Cat Sitters in Ryhill

This was my first experience using the site and Lisa & Dave where perfect sitters for us. We had several contacts before the visit and they kept me up to date on how Treacle (our naughty cat) was and also of any queries or questions that they had. The house was spotless when we returned and Treacle had clearly been very well looked after and was very happy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Lisa & Dave to anyone.

Danielle and Keith looked after my house and cat for a week and I highly recommend them. I knew as soon as I spoke to them on the phone that I could completely trust them and this was backed up when I met them the day before they came to stay. They looked after everything beautifully, kept the garden and plants watered and reported sightings of Gulliver (the cat) who lives a fairly independent life! They even left flowers. I would gladly have them to house sit again 😊

Michelle and Craig looked after our three cats over two nights in the new year - it all went smoothly and we returned to a very clean and tidy house and happy cats. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

It was lovely to meet Meg on FaceTime and for the handover. Meg was happy to be here for when we left and Meg and John stayed as long as they could on the last day as we weren’t getting back until late, which was so helpful and meant the animals weren’t on their own for too long. It was great to receive updates over the weekend and to know our pets were being looked after well. Meg and John were very self sufficient, getting the train here and getting out and about over the weekend. It was great to come back to the washing done and hanging out to dry too!

We were very happy to have Paige as a house and cat sitter. The contact with her was clear and very good right from the start. She arrived the night before. She is a very friendly and calm person. The fact that she is working remotely was a great plus for our old cat "Mitzi". We could really switch off during our 2 1/2 weeks holiday knowing that the house and our cat were in good hands because Paige is a trustworthy, responsible and self-sufficient person. The house was clean and tidy, the garden watered and Mitzi content when we returned from our holiday. I certainly can recommend Paige to everyone. My husband and I would welcome Paige anytime to housesit again.

Cally is a lovely, kind, mature & responsible young lady. We got to know her and see her interacting with our pets, when she stayed with us for a few days before and after our time away. Our labradoodle & border collie went to Cally to ask for walks and pats, even when I was in the room. The 2 cats and 2 dogs were not too much for her to handle on her own. I would highly recommend Cally as a pet sitter. She is also an amazing cookie baker!! Thank you Cally ! for the care of our home & pets, and for the best choc chip cookies I've ever had in my own home.

Esther was all around brilliant as usual. She has sat for us a few times and always communicates well, looks after Basil and the house brilliantly. This time she brought her two teenage children with her. When we arrived home the house was just as we’d left it and Basil was super well looked after. I would definitely recommend Esther and her family.

Stephanie was brilliant all round, great to meet with and great with our English Setter Freddie. She gained his confidence almost immediately and he clearly had some wonderful walks with her. She happily shared her bedroom with him too. Stephanie left the house so tidy and even stripped her bed and washed the bed linen! We have already asked Stephanie to sit for Freddie again. Carin was absolutely AMAZING, from the beginning to the end 100% reliable and professional, she had taken care of our kitten of 5 months, Dolce and he absolutely loved her. Cari sent us daily updates while we were on our holiday, we trusted her straight away and she had created a very strong bond with Dolce and ourselves. On top of that she took excellent care of our flat, everything was so tidy and perfectly clean when we returned. Carin is a really adorable person and I can’t be more grateful to had found her to take care and trust with our kitten and my flat. We would definitely have her again and I really highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a trustable, caring, sweet person to take care of their pets and homes. Thanks again Carin for helping me with our kitten Dolce.

A very pleasant and reliable person who was very easy to deal with. She clearly likes cats. House left tidy and clean

Linda and Stephen took care of our house and dog from May 24, 2024 through June 9, 2024. They took great care of our dog, Zoe. They kept the house clean and even some of the outside area after a Moroccan sandstorm. Our only complaint was that they ignored our request to keep things where they found them. We told them when they arrived that we had sitters that moved things so much that we were still looking for things three weeks later. So they then went on to move glasses into different cupboards, rearranged pots and pans, and took out of the refrigerator, a water bottle with cut lemons in it that is used to take to chorus. After 18 days, the water was spoiled and had to be discarded.

Jane and Alan were a lovely professional couple who obviously enjoy animals and went to great lengths to look after our house and cats while we were away. In fact it was like they were never here (in a good way). We would happily recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again in the future. Thanks Jane and Alan!
