Ronnie has been going to daycare for about a month now and he always seems to have a great time. I can see the benefits of him spending time with Gill and other dogs. Gillian is absolutely fantastic with our dog Bella, we know how much she loves and takes care of her so we feel really reassured whenever we have to leave Bella. We’ve been using GGL Pets since Bella was 4 months old and she’s always very excited when she gets dropped off.

Miley came and stopped first time for a week, our normal kennel couldn’t accommodate us, going forward we will be using this cattery, she has been well looked after, usually needs a good brush, not this time! Can’t praise this kennels enough, fitted us in at short notice due to being let down by our local kennels! We have just had our Beagle stay for 18 days and we are so happy to see he has been well looked after. You can tell he has been walked every day and kept happy and he has settled in back home straight away. Thank you so much would definitely recommend!

Our two dogs, aged 11 and 8, had never been in kennels before and we were really anxious about leaving them whilst we attended our daughter's wedding abroad. We were reassured by the wonderful staff at Petsville, who clearly put the needs and welfare of the animals in their care first and foremost. When we collected the dogs after 10 days, we were delighted to see how happy and obviously well cared for they had been. We won't hesitate to board our dogs here again.

Our boarder terrier Millie stayed for 2 weeks in June and we are so pleased she was well looked after. we would recommend Petsville to anyone looking for Kennels. A big thanks to everyone.

First time my 8 year old Frenchie, Rocco, had been in Kennels. I was a nervous wreck has hes my pampered prince.. I can not praise these kennels enough. He's come back looking very healthy & happy. Rocco is on life time medication and this was given without any problems. I hope they will take Rocco again in the future and this would be my first choice for him.. Thank you.

Recently found Gemma (Helping Hands) after my rabbits were returned in less than tip top condition from another boarding place after a 2 week holiday. What a fabulous lady. She is professional & caring. You can really tell how much she loves animals. Our bunnies came home more relaxed & happy than I have ever seen them after we have been away. One of the bunnies is on permanent medication twice a day & Gemma had no problem with this at all. Thoroughly recommend.

Gemma is amazing! She loves and cares for your dog like there her own. She is Oscars other mum! Gemma is very flexible and works so hard and it shows! Cleaning caring for your dog animal care she’s just the best. I have one happy pup!

Well what can I say...trustworthy, hard working, reliable and could not get by without Helping Hands Animal Care! I have known the owner Gemma for many years now and still continue to rely on her services regularly. As one of the biggest animal lovers on the planet (as is Gemma!) you are not going to get me to leave ANY of my animals unless they are going to receive the full five star treatment! She is like a second mum to our ever increasing zoo! Keep up your amazing work Gemma and please do not ever consider a career change!

Riley is always so happy when he knows it's walkies day with Gemma and John. They always go above and beyond and usually take him out for longer than what he's supposed to be out for. I feel safe and happy with their care. Which is a relief because I hate to leave him. They are completely trustworthy and I know i can organise extras. Very versatile! Thank you Gemma and John for coming into our lives, you give me comfort knowing you're there for Rikey. Best dog caters ever xxx

Wouldn't trust anybody else to walk my dog. Gemma and John are amazing always available when I need them and truly care. I have a big dog breed who's hard to tire out but after an hour with them he's dead to the world. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant, The dogs love Phil and we would not even consider another dog walker. He was by far the most professional and friendly from the many walkers we contacted. He has also looked after the cat and hamsters when we went away and once again he was fantastic. I can not praise this service enough. Knowing the animals are safe and happy is such a relief.

This guy parks his van on my street every day. He doesn't have the dogs secured in the back and he walks them for about 2 minutes. They do their toilet on the pavement or grass verge and he doesn't pick it up. There's poop bins for dogs in most parks in the area and the Medlock Valley Way which is recommended for dog-walkers is only 1 minute away!

Fantastic Dog walker, it's great knowing that we can go to work and that the dogs are happy with their walk with Phil. Both of them love him and their tails wagging show how happy they are with him.

Rosie is a reliable, fantastic dog walker. Our dog Edith adores her walks with her. She is always taking her on new adventures, changing the areas she walks with her. I can't recommend her enough.

5 stars! Rosie visits our house to look after and feed Stannis our cat. It's really nice to know Stannis is in such good hands when we are away! Reliable, friendly and I'm sure Stannis loves having such a lovely visitor.
