Andrea and Nolan were fantastic housesitters. They were extremely communicative, transparent, and quick to problem solve. We had a few mishaps regarding my cat puking, some plumbing issues, and lock problems and both Andrea and Nolan rose to the occasion and handled everything, were quick and responsive, and collaborative. My plant plate had a hole in it and started to leak (totally my bad) and they immediately ran to the store to replace it to avoid causing any issues with the water. I had so much peace of mind that no matter what happened, it would be taken care of in a swift and respectful manner. They brought their two kids and all of them treated my cat and house with care and respect. My cat, Katie is typically pretty shy and takes a few days to warm up. I wasn’t sure how she’d handle kids and she loved them and was soon hanging out. My house is new, has white walls, and a few breakable items and even with younger kids, there weren’t any issues and the house was left in great condition. If anyone is hesitant because there are kids involved, I would say give them a chance because all of them are responsible and will be careful. Overall, I would trust them to come back and think it’s great that they’re showing their kids new places around the country. I would recommend them as house sitters.
There are not enough good things to say about Jane! She was a dedicated 10 day sit for us with 2 days being an emergency on our part due to flights. Our dogs are pretty low key and we are now calling Jane our little boys girlfriend. She is super friendly and we felt like we have known her for a long time. She is adventurous and independent and seems to have travel fun with her friends too. We are super pleased with our experience with her. This makes 3 for 3 for us. We highly recommend Jane and we hope she gets to keep traveling in the future because it does seem to be her passion.
Angela was the best! She watch our dog and cat for 7 days. She immediately reached out to us when she discovered that our cat had a problem, helped us coordinate getting Jasmine to the vet and then handled the medications. We are ever so thankful that she was so observant and proactive. Our flight was delayed and we arrived home 2am - it was so delightful to come home to a clean house. We would highly recommend Angela!!!!
