Juliann was just perfect for us and for our dog Kelly. She was prompt with her emails, arrived as scheduled, and took excellent care of our dog Kelly. It takes a confident person to do this job and Juliann took charge. We had zero issues and would not hesitate to use her again. To see Kelly curled up in bed with Juliann, took all of our feelings of stress of having a new sitter away! We knew then that our dog was comfy and happy!

Marcie

Our 2 year old fur pup, Skye, has idiopathic epilepsy. She takes three different medicines that have to be given at precise times, and she may still have an unexpected seizure. When we left for a two and a half week trip, we gave Marcie all the instructions: how to give Skye her pills and what to do if she seized. Marcie was amazing. Skye did have two seizures, and Marcie’s care was flawless. She followed her seizure protocol and recorded the details in our seizure log. Our trip was unexpectedly extended, and Marcie ensured a seamless hand-off to a new sitter. Marcie kept Skye busy (or Skye kept Marcie busy?), tossing her ball hundreds of times and making sure she got her regular walks. She also took care of our kitty, Louis, and made sure he got his outdoor condo time and plenty of cuddles. She kept us informed of his eating habits, as he has become a bit finicky lately. Her pictures and video updates showed us that our fur babies were doing great. We are so grateful to her for the care she showed them. Marcie took exceptional care of our home, including filling the outdoor fountains and pool and cleaning the pool with the automatic cleaner. She left our home spotless and organized. Even the pool robot filters were cleaned. Our garden was regularly watered, and trash/recycle cans were empty. We highly recommend Marcie and look forward to having her sit for us again in the future.

Jennah & Juan Santiago

Jennah was simply amazing. The dream cat sitter. She stayed in touch with us regularly, sending us updates and photos to keep us connected to our kitty (Annie). We could tell by the photos Annie was super comfortable and quickly connected with Jennah. And she was thoughtful and proactive when needs arose with care or with our home. She handled our Annie's special food care and medical needs as well. I hope Jennah is always available when we leave town, and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, thoughtful sitter. Thank you Jennah!!!

It was so wonderful to have Nina as my house and pet sitter. I was able to comfortably get away for a few days, knowing that Cooper’s care would not be disrupted. There were plenty of pics of him getting all the love and all of the walks. Clara was like having family care for our home and our dogs. She didn't blink when we let her know there would be a 3rd dog . . . a puppy. She walked them several times a day, and dropped us videos of them. Her communication was spot on for knowing the dogs were getting what they needed. The house was in the same shape we left it when we returned. She even had flowers waiting to greet. We didn't just get a house and pet sitter when Clara applied, we gained a 'friend'. If there were "6 stars", she'd have them. Thank you Clara!

Bob was a fantastic sitter from the very first contact—kind, easy going, flexible and considerate. These qualities gave us peace of mind during our three week travels knowing that our kitties and our home were well cared for. Julia was terrific. She was self sufficient but communicated important issues over my 12 days away. She was responsible and respectful of how hard it is to turn over one’s lives furry ones to someone else. My animals were well fed, well loved and generally well cared for as was my home. Cyrene and Lee are new to the platform and an absolute credit to TSH. They are exactly what we are always hoping for when we book a sit: warm, friendly, adoring of our animals, organized and clean, and treated our home and animals like they were their own. When we arrived home, there was a fresh baked loaf of banana bread and some very happy animals! As well, even though we don’t require any dealing with linens when sitters leave, the house was spotless, with everything folded and put away. We very much enjoyed meeting Cyrene and Lee and hope to see them back soon!

Hilary was a five star pet and house sitter. Her communication was great both before and during my trip. She was able to meet with me in person prior to the sit to review everything, which I found very helpful. My house was clean and tidy upon my return, and my dog was happy. What more can you ask for? She was also very flexible, as I had a flight cancellation which delayed my return by a full day, and she was able to stay. I would be thrilled to have her come again.

I am so grateful for Angela. Not only is she a delightful human being, but she took amazing care of my pets, plants and home. Communicating with Angela was smooth and easy. I appreciated her transparency. I loved the daily check-ins of a photo or video letting me know that everyone was doing well and having their own adventures. It is the best feeling to know that I can be away and not worry at all. I had zero worries or concerns leaving my furry kids in her care. House sitting at Anna and Olly’s super-clean, comfortable, modern home was a wonderful experience. Their home is in a relatively new development with lots of amenities close by including, my favorite, a great YMCA just around the corner. Anna & Olly communicated very well both before and during the sit. Also, they kindly allowed us to stay overnight before and after the sit to make our travel between sits easier – much appreciated.
But the stars of the sit were their beautiful pets. Seve is an extremely sweet, well-behaved Aussie Shepherd. He was very good at walking on a leash and sweetly communicative when he wanted a toy thrown for him. Their cat, Monty, is probably my favorite cat ever. He is absolutely beautiful and very friendly – for a cat :) I would have been very happy to run off with him although I don’t think that would have gone over too well. I highly recommend this sit and would be delighted to return myself.
