Rex is an affectionate, handsome, and energetic puppy, and we had such a lovely weekend looking after him in Leigh Ann's beautiful and cosy home. There are gorgeous walks in the area, on country roads and nearby footpaths. And Rex, curled up and snoozing post-walk, is enough to melt anyone. This was also the first stay we've done that was close to home in North Wales, and we used it as an opportunity to pop into Hawarden Farm Shop for a late lunch one afternoon - a great spot that's always worth the outing. Michele and her husband are very kind, calm, easy going people. I came one day before and got all the info I need about the dogs and the place . The house is very cozy and when you have a car you can reach everything pretty easy. The compound is calm and safe . The main thing I love in this sit were the doggy girls! Harley and Capri are funny creatures with big open hearts full of love. They met me in the morning like I was the Sun. So happy they were to see me . There is a “secret garden” in the compound we went there for our walks . And they were happy to walk the whole day Long . At the same time they were very independent and could walk at the backyard and enjoy their own company . When I was out . Harley has two weak points: she likes to eat and she likes to inspect the dinner table. So you have to be aware not to leave anything that could be chewed up. And to be stone hearted not to give her more food then it was pre-scripted. I loved the time I spent with the dogs and I am grateful to Michele’s family for the opportunity to stay in their house . And for her help and responsiveness in some matters . I wish their family to travel more so I could come back and enjoy their adorable puppies .❤️🐶🐶❤️
Many thanks to Suzanne and Steve for working with us through the challenges brought about by snow storms and cancelled flights to their holiday destination. A most unusual start to a great house sit with gentle Ben! The lovely accommodations and convenient location made time with Ben even more enjoyable. He was a great companion and we appreciated Suzanne and Steve's cooperation with all arrangements before and during our housesit.
Anne and Chris welcomed me very warmly, I felt like home from the first moment and enjoyed a nice dinner and conversation with her. E.T. is a super sweet cat, he came for cuddles and brushing sessions. Cleo was very shy but she warmed up and joyned us once on the sofa. That made me very happy, that she starts to trust me. The work is done in a couple of minutes every day,so there is plenty of time to explore Malta or relax at the terrace or in the pool at the beautiful house. I can highly recommend to stay with E.T. and Cleo! Thank you so much for everything! Hope to see you again one day ☀️🍀😊
What a great time we had! Mo and Tashi are great company, very chatty and affectionate. Jenny's home is cosy and comfortable, in a quiet area with nice neighbours. We enjoyed exploring the city, and cycling on the Thames path which is very close by; there are also e-scooters at the bus stop at the end of the road - so very easy to get around. We loved our time here - thank you so much, Jenny!
I had a beautiful stay in Cullercoats with Bo and Fig! They are beautifully natured dogs who love to cuddle and love a run on the beach. The area is lovely with plenty of cute cafes and restaurants and also just an easy train ride from Newcastle. Tom’s cafe the Boatyard is great for food and coffee and the team their is amazing! Would definitely recommend!
