We had a wonderful time house and pet-sitting for Mary & Richard! They were kind and considerate hosts, even calling ahead to ask about some of our preferences. Mary's Welcome Guide was thorough and well thought out, making our stay easy. Our downstairs suite was spacious and comfortable. Tink and Tuck were initially shy, but easy to care for. We loved seeing the sun rise over Discovery Bay and the Olympic Mountains, and enjoyed walks in their neighborhood, as well as exploring the quaint Victorian town of Port Townsend. It was a great experience, and we would be happy to return in the future.
There is so much to like about this sit. A beautiful, peaceful location, a classic country house and easy care pets. I had great fun feeding the farm cats and, while the dogs didn’t stay with me, I did interact with them before and after the sit and they were delightful. Plus, I had a young deer that visited most evenings which I loved. If you are looking for a relaxing country experience I can highly recommend it. The homeowners Michael and Jane were so welcoming and we are already talking about sitting again the next time I’m in the UK.
We had a great week looking after Pip, Flapjack and the gerbils. Pip was the loveliest cat we have ever met, and was very easy to look after. Flapjack was a very social bird and we really enjoyed his company. The gerbils were also easy to look after and very sweet. Their home is lovely and in an ideal location, with all the important amenities nearby. Kev and Amy had great communication and ensured we had everything we needed for the sit. We would recommend this sit to anyone, and would sit here again in a heartbeat.

It was a complicated start with Milo, due to the anxiety of his parents' departure, but we learned to live together and love each other day by day. He's a dog with a child's soul and a big heart. Nala is so adorable, gentle and playful (she quickly makes herself understood). My favorite moments: taking him to the beach and sleeping with him and Nala, Milo loves cuddles 🥰 The location is superb, not far from parks and transport to the city center. I loved keeping them and would do it again! I miss them already! Emma and Gabrielle are really nice and they were available for any advice on adopting :) Thanks again, take care ✨
Best housesit to date... The most amazing cat... Brian is a bundle of fluff and happiness... The cuddliest cat I've encountered... Followed me everywhere... Meowing and lots of eye contact... He joined me on my Yoga sessions and joined us in the kitchen every time we were there... Very interactive and easy going... I miss him as I'm writing this. David and Becky are excellent hosts... Very welcoming, hospitable and accomodating. We had a lot in common i.e. travelling and take on life. They provided a more than comfortable housesit... Exceptional home with extras like the home cinema... Spotless house. Highly, highly recommended!
