This was an absolutely wonderful sit, Axle and Cam are lovely, extremely well behaved dogs who my mum and I adored looking after. Leya and Alfie were extremely kind and responsive and the area is beautiful. Would happily sit again 🙂
We had a super visit at Sarah's house in a great location for Bath, and lovely canal and river walks. It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely home with such thoughtful, organised, owners that were easy to get along with--and we had a good time with the dogs as well!
Absolutely loved this housesit and would come back again in a heartbeat. Marcia has a lovely space that’s so peaceful and conveniently located to shops, cafes, and even a yoga studio. She was always available if we needed to ask anything and was very communicative about the expectations and layout of her home. Zoe the cat was a breeze to care for and mostly just patrols the backyard all day :)
I had the absolute pleasure of housesitting for Bean and Weinstein, and it was truly a delightful experience. They are the warmest, most hospitable individuals who truly value the comfort of their home. The house itself is nothing short of a beautiful haven. Every detail, from the well-crafted landscape that surrounds it to the stunning kitchen, exudes a sense of care and love. It's evident that Bean and Weinstein have poured their hearts into making this house a true gem. I would jump at the chance to housesit for them again in a heartbeat. It was not just a housesitting assignment; it was an opportunity to appreciate the warmth and beauty of this home and to be welcomed by such wonderful hosts. Thank you, Bean and Weinstein, for making my time at your home so memorable. I can't wait for the next opportunity to return!
From our very first contact with Bev and Mark, they were very communicative and we soon discovered that we had a lot in common. When we first arrived for the sit, they immediately made us feel at home, leaving a welcoming card and a small gift by our bed, and provided us with pamphlets on activities and things to see while in the area. Both were very hospitable and invited us to sit and share a very tasty supper with them before they left where they shared trivia about the area and suggested fun things to do while in their home. Sophie, their little Havanese dog, has been a real pleasure to get to know. It took a couple of days for her to warm up to us. She slept with us from the very first night and from going for walks to taking truck rides, she was very gentle and well behaved (she always walked on our left side); a real sweetheart!! Sophie is very smart, knows how to sit, shake a paw, dance on her hind legs in a circle, lie down and give high-fives. Lorenza and I really enjoyed our time in Mark and Bev's home and would love to sit for them again. We highly recommend this sit...
I housesat for Melanie's adorable cat, Ms. Vanderbilt, and her beta fish named Deve for a week. We met a few days before I was to housesit and Melanie and her fiance showed me around the house and gave instructions on pet care etc. They have a lovely home in North Hollywood with a huge lemon tree in the backyard :) near many areas of interest. I did a lot of hiking around the Griffith Park area near the Hollywood sign. It was an enjoyable week. Melanie and I checked in occassionally while they were away via text. She and her fiance are a delightful couple and I would definetely housesit again!
