Nestled between the serenity of Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, their custom-designed home offered the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was Poncho, the sweetest and most easy-going dog we've had the pleasure of caring for. He was not only a joy to be around but also incredibly well-behaved and great with my 4-year-old son, making our stay even more enjoyable. Linda and Stan were fantastic hosts. They provided clear and helpful instructions that made our responsibilities a breeze, allowing us to also enjoy our time exploring the scenic surroundings. Their home, with its cozy den, stone fireplace, and mountain views, was the epitome of mountain living. The neighborhood offered easy access to breathtaking hikes and waterfalls, and the charming town of Brevard, with its friendly locals and quaint shops, was a delight to explore. Our stay was not just a housesit; it was a memorable vacation in its own right. We're incredibly grateful to Linda and Stan for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely home and the wonderful Poncho with us. We left with cherished memories and a longing to return.
