Matthew and Gina pet/house sat for us for four days, caring for our new kittens. We couldn't have been more pleased with them, their attention to detail and good care of the house and critters. Gina even emailed us daily photos of our kittens. The house was spotless upon our return. We would highly recommend this couple to others.
I had a great week in Ally and Dick's house with their nice cat Muffin. It's a large, peaceful, quiet house and Muffin is no trouble whatsoever. Lewes is a very interesting and pleasant place with loads to see and do and the house is perfectly located. Would love to come again, and thank you Ally and Dick :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our time sitting Shadow! The house was beautiful, clean, well appointed and the lovely backyard was in full bloom! Shadow is a very sweet (and initially) shy but gentle dog that loved attention, gentle pets and our daily walks. There are a number of parks in the area which made for variety in our walks. Additionally, the light rail system is a 10 minute walk downhill and brings you right into the city or to the airport. We had excellent communication with Ariana before and during our sit, as she was always quick to respond. We highly recommend this sit and look forward to our next opportunity to stay with Shadow. Mike thoroughly enjoyed looking after Tiwi and Tana. The home was very spacious with a great kitchen and lovely outlook. The dogs were easy to look after and enjoyed their daily walks. The house was well positioned for some good country walks and easy access to supermarkets etc. Communication with Clare was easy and Mike was welcomed with a lovely dinner the night before their departure. Would definitely recommend this sit. Five stars!
We had a great time looking after Alfie! He loves to good long walk but also loves to cuddle up with you on the couch! Aileen was also a great host! Her house was very comfortable and we had a great stay! Would definitely love to come back and look after Alfie!
Fiona and Nigel are lovely couple. Nothing was too hard for them. Fiona was waiting at the train station for us and Nigel dropped us back there. We enjoyed Fiona’s lovely curry meal. Their property is a beautiful Georgian style home in a lovely village and their gorgeous dogs Fig and Lola a delight to care for., lots of fun and both characters. A fabulous house sit thanks for having us.
I fell completely in love with Jimbob. He's just the best dog. He is very sweet natured and has the adorable eyes down to an art. It was always a joy to see how much happiness he brings to other people when you take him out for a walk in his shoes and he was also excellently behaved when I visited a cafe. When he is at home he just sleeps. Bethany and Tom have a great flat right in the centre of Manchester. It's walking distance from iconic sights but the building is situated in a quiet square with beautiful green areas so it doesn't feel too hectic. The flat itself has everything you need including a desk and fast internet which is ideal for remote working. Bethany and Tom were great hosts, they were available for any Jim related questions and were really relaxed and accommodating. I would recommend this sit, especially to anyone wanting to see Manchester city centre.

I am so thankful to Vickie at BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! I am the kind of dog mom that puts my 2 boys Doug and Rusty (dachshunds) above myself. I set my house up so that THEY are happy and comfortable. I have a low bed,, doggie ramps everywhere and there are dog toys all over. I would say that they are a little spoiled ❤️🐾🐾❤️ I only trust a few people with my dogs. I recently moved to Fair Oaks. I searched online for pet sitting and called Vicky, the owner of Bow-Wow pet sitting and boarding. I asked many questions. I then looked at her reviews on Yelp and decided that I would give her a call back. She was able to take my dogs the next day. She was so great! My dogs were barking and have separation anxiety. I immediately felt comfortable with Vicky. She is very kind and obviously loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly - she can separate dogs if necessary but still see them, they are not locked away in a closed room. She had a big wonderful yard to play in. When I picked up my boys they were happy and not stressed. Now they WANT to go there! Even though I'm done moving I intend to to take them to Vicky's at least once a week because they love her and I don't take them in the car and leave them when running errands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICKIE AND BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! She is reasonably priced and very accommodating. ******************!!!!💕
I am appalled at the neglect and inhumane treatment of my dog. We left my dog Roxxy there for the weekend over 4th of July. We made sure they were aware she was a rescue dog with anxiety, and we were guaranteed that our dog would not be left alone during the fireworks. After we got our dog home, that night we realized her mouth was severally injured. Apparently, she had been left outside in a metal crate during fireworks while the owners of Bow Pow Pet sitting went to the liquor store, and tried to chew her way out causing the damage to her mouth. Multiple teeth had been broken off, her gums were destroyed and she had literally chewed so long and hard the bone of her jaw was damaged. We were never notified that our dog had been injured under their care, we had to wait to find out when we got her back, and with the extent of the injury being as bad as it was I have a hard time believing there were no signs of blood or injury when it happened. The surgery to fix my dog's mouth was over $3,500, which Bow Wow Pet sitting never even tried to repay. I felt the owners of Bow Wow pet sitting were unprofessional and down right negligent to have let this happen. To top it all off, after multiple complaints from us they still have pictures of my dog on their website, against my approval, to advertise their business. Usually I am not one to write angry online reviews but I feel strongly that they were negligent towards my dog.
My dogs were well taken care of in a family style environment. Both had individual needs and their needs were well taken care of. Was so pleased with the great care both dogs received! Recommend!

Stephanie is amazing! We really loved working with her and we know our pup loved the time with her & Marshmallow!!! She was always flexible for drop off and pick up times and our pup was spoiled with her, sleeping with her at night on her bed instead of her crate. Stephanie also worked on training our lil’ pup with better manners and we swear she’s a much better pup now than before. We would highly recommend her services and are so happy we found her. We’ll be her customers for life!!
We are so happy we found Happy Paws! Stephanie is a true dog lover! It is so comforting to know our dog is in such great hands when we need to leave town, or when we are working late and need someone to swing by to feed her dinner. She is also very responsive and flexible with scheduling, and so pleasant to interact with. I love that she sends updates while she is caring for our doggy!

Happy Paws is awesome! Stephanie and her wonderful crew of pet sitters took care of my cats while we were away for a week and did such a great job! They are very caring, conscientious and wonderful. They keep you up to date on how your pets are doing with texts and videos/pictures. Even my timid cat let Stephanie hold him, that's saying a lot! We had an amazing experience with Happy Paws. We were gone for 10 days and Stephanie visited and took care of our cat daily and I know Alfie was one happy kitty for the company. Stephanie even sent us pics and videos to show us how well they were getting along. It was fun to see and very reassuring. When we returned, Alfie was very relaxed and happy to see us. In the past when we would leave him alone for a couple of days he would whine at us for a good hour, but not this time. I highly recommend Happy Paws and will definitely use them again in the future. 🥰
Stephanie is the best! She has watched our pup over several long weekends for us. She is a pure animal lover, I am never concerned about the well being of our dog while he is in her care. We plan to continue to use Stephanie for the foreseeable future.
Stephanie is an amazing human! My dog Jax has been afraid of humans for the longest time… Pretty much ever since I rescued him from Bradshaw Humane Society… Within two visits Stephanie was able to leash Jax by herself and he’s actually got to the point now where he will do the play Bow and give her kisses 🐕❤️🌈. If you ever need someone to assist with dog walks… Sleep overs… or take your pet to other appointments Happy Paws is the place! Hillary’s House is a bonafide gem in dog sitting and boarding. She is the alpha mama and the dogs respect and adore her (and her family!). Absolutely the most wonderful dog boarding you can find. This place is a home away from home for our pet. Hillary and family take care of the dogs at their home as their own. My pet recently completed a long stay (about a month) at Hillary's pet care and was taken care of very well. Highly recommend Hillary's House for anyone looking for a dog care.

The experience with Folsom Dog Resort & Training Center was one of the best dog grooming experiences I ever had. The feedback from Anna was very much appreciated. I received guidance to help my Mom's puppy be more comfortable when he's groomed.....and he looked like a million bucks when we picked him up.
Our golden retriever is over six years old. As a puppy, he was a high energy dog and needed a lot of training. Mike Harrison and his staff provided that training initially as a young dog and then periodically over the years. He is now well-trained and responds to our commands. Mike recently put Sam and I through the Canine Good Citizen test. I am happy to report that Sam passed with flying colors. Mike has been terrific to work with and I highly recommend Folsom Dog Resort for your training needs. Their boarding and daycare is also top notch!!
We took our 9mo old pup for an evaluation day in doggy day care. OMG! We got a cute pic and an update four hours into the day. When we picked up, she was so happy and I got a report from the staff about their observations of her day. We will definitely take our puppy back for the doggy day care. Staff was amazing and helpful. The facility is nice and kept up well.
Our dog Milo is a six year-old Maltese and he really enjoyed the daycare at Folsom Dog resort. I’m planning to purchase one of their packages so he can socialize with other dogs!
I took my pup in for her free trial today. I’m a first time dog owner and was nervous about leaving her, but she is super friendly and is such a love bug so I didn’t think she would have any issues. The lady who took her initially was great and even sent me a photo of my dog before she had to leave for the day. She said I would get another update later, but never did. Watching the camera, I saw her in a corner alone and ignored when she tried to get attention from the person supervising. When I went to pick her up, she completely emptied her bladder because she was so happy to see me, which was so odd because she loves being out and never wants to come home (I’ve even had to take her away from the vet against her will when she had to stay to be monitored). I noticed her backside was dirty (not sure if it was poop or dirt) and had to ask for a towel to clean her because she was also wet (even though she wasn’t in an area with a pool). The person who returned her to me couldn’t confidently tell me if she ate her lunch. It was “well, she was fed but I’m not sure if she ate”. She also smelled so strongly of urine. When we got home she went straight to her water bowl and wouldn’t stop drinking…as if she hadn’t gotten any water all day. 1 person to supervise 20+ dogs just seems a little negligent to me. Especially one that just ignored all of the dogs. Maybe I’m just overprotective but I wouldn’t bring her back.
We have had 3 dogs attend “doggy boot camp” at the Folsom Dog Resort & Training Center. We are so pleased at the consistent and pertinent information and training the dogs (and we) received. As pet parents we probably need more training than the dogs do. The trainers were excellent, patient and understanding with our fur babies and with us. I highly recommend having your dogs trained there.
I brought my rescue pup for a 4 hour meet and greet. All the staff were gentle, kind and made sure she felt safe with them. When I returned they told me she showered everyone with kisses and was very comfortable in their care. We have already booked boarding with them and have plans on a few daycare sessions before she boards! Thanks Folsom Dog Resort for a great experience with my baby girl Grace🐶🐾
Our Collie loves the care she receives at Folsom Dog resort. She had a bath and trim service from Asia this week. She is skilled and passionate about her work. Our dog is not a fan of the dryer, Asia goes the extra mile not to rush the process and uses cotton and ear muffs for her comfort. She looked so beautiful. I highly recommend them!
I have a black lab puppy (7 months) that is with me 24/7. I had to board him because of work and the Folsom Dog Resort came highly recommended from a friend. I have to tell anyone looking to board their dog that this place is AMAZING. Let me give some examples why. First, when I called to book the reservation the person on the phone was extremely nice and genuinely seems excited to have my dog stay with them. Second, when we drove up there was an employee on break out front. She immediately came over and said hello and was so friendly to my dog (she could have just ignored us but didn’t). Third, the facility was clean and looked like a place you would want your beloved pet to stay in. And lastly, in the morning on day of pickup I got the most wonderful summary of his two day stay with them. When I picked up my dog he appeared to be really happy. I LOVE this place and highly recommend it (pricing was very reasonable considering the value and safety given to my dog).
I needed a place kind of last minute for my fur baby. I don't typically leave him and I'm very picky about his care. He LOVES humans and I needed a place where he'd get that interaction. At the Folsom Dog Resort he got tons of love! And they helped him find a play group with other dogs that he fit in with. I will ONLY go here from now on. I cannot say enough good things. They have pet care down!

In response to being told you are you are libelling me: I think using a business that is meant to be caring for animals to cause upset and attempt intimidation by cyber stalking is very worrying, not the sort of person I would trust with a houseplant let alone a treasured family pet. I had no idea this review thing existed until it was pointed out that my name and where I live had been used here but you know all about me? If I had known and left you a duff review I would have been much more created and used a much funnier name like say Thomas McPoopscooper and given you more than a three word explanation of why you are so awful but I didn't because it wasn't me. I think you should stop lying now, no one cares about you or what you do until you draw attention to innocent people who want zero to do with you. I will be seeking legal advice.

Worst service ever
This is the place to let your beloved pet stay while you have to be away. We always worried when leaving our angel at a pet hotel. Even the fanciest ones are actually fancy only for human visitors. Where the dogs stay is usually still just a kennel. Noisy, smelly, minimal time out of their cage. And as much as the staff usually seems to care, they cannot possibly provide the level of attention to which our pet is accustomed. The sure sign of this was how he would pull and strain to get out of there when we'd pick him up. And then he wouldn't talk to us for half a day! At Doubletree, we know our pet is in loving hands. He has a beautiful big yard to play in, with very few other dogs. Often just the resident dog Mishka, a sweet-tempered labradoodle who is friendly towards and protective of our little guy. I like knowing that any other dogs who may stay there have been screened well, and that if there are any doubts about a potential guest, they are turned away. The surest sign that this is the best vacation destination for our dog is the way he behaves when we pick him up. He is delighted to see us, but wants us to stay there with him, not take him home with us. He loves it there and hates to leave!
If we could give Doubletree 10 stars, we would!!! The love and caring our Chloe has received when staying here is like she receives at home! All we have to do is ask her if she is ready to go to Doubletree and she begins to talk (doggy style) and jump around and run to the garage door to get in the car!! The love and care is like being at home!!
My dog loves his 'vacation' time at Doubletree Pet Resort. It is his home away from home. It is the only place I would take my dog to stay when we are away from home.
I happily provide another wonderful recommendation. Buddy was so very well cared for and wasn't I pleased to receive a good report card. No more guilt when I want to travel and leave my pal in the best of circumstances. I have found it!!!
I would not recommend this place. I drove all the way to his home so he could meet our docile, playful golden retriever to get turned away because his labrador-doodle was too aggressive! Why run a dog sitting business???

This is so much more than a daycare. Most daycares have a poor ratio of dogs to humans and it's a free for all with the dogs. At DogTrax the dogs get plenty of exercise in a good-sized group, mixed with new skills, environments, and activities that enrich their minds.
My pups, Alfonso and Oillie love staying at the Best Friends Pet Hotel! They are so quiet on the way home. Exhausted from fun! They love the staff. Constantly running around them even as we are trying to leave! Haha They are so happy. I have them groomed after each stay, they smell wonderful!! Pictures from different pickups!! Another stay! My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.
I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!
First time with Best Friends over the Christmas holiday. She was pretty excited to go with the staff and seemed great when we picked up. We had a long delay on our return train ride and the staff was very understanding. I felt very comfortable with her accommodations and would definitely use them again next time we travel.
