We really enjoyed our house sit in the Fes Medina, the largest medina in all of Morocco. Suzanna's home is over 300 years old and is the subject of a book she wrote about the process of buying and renovating the home, which was a great read! The medina is full of character and is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay. Suzanna's home is large and comfortable, with everything you will need. We were very grateful for the included twice a week house cleaning service. We loved going to the nearby souk to get fresh baked bread in the morning, fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, snacks, etc. (Great prices and great fresh food!) Her pets were all extremely friendly, lovable, and easy to care for. Mirri is such a snuggle bug and appears to be a healthy 20+ years old. Tigger is a total sweetie and lap cat as well. And the turtles are fun and easy to care for. The plants were easy to water and over all the responsibilities were very do-able! Suzanna kindly even let us bring our senior dog for a 3 week house sit, even though that meant that 20 year old Mirri cat spent her time on the second floor instead of the more spacious first floor (she didn't seem to mind too much as long as she got her snuggles). Suzanna gave clear instructions and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Recommended sit!
We stayed 10 days at Natalie's place and we felt like at home. Rosie and Mack are adorable and we enjoyed a lot our walks with them, and the house is huge, with a pool and and a gorgeous garden. Thank you Natalie and family, we recommend your housesit 100%!
Yuki and Kumo are gorgeous cats! They are pretty independent, but love the occasional play. They are very gentle, love a good brush and don't scratch or bite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condominium is beautifully laid out and the apartment is super comfy and clean! It's a 10-15min walk to the nearest MRT that will take you just about everywhere in Singapore. There are a few shops and hawker centres nearby. We had great communication with Alyssa and received a thorough welcome guide. A smooth and highly recommended sit!
Marianne is lovely and she has a nice house in Inglewood with a very cute and cuddly cat, Earl! We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a relaxing weekend watching Netflix with Earl!
Flora and Rannoch are real Chocolate Labradors - they love their food and their snack more than anything. Rannoch enjoys playing fetch with his toys in the garden regardless of the weather, and lucky for him so do we. Flora is a lady and likes her wee bed in the corner, not so much in the mood for running around after toys. Although they were both happy to snuggle up with us on the sofa in the evenings. The views from the house and on our daily walks were stunning and so peaceful. Never slept as good as while we were in Ballindalloch. It's a really special place to explore. Ruud was a great host - he welcomed us with a dinner, and even left us his car, so we can take the pups easily to all their favourite walks. Communication was smooth and all the instructions clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this sit!
Shmolz is a delightful little dog who was an excellent companion during my stay. She really is tiny! Although she looks like a miniature corgi, she probably has some Jack Russell and Chihuahua in her. Answering to the name Girl-Girl, she is intelligent, affectionate and a good communicator. She soon got to know my routine and was also very good at letting me know what she wanted. She's also well-behaved on a lead and is a pleasure to take walking. Communication with Mimi and Jesse was good – I received a warm welcome and was shown the ropes before their departure. The house is bight, clean and very comfortable. There is a bus stop about 7 minutes walk away, while a shortcut through the woods (I felt very safe doing this) takes you to a super-sized ASDA and a Little Waitrose. Uber also operates in the area. I loved this sit and hope to return one day to spend more time with GG.
