Sarah stayed at our home and land for two weeks and did a fabulous job of keeping our cat and dog happy. She also helped keep our garden watered. I can easily recommend Sarah for your pet and house sit. She was clear with her communication, send pictures to keep us updated, arrived early as requested, was tidy, and everything was in order upon our return. I can easily recommend her to care for your furry loved ones.
Melissa did a great job with Koko and sent me daily photos so I didn’t miss my pup so badly while on my trip. Upon return I had a clean house and a happy pup.
Mika is really sweet and got along great with our cavapoo. She was not difficult to take care of. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood with free street parking right in front of the house. Eric answered our questions and requests promptly even though he was out of town. There was an issue with the house that he had someone take care of within a couple days (the weekend affected that). The house is an older house, so bathroom is of course in need of some updating, but is functional. It seemed a bit cluttered to us, but we were fine. We appreciated staying in that area of Seattle and making friends with Mika!
This was a lovely house sit - the location is great- lots of walks . Great local pubs . Becky and Erol were welcoming with clear instructions. Horses beautifully cared for by Netty - ferrets so cute and cuddly. Totally recommend this place for house sitting
We had a fantastic time sitting for Sharon and Mark. Their house is lovely and is in a perfect location. Pip and Rocket were a joy to look after. They warmed to us quickly and were very playful and low maintenance. Sharon was fantastic at communicating with us which made the whole experience run smoothly. She provided us with detailed instructions that had all the information we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to sit for them again if the opportunity arises!
We had wonderful time house sitting for Nikki, Sundeep and their family! We can't thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality. Marmite and Vasco are so well behaved and affectionate, our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer! We even made friends with Mr Gecko who loves to eat from his teaspoon and enjoyed watching the friendly neighbourhood guard seagull with a big appetite ;). If you get the chance to come to beautiful Bath and look after Marmite and Vasco, you surely will have a lovely time as we did. We hope we can visit again one day :). Best wishes, Ken & Marie
Soraya was from the first moment very simple and sweet. She welcomed us very well in her apartment, leaving room to park our car. We loved the neighborhood and its easy access to the bus, market place, bars and restaurants. Charlie and Oli are the best. We had a lot of fun singing and playing. They made us feel very good. We hope to return sometime
Goblin was an absolute joy to look after, and is one of the sweetest cats who loves cuddles and plays hilariously like a walking meme. Kitty was great host, easy and fun to communicate with. The flat was really cosy and warm with a nice desk next to french doors looking out at garden. I loved sitting and working there all day, chugging coffee from the expresso machine. I love it even more when Gobbo would come in from the garden and cuddle on my lap, or run figure 8's round my feet when he was hungry.

Had a need for a temporary dog walker while my family and I went on holiday and our dog Buster was staying with parents. I use Happy Paws for a day sits whenever I look after a friend's dog. I live in Cheltenham, so she's not in my area but is close to where I work which means it's really convenient to drop off and pick up. She's got lots of knowledge and has given great advice. I love receiving photos during the day of the dogs playing and it's a great opportunity for the dogs to socialise. He's always wiped out after a day with Brit which is great!

Can't speak highly enough of the support and service we received. we have used the service before for short breaks but this was the first time we had left our Cavpoo Pluto for 26days! and we knew this was the safest place for him to be away from us for so long! We are very impressed with the care and genuine interest Jo showed for our Pluto. We were kept up to date on how he was doing and pictures and videos were shared. He had a fab time and also made some new friends;) We were so relieved that he had a wonderful time. Once again, thank you Jo for looking after him :)
I can't praise Jo enough for the care of my dog, Alfie. Alfie is a very anxious cockapoo so I wasn't sure how it was going go but, the initial meeting couldn't have gone any better and the transition for Alfie to attend a full day was a dream. My dog Ella was very wary of other dogs, so I took her to Happy dogsHappy tails. After an intial discussion where Ella's needs were discussed, Ella started day care. Ella was intially very hestitant, but soon was wagging her tail and giving Jo kisses. Jo stated that Ella was crying alot and gave me some guidance on how to help. She is now settling in. On one of our walks Ella was enthusiastic about greeting another dog and is quite happy to mingle in day care. It is evident that all the dogs in her care love her including Ella. She goes well beyond her duties. She is a wonderful person very dedicated to the dogs in her care. I cannot express stongly enough my thanks to her for helping Ella. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for care of their dog. She is wonderful.
My doggie had his first day today with Jo at Happy Dogs Happy Tails and I can tell he loved every minute and can’t wait to go back. After a nervous start back in 2020 due to my dog having separation anxiety, she now can't wait to spend a day at Happy Dogs Happy Tails. I feel comfortable leaving her and confident that she will be well looked after and have lots of fun and interaction at the same time. The property is fully secured, so you can feel relaxed your dog is safe, and the owner ensures she knows all about them before taking them off your hands to make sure they are happy and healthy (including allergies, cheeky traits and special requirements). I couldn't recommend Happy Dogs, Happy Tails enough!
Our cockapoo Bailey has stayed with Jo several times now, at first he was a little nervous of joining in with the other dogs but now he is the one doing the chasing. He really enjoys himself at Jo's and she takes great care of him and is always keeping us up to date with photos. I have no hesitation in reccomending Jo to any one.

This doggy day care is amazing, it’s really helped our pup Ada come out of her shell and give her much needed socialisation with bigger dogs which used to scare her. Kev and Sheryl are amazing with Ada, she loves them and they have been super flexible with their days and boarding, I don’t know what we would have done without them. Ada sleeps all night after a day here, and Kev and Sheryl are really knowledgeable and have given us a few tips and updates with any concerns we have had. Professional photos were done here too, not sure how they got my pup to stay so still! 😂 Highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it 🥰🥰🥰
Hettie absolutely adores Kev and Sheryl. They were her (and our) saviours after an unhappy start elsewhere. She cannot wait to go and the excitement she’s shows every morning when she sees Kev is a visible testimonial from her of how happy, loved and safe she feels. Definitely 5* My 7 month old labrador has been going for a few months and loves his day care. It has helped him with socialising and they go for a good run with his friends. Also as its at their house that they have adapted for the dogs it's home from home. Kev & Sheryl are a lovely couple with lots of love to give your dog like their own. Bruno has an absolute fantastic day and is definitely tired and calm at the end of the day. Love having photo and video updates of him having fun.
Wilma absolutely adores Sheryl and Kev. In fact, I'm fairly certain she likes them better than me!! For my part, I can't believe how lucky I am, to have found such a perfect place for her. Wilma is incredibly sociable and loves the time in the field and then playing with her friends, back at base camp. I love the photos and videos I receive. Seeing Wilma being her best self is the best any dog owner could ask for. I've got such confidence in SafenSound that I drop Wilma off and I just don't worry about her. I know she's safe, happy and having a ball! It's wonderful to have found a place in which I have 100% trust, where I know Wilma is 100% happy, 100% of the time. Starting Wilma at daycare at SafenSound has been like winning the lottery for us. Also, to have boarding at the same place she goes to daycare, where her friends are, where her favourite people, Sheryl and Kev are, in familiar surroundings ... that's perfection. Kev and Sheryl are amazing with our dog Iggy. Iggy loves it here. When i drop her off in the mornings she drags me in through the gate with a wagging tail excited to start her day. We love getting videos of what she has been up to through the day and they always make me smile.
Safe n Sound Doggy Day Care has been the perfect match for our dog, Rosie. Its a home from home, with lots of cuddles, play and the added perk of daily, long walks in the countryside. These aspects greatly appealed to us, as we preferred to avoid daycare centers that mainly offer crowded play pens, considering Rosie’s shy nature. Sheryl and Kev are incredibly dedicated and caring. They’ve made Rosie feel exceptionally welcome, and truly a part of the Scamps family. It’s been a total joy to watch Rosie grow in confidence around other dogs, which in turn has boosted my own confidence. Seeing Rosie make new friends is wonderful, and Sheryl’s daily video updates are the highlight of my day. It’s so reassuring to know Rosie is happy and at ease there and thats all thanks to her second parents Sheryl and Kev. I highly recommend the Scamps HQ!

Our scamp has been attending S&SDDC for nearly 3 months, and we have absolutely no regrets in taking our dog here. The love and atmosphere that the dogs experience are second to none. Carol and June treat the dogs who board with them with the same love and care they show their own dogs. It gives me great peace of mind knowing they are fully insured and are licensed by the council. When I visited they had measures in place to make sure all dogs have been vaccinated, looking after the dogs health. There were also stringent covid measures in place. Highly recommend.
June and Carol were fantastic a real home from home for fudge he really enjoyed it and l would have no hesitation in sending Fudge there again l would highly recommend them they certainly are jewels in the crown in the doggy world

We recently used Precious Paws for our cat and were really satisfied with the experience. Perdi is a true professional who adores cats. She gave us confidence that our cat would be well cared for. Upon picking our cat up, we could see that he was calm and happy, not at all stressed like he had been in the past in other catteries. The cabin was clean, spacious, with an outdoor secure space, and designed to make cats feel safe, comfortable and entertained. It even provided our cat a chance to make friends with one of the owner's cats, who is so sweet! Overall, we highly recommend Precious Paws to any cat owner looking for a reliable and caring place for their pet. Wonderful cat boarding experience for our two very pampered house cats. They stayed for a week in one of the lovely cat lodges and had a great time enjoying the Precious Paws facilities! Very organised and caring host who clearly adores animals so we knew our boys were in safe hands. Highly recommend.

He has some health issues and Perdi is very experienced and knowledgeable with caring for his needs.We had regular updates and he settled so well. He had loads of cuddles and play. Perdi did an outstanding job looking after our two cats. She clearly likes cats and followed all our complicated instructions perfectly. She also stayed in touch very well so we felt reassured that everything was fine at home while we were away. My dog has been here since he was quite a young puppy. The girls all seem friendly and have always replied if I've asked for an update in the middle of the day. You get lots of pictures posted on Facebook and Instagram at the end of each day. My dog is always tired at the end of the day and happy and excited to go there. Can tell the staff genuinely love and care for the dogs.
Maisie, Sarah and Jess are absolutely brilliant. Nelly loves her daycare days and comes back happy and tired, it's so good for her. They really think of everything and are extremely dedicated. I always leave knowing that our baby is in the best hands possible and I have nothing to worry about.
Look elsewhere. The dog came back all dirty, smelly and wet.. also the cost per day is not 25 but way more expensive..
Best best best daycare ever! I have total trust in the staff, they are brilliant people who love what they do. My Kola always has such an amazing time with days full of fun, enrichment, and safe socialisation! They offer free half day trials too which is so great for first timers!
My dog has been going for about a year now, before the business changed hands, and he loves it. He's always excited to go and doesn't want to leave, they do lots of activities and special events.
I’ve recently had to change my pet carer due to my senior cat now being diabetic and needing daily insulin, & my previous carer didn’t provide this service. We also have 2 new kittens. How lucky are we to have found Freya! Our initial contact was when Freya came to meet my furry boys. Ozzy ( senior) is quite a shy cat who doesn’t take easy to new faces, but this totally changed when Freya arrived in his life. She came down to his level, spoke softly and gently to him and he took to her instantly. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders because if my boy isn’t a fan of you, he’ll run away and hide. The same happened with my kittens & I knew there & then that Freya was the right choice. Freya came twice a day for an hour on each visit & played with my boys as well as wrapping them up in cuddles❤️ Contact , videos & photos were received from each visit to let me know they were ok. On my return home, my house had been kept clean, any loose litter had been swept up , “toilet bags “ had been disposed of & everything was clean & tidy. Just perfect ! I can’t recommend Freya enough. Thank you so much Freya for looking after our cat whilst we were away on holiday. Freya was absolutely great, she made us feel absolutely at ease from the moment we met - more importantly though, she managed to make our very shy kitty feel at ease! Freya was great at keeping us updated and was always quick to get back to us if we had any queries.
Freya did an amazing job of giving our cat cuddles and keeping him fed and looked after when we went away on holiday. She sent us regular updates so we had no worries. Would highly recommend Freya if you're looking for someone to look after your pets.
Happy Tails offers an excellent service where pets are truly loved. Our 5 year old Springer Spaniel loves his time and long walks with other dogs. He always returns to us tired, happy and content. I could not recommend happy tails more strongly!

Helen and the team are amazing! Our dog is loved and treated so well by the team. We trust them with the safety and enjoyment of our dog and he really doesn't want to come back home he enjoys it that much.
Amazing - my dog comes home tired but not too tired and his pulling on the lead has reduced so much as he is getting the socialisation he had been craving. Love the team, super friendly and Helen really knows her stuff which is a massive bonus. Such a fab location for the dogs to play in
My rescue dog was extremely nervous and Helen is brilliant with him and now our new rescue puppy, who is the opposite, super confident. She trains us owners as well as the dogs, and I think she is a dog whisperer !! We only needed a few lessons, but still go for socialisation and talk to Helen about any issues. Highly recommended
Helen is professional and really looks after the dogs. Buddy is always wagging his tail when we pull up in the morning.

We recently booked our dogs in with BJ’s as we are going away for Christmas. We unfortunately lost one of our dogs a couple of weeks ago, it was completely unexpected. It was so difficult phoning around and notifying her insurance company, pet plan company and BJ’s but the person I spoke to at BJ’s was amazing! He was lovely to speak to, so understanding and got my bookings changed straight away. Today we received a card from all the staff expressing their sadness for the loss of Lola, we weren’t expecting this but it was so nice to receive. We haven’t even used BJ’s yet but can see what an amazing and caring bunch they all are
First time back today for doggy day care in around 7months. They have been very patient with me and my 99,000 questions and concerns as he’s always a nervous puppy in new situations. They have been brilliant and my springer spaniel goblin seems to have had his batteries depleted - even his back up reserve pack. We will defo be coming back. Thank you to all the staff looking after my boy. A Personal shout out to Dave who faced my non stop day of questions. You’ve been great and really set my mind at rest. Thank you team Blaze and Lily.
We brought our three cats to BJ's after we were fb flooded out of our home and had to wait for temporary accommodation. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I was thrilled to see how happy Alfie, Babybea and JJ were after their stay. They have settled into our temporary home really well. I have no hesitation in recommending BJ's and I would definitely use again if we go away on holiday.

Its always a 5 star experience with BJ Pet Resort! I have a Sprocker and a GSD, both love going into day care, playing with the other dogs and being treated like royalty by the members of staff! The facilities are great and always kept to a very high standard. I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else, you can tell the staff here have a real passion for their job and pride themselves on giving the animals the best experience!
First time using bjs and my dog was very happy leaving me and coming out, he got to have 2 lovely swims while he was there. Will be booking again when we go away.
We had to leave our dog on kennels whilst on holiday, something we find hard as he's very much part of the family. To be honest our pooch is a bit pampered and we keep him clean and well groomed. We took him to meet the staff and have a look around, something they openly advertise and it's true, the professionalism and care of the dogs is evident the moment you set foot in the kennels. Knowing that your dog is looked after with heating and air conditioning to make his stay comfortable really helps you to stop worrying, and we took up the chance to give him a couple of agility sessions to make sure he didn't get bored. On picking him up, we where delighted to see they'd kept him clean and groomed and had taken the trouble to even spray him with the nice puppy spray which he is used to. One aspect worth praising the staff for is they really supported and encouraged us to bring the dog in with all his usual bedding and toys, and offered to abide by his normal feeding habits, I can't say for sure they would have followed our long list of daily habits including the two gravy bones he normally gets to settle him when going to bed, but I got the impression they really did care, so can only imagine our little boy settled in with them very quickly. He had no signs of stress when we picked him up and I like that the owner prides himself of animal welfare, definitely worth that little extra and will most certainly use them again. They posted a picture of Charlie enjoying himself having an agility session which is always nice to put us at ease that he was also having a mini holiday!
We came across BJs pet resort by accident after driving past their premises. After some research, we decided to contact them and we are so very pleased we did. We absolutely love this doggy daycare but most importantly our dog loves it! The staff were incredibly caring towards our dog from the moment he arrived, and they created a safe and fun environment for him for his day with them! The facility is clean, and I appreciated the daily updates and photos they provided. Our pup came home happy and tired, and it's evident they prioritised the well-being of each dog in their care. We cannot thank all the staff enough for caring and playing with our pooch. We highly recommended and will be using them again
Thank you for taking care of my Gigi, she is having fun here. The facilities are clean and safe, all staff are lovely, polite and professional and I really appreciate they keep uploading photos in facebook so that I can check my dog’s condition. I feel satisfied with their boarding service and highly recommended to my friends
Always a five star experience. Dropped dog off for his holidays, they make sure both he and we are happy. They aways say he's been a really good boy... not always sure he will have been! Our stubborn little Westie. But we are grateful for the care they give. Would not take him anywhere else. 12 years so far.
