Dog Sitters in Rye

Once again Martin and Christine did a fantastic job. As it was the third time they sat for me Chipie and Sasha immediately recognised and greeted them. I left two very chilled cats in very good hands. I received daily photos and updates of my babies throughout their stay. Martin and Christine could only do the first week of my 6 week holiday so the pass over between pet sitters happened without me being physically there. The first thing the next pet sitters did was to send me a message asking me to thank Martin and Christine for leaving the house in immaculate condition, washing the towels and changing the bedding! I know I can rely on Martin and Christine 100% and they can come back whenever they want.

As with most pet owners, our cat Atlas is our most treasured thing we have. Atlas is quite particular and Adrian was very kind and amenable to all of Atlas’ eccentricities. Adrian not only took care of Atlas but also our home. He stayed in our spare room and treated the space as if it were his own. One could truly see the level of respect and cleanliness he showed to our home and feel the kindness he bestowed upon Atlas. In the time we were gone on our holiday, we knew our Atlas was taken care of. We had peace of mind! We could not have been more pleased with the level of professionalism and care we got from Adrian. If you’re considering in hiring Adrian as a pet sitter and/or house sitter, you will be more than pleased!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND +++++ Deborah visited twice before the sit to get to know Paddy, communication was fantastic throughout. I returned home to a dog who had been thoroughly loved and cared for, and was very sad to she her go! It is easy to see why Deborah is in such demand for repeat sits,. Viv took excellent care of our gang again, we really can’t recommend her enough. We returned to happy pets and a spotless house, the bedding washed and a valentines card to our daughters from the pets. So thoughtful. Looking forward to having you stay again 😁

I can’t recommend Aimee (and Tom) highly enough as house and pet sitters. Right from the start I got a real sense that Aimee is a very intelligent, empathetic, caring and respectful person which is what we were looking for in a housesitter. She was brilliant with our dogs and knew how to get them to trust her from the get go (same as with us!) She was keen to spend some time with us and the dogs before we went away so she could understand our routines, the house and our way of life. She took on board some of the quirks of our house without any issues. She was also brilliantly communicative while we were away, sending pics, videos and updates. She also left everything beautifully so it was a joy to return to.

Sally and Richard arrived in good time and were happy to hear my requests (in particular for looking after our new kitten). I was nervous as this is the first time I've used this service but they were happy to arrange a couple of video calls ahead of time and kept good contact whilst we were away, which made me feel better. The house was kept tidy and it was great to return to freshly-made beds and fresh milk in the fridge. Would happily recommend!

At least our 4th sit by Christiane and Chris who are fantastic and Milly has had a great 10 days being spoilt with lots of interesting walks as they enjoy exploring the Cotswolds. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They looked after our house well and left it very clean and tidy. Communication with Christiane is easy and straightforward. Many thanks and Milly looks forward to your next visit.

I have no hesitation in recommending Craig for any housesitting anywhere. He is friendly, helpful and entirely reliable in every way. He looked after our house and garden for two weeks while we were away and we returned to a spotless house.

Amy house sat for us for one month and looked after our very elderly dog wonderfully, especially as she is now quite deaf and can have accidents in the house sometimes. She kept in touch and sent us photos whilst we were away. The house was left in an immaculate condition. We were very happy.

I feel very blessed that Jorinda applied for my sit.I couldn't have wished for better care for my Honey & Cooper. Communication from the start was great, leaving me feeling completely comfortable knowing my home and animals were in her care. And when Honey was unwell and needed extra care Jorinda was fantastic and a complete comfort to me whilst I was away from home. I cannot recommend Jorinda highly enough.

Sue is an excellent house and pet sitter. We have an older cat who needs care and medication, and Sue took great care of her, forming a routine which our cat really likes. We got regular updates, and the house felt really nice to come back to after Sue had been there. All communication went smoothly, and Sue was understanding about our leaving / arriving times so we could do a handover and our cat wasn't alone for too long on the last day. We hope Sue will be able to stay again, we'd absolutely recommend her.
