Paula is such a wonderful host and her house is lovely. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. It is located in a nice friendly neighborhood in Peoria. I fell in love with her sweet doggy girl, Holly, and we had the best 10 days together. Holly is well trained, eats well, loves to hang outside on the deck or in the front entryway and guard the house. She really is a sweetie and I thoroughly enjoyed her company while working as a digital nomad. I recommend and hope to stay again sometime!
Hosts (Regina and Ian) were super nice folks that I enjoyed getting to know before they left for their trip. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. The dogs were the sweetest girls. They were very easy to care for, had their routine down and were well-behaved. They love to snuggle up next to you, and burrow under a blanket. :-) Regina is highly organized and left everything neat and well planned where I had zero questions or confusion. She's a PRO! At first, you may be overwhelmed with the info and how thorough she is, but then you realize she knows what she's doing and every sitter should be lucky to have a host as thoughtful and put together!
We absolutely loved our stay with Willow. Paul and Judith were very welcoming and gave us a lovely dinner the evening before their departure. We were able to observe Willow’s evening routine which was really helpful, instructions were clear and communication prompt and friendly. We loved meeting them. Willow was an absolute delight to care for, friendly, playful and a very good girl. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We would love to return if the opportunity arose
Anya and Matthias were easy to communicate with. Matthias even picked me up from the train station as I came earlier as the rest of the family to meet them. The sheeps are really easy and funny to take care of and Jack and Ella of course, too. Jack loves to be with people and also often stayed in our room. Both cats are friendly and sleep most of the day. We really enjoyed the beautiful old house and place they live. We would come again and can recommend this sit for sure.
I would highly recommend this sit! Tippy and Trello will steal your heart, and Molly’s home has everything one may need. The kitties are so cute and were friendly and curious right off the bat. They love head pets and compliments. Playful but easy-going. Careful of leaving any food out as they will steal it! I also enjoyed exploring North Beacon Hill: the house is very walkable and I didn’t need a car during my three day sit. Grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, brewery, ice cream are a short 5-10 minute walk away. Check out Milk Drunk for artisan soft serve ice cream! But Molly’s place is so nice you may never even need to leave. The pull out couch in the guest rooms is very comfortable. There is great outdoor space on the front porch and back yard (though I never wanted to leave the cats’ company!).

From the moment we met Simon and Leah we knew we were putting our puppy in safe hands. Betsy was a 6 month old Newfoundland with an abundance of energy like all puppies do. Simon and Leah’s calming dedicated nature immediately put our minds at rest. Betsy attends daily walks and once a week day care. Because of the lock down we were unable to socialise Betsy in the normal manner so her interaction with other dogs when with Simon and Leah has become invaluable and her confidence and recall have improved immensely. Betsy now waits by the door each morning ready for them to arrive. I feel blessed to have found Simon and Leah and I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they give Betsy every day.

Simon and Leah are amazing. They came to visit us at home with our dog and took the time to get to know her needs and quirks. It was obvious they had a very calming effect on her and she took to them quickly. She has the best day when she goes to stay with them at doggy day care. So much so that I'm worried she won't want to come back one day. Highly recommend!

Simon and Leah are amazing! They are truly passionate about what they do and are so caring and so so helpful, often at short notice. They are super reliable and dependable and very professional. My Husksy absolutely loves them both and they are so kind to her.. she gets taken on some lovely walks and has been so calm and well behaved since they have been walking her. I didn't know Simon and Leah before they started boarding my dog for me. Simon and Leah are completely professional, before starting regular boarding for me, they met with me to discuss, what I needed when I needed it and discussed in detail about my dog and her needs. She always looks forward to seeing them! I do drive to Colchester for home boarding but I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my dog. Friendly, reliable and caring!
When I met Simon and Leah I knew they were the right people to trust with my doggo. For the last month Diego has had a 1 hour weekly morning walk with them. I pay 1 month up front and it's really reasonably priced. Diego is so excited to see Simon on a Wednesday morning and comes back a happy and well exercised boy! We have been so so impressed with the level of service we have received for our two spaniels from We Love Pets Colchester. They are so flexible and our pups absolutely love their visits from Maria! We used Hilltop for the first time this weekend for our two 10 month old very energetic pups. I am so impressed with the professionalism and kind care they gave to our pups. From the beginning they were absolutely brilliant. They listened to all my concerns with leaving my pups and discussed them when I dropped them off. Picking them up they both came out very happy and smelt lovely too, they had lovely walks and lots of cuddles from the staff 🥰. Second time using hilltop and wouldn't use anywhere else. Very friendly and my girlies seem to be very happy here. On pick up they come back healthy and well cared for and they even gave them both a wash and shampoo so they didn't come home smelling of kennels. One of my girls had an upset tummy the day before collecting they adapted her food to help settle it and told me about this for awareness. Womt put my girls anywhere else.
I have recently started buying my raw food from here. Sam and Simon are very knowledgeable and offered great advice about putting my Spaniel onto raw to try and stop his itchy skin. Would highly recommend.

Our boy Reggie (GSD) loves his time at Hilltop. It quite often feels like he’s having his own holiday, when we have ours. Reggie can be a very nervous dog, more so around men, in his first stay, Hilltop accommodated that a girl needed to take him in. But later in the day, the owner Simon, went into Reggie’s kennel and took the time to let Reggie become comfortable with him, which meant so much to us. The girls love him and spoil him with kisses & cuddles which I love. Hilltop always do their best to accommodation bookings etc and we always grateful for that. We have tried lots of different kennels but always come back to Hilltop, even though it is a 4hr drive from our house since we moved. We trust them with our boy & they listen to our concerns or what we want such as feeding requirements, cuddles, pictures, and no shampoo washing etc and are more than happy to do so. Thank you Hilltop for looking after our boy! We also use Hilltop food 🦴🐾🐕🐶

We used Hilltop for the first time, our two dogs had never boarded previously and have been pampered over the years. The staff were just brilliant and knowledgeable, they treat your pets as if they are their own. They even shared some pics with us whilst we were away. Will definitely use the doggy Hotel when we next need too!
Our 2 rescue dogs have stayed at Hilltop Boarding Kennels, several times a year, for many years now. I wouldn't want to have to use anywhere else. They love the staff and never seem to care when we drop them off. Always walk off to the kennels without a backward glance. The staff are so friendly & take such good care of our 2 dogs. They always come home happy & clean, smelling like talcum powder 😊 Thank you for always taking care of our fur babies.
We’ve just recently used Hilltops for two family dogs but boarded separately. Both so well looked after! And both completely different personalities but catered for in every way. It was so nice they could still be socialised but not have to stay together.The update pictures made us feel so relieved and reassured they are having a fab time! Also bathing and washing bedding before collection was such a lovely touch! Staff are so friendly and care so much for all the dogs. Would use again and recommend to anyone!!

This Boarding kennels is brilliant, I definitely would not want to take my pomeranian anywhere else. Nice family atmosphere, lovely people, being coming here for about 3 years now. We got our dog from a breeders just before the pandemic so we could not socialise her, which has made her scared of Adults and children that she doesn't know, and other dogs as well. They have been so good with her and try and understand and play with her, they just go that extra mile. So you will definitely be in good hands if you take your pet there.
We have been using this family run kennel for many years now, and could not be happier with the way our Labrador is cared for by this lovely family. He is so happy to see them when he gets there, and obviously has a wonderful time in one of the many runs they use to exercise and play with the dogs. I would not consider any other place to look after our pet.

Our Gilly absolutely loves her weekly walks with Laura's Paws! The loce and attention lavished on her is just wonderful - we really do feel that she's loved by Laura and Emma as if she were their own! The update photos are such an added bonus. Can't recommend these wonderful people enough!!!!
Exceptional service each and every visit, we have 4 cats and each one gets individual love, cuddles & attention. They always send amazing photos and updates after each visit too. I would not use anyone else to look after our gang, and I am sure they all look forward to seeing, Emma, Laura or Tasmin and getting all the fuss from them. Im so pleased Laura was available to help with our 3 cats whilst we went on holiday. We got daily photos and updates and the cats seemed really happy with her company. The cats have supplements too which she added to their diet. Would definitely recommend!

Having booked a holiday it was a worry as to getting our 6 cats 2 guinea pigs and parrot looked after.. My friend gave me the contact details of Laura's Paws 🐾 they were outstanding.. Had daily updates with photos of our fur babies 2 visits a day.. All our cats are senior and one need medication.. Laura and Emma were absolutely fantastic and had lots of lovley chilled fur babies when we came home.. We have already booked with them again for later in the year..
I recently booked Laura to care for my dog and cat while I was away for 4 days. While I was away, she sent me pictures and gave regular updates. When we returned my anxious dog was relaxed and happy, as was my cat. I would 100% recommend Laura and would absolutely book her again when the need arises! Fantastic value for money.
We are so thrilled to have found Laura’s Paws and wouldn’t want to leave our dog with anyone else now! Our dog is the type to whine at the door to get back to his beloved home comforts after 3 days on a staycation, so to be able to go away and leave him where he’s happiest is a huge thing for us. We always get plenty of pupdates and are completely relaxed in the knowledge that he’s safe, very well looked after and happy. Not to mention that we always find the house exactly as we left it and they go above and beyond to make sure the little things are done (like the bins!) which is always v appreciated. We’ve used Laura’s Paws for holidays, hourly house calls if we have to be out for the day and walks and they’re always extremely reliable and communicative. We send our Buddy every week and can't thank Chrissie and her team enough. Our Buddy has epilepsy and the daycare team look after him so well. We get photo and video updates throughout his day he has so much fun and has made so many doggy friends. Buddy is a changed dog from when he started taking to daycare he is a rescue dog and didn't have the best start in life and he was very anxious around other dogs and people. Now he is such a loving dog and enjoys being around other people and other dogs We know he enjoys daycare because when we say to him he is going to daycare he gets exited and waits by the door waiting to go he loves it so much.
I wanted to find a daycare for my rescue which didn’t involve any cages or kennels, for fear of undoing all the hard work we’ve made. Chrissie’s is absolutely superb! Chrissie herself is so friendly and helpful; she was more than happy to discuss my concerns with me and invited me to have a look around. Dogs are free to roam and have plenty of areas to relax in/on, it basically just feels like home away from home! Saul is so lovely and helpful! Mia never wants to go home when I come to pick her up! 🤣 I get photos and videos, and it’s clear to see she has a fantastic time every visit! 🥰 Couldn’t recommend more highly!
Chrissies Doggy Daycare offers an exceptional day care service with outstanding socialisation techniques with a home from home atmosphere. Our George simply loves it there and has made some great friends. We cannot praise Chrissy enough. I honestly couldn’t recommend Chrissie’s doggy daycare more! We recently moved to the area & also had a baby needless to say this was a lot of change for our lovely Reggie! With all the upheaval Reggie had become a bit anxious with unfamiliar settings & people. I explained everything to Chrissie prior to his temperament test and it all went so smoothly. Chrissie, Saul & Ru are wonderful with Reggie and all the dogs! I was a little nervous for his first day but Chrissie sends regular photos and videos throughout the day & I could see he was having the time of his life! Reggie now attends fairly regularly & always comes home happy but shattered! Chrissie and Saul often collect and drop Reggie off as well, which is an amazing added service he gets so excited when he sees them it’s so sweet! This is an extra testament to how much he loves his time with them and how much care & effort they put into looking after the dogs. Reggie loves his days with them 100% recommend!

Chrissie's is the highlight of my dog's week! Since his first day, his social skills with other dogs improved; it's been invaluable having that exposure to other dogs in a safe, fun environment so he can learn the doggy ways! You can tell Chrissie and the team take the time to get to know the dogs well - understanding all the different needs, personalities and quirks. They share photos/videos so we get a little insight into his busy day. Even if it weren't due to work commitments, I'd still take him anyway just because he freaking loves it. If you're apprehensive about taking that leap for daycare, be assured, Chrissie's Doggy Daycare is 10/10.
Chrissie's Doggy Daycare is by far the best place for my Murphy. He absolutely loves going there. When I took him for his temperament test I knew from the start he would be well looked after. The team are amazing. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. Murphy is an energetic little dog, when he comes home in the evening he is absolutely shattered. I love receiving videos and photos of all the adventures they have. Whilst I work I know my furry friend is safe and sound and having the time of his life at this fabulous place.
We have been using Chrissie's doggy daycare for over a year now and can not thank them enough our reggie goes every week and he knows when it's a wednesday cause he's a nightmare in the morning until they pick him up they are so good with the dogs and it shines through just how much they love the dogs and what they do they always go that step beyond. Reggie comes home happy and knackered he has so much fun and if we should bump into them when we're he's goes crazy he's so happy to see them which says it all. If your thinking about daycare look no further I recommend 💯 per cent . I know he's safe and happy.
What an amazing place run by truly amazing people. The care and attention put in by Chrissie, Saul and Ru is second to none. My pup was always very well socialised but has learnt the social skills and manners to match by being with so many other dogs in a well supervised establishment. The team come up with imaginative and innovative ways to keep the dogs entertained and the little training tips they give are a godsend. They know all the traits of the dogs in their care and I honestly can't praise and thank them enough. Chrissies doggy daycare is so much more than a home from home . It's a fun packed day for all. My dog gets so excited when we set off to go there and comes back absolutely shattered. A big thank you from me and an even bigger one from Kevin.
I have been taking my dogs to Chrissie's doggy care for around a year now. I must admit, initially I was dubious because one of my dogs is extremely shy and generally won't play with another dog or allow someone else to give her a cuddle. 1 year later and the shy one has done brilliantly. She loves Soul and trusts him. She goes up to other dogs and is inquisitive and allows them to smell her. Teddy has loved it from day one and really has a great time.
Jen has been an absolute life saver. We've got two toy poodles, both nervous out in public & with new people. One of them is extremely reactive with everything outside, especially other dogs, it was unbearable to walk him because he would just constantly cause such a scene and humiliate me - even if the other dog was miles away. After just 4x 30min sessions with Jen, he's like a completely new dog & we don't even use treats anymore - just verbal commands. Our walks are now enjoyable and he is really listening both inside and outside the house. He can now walk past other dogs without a single growl and it absolutely amazes me every time because of how bad he was before. Both mine & the boys confidence on walks has grown MASSIVELY! We also had a BIG issue with the boys fighting each other. To the extent that they were both muzzled in the house or separated with baby gates constantly - our lives revolved around keeping them completely separate, we were pretty much at the end of our tether after going through it for over a year now. Myself and my partner both got hurt constantly trying to separate them & I was in tears most evenings. We had actually worked with behaviourists in the past but the only solutions we had been given were buzz collars (which we also had to use for walks with their reactivity), citronella sprays or muzzles etc and it never solved the issue. We honestly thought we might have to rehome one and I just couldn't bring myself to... so we just struggled for so long until we did some research and found Jen @ DoggybGood. After one assessment & observation she manage to fix our biggest issue without even having to have a training session with them! Now we don't use any muzzles or buzz collars or sprays etc & they're best friends. They now sleep together, play together & once or twice I've even caught the odd cuddle... which if you'd seen them before you'd never believe! It has literally changed our lives now and I can enjoy being a dog owner again because for the last year I physically couldn't imagine it - Highly Recommend!
We contacted Jen to help us with training our new puppy Teddie. After our first meeting it became apparent that Teddie and the whole family that required the training.! Immediately Teddie was captivated with Jen and he was very quick to learn. Jen asked us to describe the personalities of the family and was able to tell us why Teddie was a little aggressive to our oldest son (the quietest in the family). The training was broken down into bite size parts which allowed us to practice in between lessons. I am pleased to say after 4 weeks training we all passed with flying colours. We continue to practice on a daily basis and this has really made a difference. We will be booking on the advanced course very soon. Jen - you are a star, thank you for all of your help, we were getting very stressed before you trained us all but we are now having lots of fun with our new addition to the family. Highly recommended.

We have just had 4 sessions with Jen which have been transformational in our relationship with our dog. Jen encouraged the whole family to be involved which ensured we all (children too) learnt new ways to communicate and improve our dogs understanding and behaviour. Jen is very friendly and accommodating and ultimately has great knowledge which means she's great at what she does. Highly recommended! Luke and family
Would highly recommend Jen. Lovely friendly advice that has helped us work with our puppy in a more positive way. Jen is great fun and very inspiring. We have seen lots of changes in our dog and we have more confidence now knowing what we need to do to handle unwelcome behaviour. Jen goes through all the basics week by week but is always willing to take the time to answer questions and work with issues we are having.
Jen is a lifesaver. She has really helped us tremendously with our puppy, Lola, who is now well behaved and a pleasure to walk and play with. Jen adapted her training to meet our needs and gave us good practical advice based on her experience. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
I have a lovely Boston Terrier puppy called Coco. Coco's sister Winnie who lives with my sister was getting training from Doggybgood and was doing so well that I decided to get in on the action. Jen was great with Coco from the very start, Coco just loves Jen and responded so well to her request, following her lead better than we could have ever imagined. We now have a very well behaved puppy who is still learning more every day. It's created such a lovely bond between myself, partner and Coco. The homework was the best part as watching Coco grow was priceless. I would highly recommend Doggybgood, Jen really does dedicate all her time to knowing what is best for your dog and passes her expertise onto you with really clear training for both you an your puppy. I feel like I have been well educated over the 4 week puppy training course. Jen's doggy training toys are really great too, Coco loves her training mat. We all are looking forward to working with Jen @ doggybgood again.
Jen has been amazing over the last 4 week when it comes to train. She’s is professional and friendly so you know where you stand. Jen has help me and my partners understanding and bond with our dog become stronger. Training has become fun for both us and our dog. Slowly but surly we have noticed a difference in our dog’s behaviour we highly recommend Jen.
Jen looked after my old greyhound recently while we went on a short break. Jen is very friendly and personable, she has a real genuine love of dogs. We met up multiple times before he boarded with her so he could meet the other dogs she looks after. All the other dogs were friendly and she had done a lot of training with them herself. He had a trial night as well before his stay. During his stay I had lots of videos and photos of Turbo playing games, going for walks and chilling in the garden. I genuinely feel that he had a fab time and because he'd got to know them all, he wasn't anxious at all. I will definitely be using doggybgood again in the future.
Jen has done a wonderful job with Archie our Staffordshire bull terrier puppy- training him over the past few months. We went for an 8 week package and he has benefited from it enormously. Jen is a great trainer, friendly with lots of experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to train their puppy or dog. She is very reasonably priced and offers overnight stays and day boarding. This is particularly handy if u need to go out for the day and you don’t like using kennels. Thanks Jen 👍
A fantastic and brilliant service! Nicola and Dan have done wonders with our dog Ruby, a rescue dog who we was told would never be able to be off lead. However when at Dogs Life she is able to be off lead on her walks with her doggy pals and can be seen to be living her best life in the photos posted. Would highly recommend this amazing doggy day care.

I have been using Steve for several years now and trust him completely with my 2 cats. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Steve has a natural affinity with animals and has spent ages getting my rescue cats to feel comfortable with him. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend.
We have been using Adored Animals Hospitality for a number of years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steve and his team have always provided a 5 star service when looking after both our dog Monty (who absolutely adores Steve) and our cats who are always happy when they’re visited to be fussed, fed & watered. Our dogs were very well looked after by Steve and Lottie while we were away. The home sitting was great and minimised disruption for the dogs. Steve is always very friendly and reliable, and we would highly recommend his services.
I can't speak highly enough of AAH, Stephen's passion for all animals is evident in his enthusiasm for offering a really great service ranging from popping in to feed your pet to arranging for his carefully vetted hosts to care for your friend if you're away. I used Colchester/Brightlingsea Dog Walking for a few months while I was unable to walk my dog Bella and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Paula is very friendly, reliable, experienced and knowledgeable about Dogs and more importantly my dog loved her!
When I met Jo I knew that my two house rabbits Anthea and Shady , my pet chickens Drumstick and Nugget were in safe hands for pet visits whilst we went on holidays for a few days. During that time I received a couple of pictures of happy bunnies and chickens which confirmed to us that they really liked their pet sitter and were relaxed. We got back home to find a very happy little gang and cared for+ daily notes resuming their day. We will a100% use your care pet services in the future! :)
Jo is absolutely amazing and fabulous with our 2 cats Ollie & Nori. When we’re away ‘Your Pet Care Services’ visits our house and feeds and spends some quality time with them, giving them much appreciated tlc. We can often receive pictures & updates and these are always greatly received. Jo has been visiting my cat on/off and over a longer holiday since we moved. She always makes the time to update me on the details of how my cat is doing during each visit, has taken the effort to befriend my cat during her visits whilst still respecting her space and has been very responsive in all our communication. I would highly recommend Jo as a catsitter. She is trustworthy and true to what she commits to do.

Jo bonded my 2 bunnies within the 2 weeks of having them. She kept me updated on their progress with daily videos and messages which was lovely. I would definitely recommend Jo she is truly amazing
I would just like to say a massive thank you to jo for everything she has done for me.I had no hope to bond my two buck’s together after almost 6 months of attempting it myself. Jo was able to make them best friends within two weeks! They had there ups and downs but Jo made sure to keep me in the loop daily with videos and photos of how they was getting along. You can see the love and care she has for her own rabbits and others. My boys have been home for almost a week now and are still best buds. I would 100% recommend jo’s services to anybody.
