Melanie is a special person, talented in many areas and wonderful with our two cats. We had a brief chance to get to know her in person before we left and only wished that we had more time since she is instantly likeable. We were gone a month and during that time we exchanged multiple messages and pictures with her. At all times we knew that our beloved cats were well cared for (they smiled for the camera!) and we were confident that our house was in good shape. When we arrived home, our cats were happy and the house was extremely tidy with attention given to small details. Melanie is a star and grades highly for being trustworthy and an excellent pet/housesitter.
We were so impressed by Vanessa, she's fantastic! From our first meeting, she was very organized, thoughtful and asked smart questions. You can tell that she has a wealth of experience with animals and enjoys giving each pet the personalized attention and care they need. Our 2 cats needed a lot of very specific care and Vanessa absolutely nailed it, remembering important details and making fast friends with normally very shy cat Miko. Each morning, she sent us updates about the cats and some adorable pictures. When one of our cats started throwing up, she expertly relayed the information, proactively telling us what she was doing to help - this really put our minds at ease. Vanessa is also an incredibly thoughtful person. She left our apartment spotless, even going above and beyond to purchase a laundry card and clean her own sheets before leaving. We appreciate her incredible kindness and generosity and would happily host her again!
Pixel and Tezca are marvellous puppies! ❤️. It was a nice place to do sit!. The apartment has a perfect location near of Turin’s center and closer to the biggest park to walk the dogs, The neighborhood has a huge ammount of restaurants. Pixel and Tezca behaved themselves, we never had problem with Tezca’s medication, it was easiest to give him. They are very well trained and are so sweet puppies, they showed us all the true love that dogs can bring: definitely Pixel and Tezca always will have a special place in our hearts. Maria and Ari are great and kind people, they supported us in everything we need, we maintained a good communication daily. We highly recommend to be sitter there, for sure it will be an amazing experience.
