great relationship with Aidan and Emma. The house was spotlessly clean it made our return home, after a long journey, easy. I would highly recommend Aidan and Emma, they are such a lovely couple.

Emma had excellent communication as she was giving me daily updates and pictures. She was able to successfully take care of the house and Cindy. She is an approachable and kind human.

Dominika and Lucas were amazing with Maddie and Poppy! We came home to very happy hounds, and a clean and tidy house too. She was communicative and responsive to my messages, they were both super friendly and you can see their genuine love for animals. I'd highly recommend Dominika!

Lara was great! Organised, reliable and flexible when I changed the dates around! Her communication was brilliant and the dogs and chickens were very happy. House was clean and tidy on my return. Wouldn't hesitate to have Lara again and to recommend to others!

Matt and Jessica have been super dog sitters. Ethel took an instant like to Matt, the moment he walked through the door, much to everyone's amusement. Sylvia was great!  She was communicative, reliable and the place looked great when we returned.  She did great with our cat - usually our cat is begging for attention when we return from a long trip but this time she seemed indifferent.  We take that as a good sign she was loved while we were away.

We were very lucky to have found Henkjan. Our property is quite large and rural and there are two cats and two dogs to care for, as well as fish, a pond and lots of outside terraces. However, Henkjan was not at all fazed by any of it, calmly and professionally dealing with house and pets alike. He has considerable experience of looking after country properties and that was evident on my return. He even kept our large pool clean and tidy ( not a part of the ‘job’!’).
All the animals were extremely happy, not least because Henkjan was able to spend the vast majority of every day in their company.
We were away in a remote area of southern Senegal so his reliability and ability to deal with minor day-to-day issues was much appreciated. He kept us informed of what was going on without worrying us about trivia.
My wife and I would recommend him unreservedly, especially if you have a rural property which needs looking after, and we would have no hesitation in using him again.

Jeff was so wonderful to have at my home 16 Paws. With two large, young dogs and two cats, it takes someone who can connect with the animals, is senstitive to the household patterns, can walk the dogs with confidence, and communicate well-being. THAT was Jeff. Even my cat Lightening that never hangs out with any sitter, was lounging around with the crowd. Everyone was happy and relaxed when I got home. Thanks, Jeff.
