Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!
Annemarie and her daughter were great withe Ella and Beau. Walks, hugs, treats, dinner, TV time, rubs and more hugs were what made the most happy dogs. The house was left in very good order, the plants watered, laundry done. I would ewelcome them back to my home and our fogs loved all the attention.
Valerie & Paul were amazing with all communication from our first zoom call. Everything was clearly laid out with a welcome kit. It was emailed to me prior to the sit, and a copy was waiting for me on the table. All expectations were known upfront. Maisie and Maia are incredible dogs. They are well trained, and so sweet. They both require a morning walk prior to 8am, too hot if later than that. They will wake you each morning when it’s “potty” time. which is roughly 5:30am. It’s ok though, you can go back to bed. lol They love to be outside and have such an amazing yard to relax and stay cool in while you are out exploring. On the walks it was so sweet that other pet owners knew Maisie and Maia and greeted them each morning. They stopped briefly to talk with me as well. Great neighbors and awesome location. The home is gorgeous and everything you need is available. Home is close to shopping and grocery stores. I would highly recommend a rental car to allow for all the exploring. I would definitely sit for Valerie & Paul again! You will fall in love with New Mexico, the pups and the home. Thank you both for allowing me the opportunity.
