I had a lovely few days at Phil and Charlie’s looking after Peggy. Peggy was a delight, very sweet company throughout my stay, she’s beautiful her big blue eyes charmed me immediately! Phil’s communication was excellent before and during my stay and their home was very peaceful and comfortable to work and study in and a great location to explore Brighton from and very easy to walk to the beach. I’m very grateful for the few days there and I would be happy to house sit again anytime!
An excellent sit with the gorgeous Zeplin and Sgt Pepper, all thanks to an accommodating, caring and communicative host. The dogs were an absolute pleasure to look after, we had a week full of cuddles, licks and laughs filled with amazing walks around the absolutely stunning neighbourhood. The house is amazing with everything you could possibly ask for, all made more homely with a fun filled Dalmation and a cuddly Labradoodle. Thankyou so much for the pleasure of this sit we would do it again in a heartbeat.
I had a short but sweet stay with Lazlo! He is friendly, independent, and excited (mostly about food lol). Taking care of Lazlo was super easy. Instructions were clear and I felt very welcomed! Bri and her husband are both very kind. Communication was easy. Their home is cozy and the vibes are felt good. I loved the greenery throughout the property and neighborhood too. I’d definitely recommend to future sitters.
Amanda’s farm home is so lovely. We absolutely loved being by in the garden and taking in the views while playing with the dogs. Otto and Monty were both very well behaved and so loveable. Taking them for their morning and afternoon walks through the farm paddocks was a treat as the views are stunning. Amanda was very kind and hospitable. There was a folder with all the information we could possibly need & for anything extra that arose it was just a quick text message away. This sit is the epitome of English country side. So ideallic with the best dogs.
Cherie and Trevor’s home is a beautiful sanctuary. The mountain view from their back yard, porch, and office is spectacular, and I loved looking at the moon from the telescope since there is little to no light pollution from the property. Tumalo State Park is an easy walk from the yard, and walking along the river was restorative. They checked in just the right amount to ensure I felt comfortable and safe at their home, and they were responsive and caring the whole sit! I got into a good rhythm caring for the chickens and ducks after just a couple of days, and I appreciated the thought they put into creating the pen and coop so that they were easy to maintain. Having access to fresh eggs daily was a real treat and witnessing the homesteading lifestyle they’ve been able to create for their family was inspiring! I highly recommend this sit and hope to return in the future!
Great welcome and communication throughout the stay with Rebecca and Duncan. Nice house conveniently located few minutes from the park and the bus stop. Reuben is adorable and very well behaved on/off the lead. Follows call back/stop right away. He plays nice with other dogs and everybody loves him. We loved chatting with other dog walkers and Reuben’s admirers. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.
