Kashy was great in every way. He took our dog Boo for long walks and handled all challenges like an experienced dog owner. He sent us daily pictures and videos that kept us in touch with Boo. He left our home just as he found it. He is a great person to get to know and we look forward to seeing him again.

This was my first time using TH, and Millie and Ken were wonderful! I was in the middle of relocating for my job, but had to leave my cats in my (still-furnished) house while I got settled in the new place. So, as you can imagine, I had a lot of moving parts and things to manage during the sit period. But Millie’s presence made it so easy for me to be away, and I really appreciated being able to rely on her for pet care. She sent me regular updates and cute pictures, and left the place spotless. I would absolutely love to invite her to my home again!

Anjuli and her partner took great care of Domino and Marley during our three-week trip. When we returned the house was in tip-top shape. They were very conscientious about watering our garden and many houseplants, and acted quickly to help solve a last minute problem. We really appreciated receiving occasional photos of the kittens and for keeping our happy home happy!

I simply cannot say enough about Michelle & Marc!! Michelle was extremely organized and communicative during the whole process. She sent updates and photos and I came home to a very happy dog and a VERY clean house! My flight was delayed and I arrived home very late (AKA VERY early morning) and Michelle sent me a text to make sure I was home - truly appreciated. I will welcome them anytime they can/want to look after Murray!

I loved having Jen at our home. All the words zeewoi asks us about in our reviews, tidy, self sufficient, organized and caring describe her perfectly. She cared for our two dogs and two cats with professional level skill. She communicated very well with us and enjoyed her time in our city. She made our home hers and treated it with gentle hands. Thanks to zeewoi we were so fortunate to meet and get to know Mary and Johnny. They are absolutely wonderful people, very friendly. We enjoyed meeting them very much. They love animals and took great care of our 2 dogs and a kitty while we were gone. We have one senior dog who has mobility issues and needed medication. Mary and Jonny gave him extra love and care. We throughly enjoyed our trip because we knew our house and pets are in good hands. Communication was great through the entire trip with regular updates and cute pets pictures. House was super clean and pets were happy on our returns. We are so lucky Mary and Johnny are relatively local to us and we hope to have them back for our next trip.

Claire and Hannah were just fab. They were great with booking their flights once we’d had a chat about dates etc. Claire arrived first and immediately fell in love with all of our animals. She was so caring with them and they fell in love with her. She was bombarded with information as soon as she arrived after a transatlantic flight and took it all in her stride. Nothing was a problem or too much bother. We were sent photos when we were away. When we got home the dogs, cats and house had clearly been very well cared for. They are truly lovely, engaging young women and we would highly recommend them. Your animals will thank you for asking them to come!

We had a wonderful time in Barnes looking after Roxy who has the sweetest and gentlest nature you could wish for in a dog.  We had lovely walks and runs along the river and Roxy didn't tire and was up for energetic walks, which we loved.  Roxy loves life, her food, walks and is a wonderful, peaceful pet companion.
Sophies house is light, bright and modern and we had a very comfortable stay in their house.
We miss Roxy so much and hope to look after her again.  Thank you Sophie for trusting us to care for your lovely home and adorable Roxy.
