Vanesa and family were just wonderful From beginning to end. Superb communication before the sit, great questions and very prepared. When we met the whole family before sit started it was like meeting old friends and we could see immediately that our pets and house would be taken care of really well. Vanesa was a great communicator whilst we were away - sending lovely updates of our beloved pets - which made us all so happy as we were missing them ! We returned to an immaculately clean house and very happy animals. In the past especially my cats have been annoyed when I’ve come home. But marshmallow was so well looked after she was just happy to us again. Thanks Venesa and family for everything you did and we are so glad you enjoyed your time here too.

Jasmine was a wonderful house sitter and took great care of our whippet Bowie. She was so organized, taking careful notes of how best to care for Bowie, and have us regular updates during her stay. Bowie was content and calm when we returned, showing just how comfortable Jasmine had made her. Our apartment was spotless when we returned. I would highly recommend Jasmine for your next sit.

So grateful for Agnieszka's patience with me. Had some stressful family matters to attend to and she just kept doing her best to make contact with me by phone. My two cats seemed in much better spirits than when I leave them with a pet sitter who just comes in once a day. Even my old gal has been more playful since I returned home. House was as clean as I left it. I felt very comfortable leaving my girls with this little family for the long weekend. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for someone to take care of their animals and home.

Jessica took great care of my dog, Morgan! She was communicative up front and shared updates and photos throughout her stay. I could tell from the photos she shared that Morgan was having a great time! Jessica was respectful of my space, and I returned to a clean and tidy apartment. Emma and Philip were wonderful pet sitters! Communication from start to end was prompt and they took the initiative to work around our travel plans. We came home to a very happy dog and tidy house, including some yummy homemade scones! I definitely recommend them and would welcome them back any time. Thanks guys!

Vanessa kept me up to date with how things were and sent me pictures so I could see my fur boy whilst I was away. The house was super clean and tidy when I returned. Vanessa was very independent and made it really easy for me to relax during my holiday knowing everything was in hand. I would highly recommend Vanessa for any sit and hope to welcome her back to my home in the future.

Martha was a lovely person to meet. She is a natural cat sitter & understood the different cat characters of Nuts & Bolts. Happy cats & lovely clean house when I arrived home. If Martha is available I will definitely ask her to cat sit again!

Lauren was the first person I’ve left my 2 fur babies with. She sent me regular photos of my two babies & also let me know what she was up to. She really put my mind at ease. Considering she was looking after 2 St Bernards she managed to walk them together & kept them happy & safe for the weekend. Would highly recommend Lauren for looking after your fur babies ❤️

I was so grateful to Jamie for signing on for a last-minute sit.  She was always responsive and left the house in great shape.  I would have liked a daily update, but whenever I did reach out she responded right away.  I don't think she noticed one of the cats' water bowls.  I would probably meet with her in advance to go over things next time.

The home is beautiful and so clean and organized. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and the beds are so comfortable.
