Our dog Biscuit seems very at home when she stays at Dawn's Dog Boarding. We can see this through the photos shared and observing her being completely relaxed when she returns home. The setting is clean, provides plenty of exercise and good TLC. Our 5 year old dog has been staying with Dawn since he was a puppy - it is his home away from home! Dawn looks after all the pups as if they were her own, and they gets lots of love and attention, all while enjoying time and space in the beautiful Hudson Valley. I did not know about Dawn until a few days ago. I ran in to a big problem as I was staying with family as I had an emergency and my family loved my dog but the landlord says that dogs are not aloud do to insurance so my family was told my dog had to go or they had to go. My family helped me by asking everyone they knew if they could take my dog then I was looking for a dog boarding near me and I found Dawn. I called her and left a message and she called me back in a quick amount of time. I explained to her what was going on and because she was on her way out the door for the day to meet up with friends she could not take my dog that night. Dawn did let me bring my dog the next morning. I was late getting to her and she understood. My sweet Hazel got to be around other dogs and got a lot of exercise. I would recommend her to all. Dawn gave me some information that I did not know and she gave me very good information. I will be using her again when I need a spot for my sweet Hazel to go when she can not be with us her loving family. Thank You for all you do for my sweet Hazel and all the other dogs as well. I would give you more stars as I feel that 5 stars are not enough as you are way more then 5 stars.

Becca is awesome — highly recommend. My wife, son, and I were visiting the area and staying in an Airbnb with two boxers. We had been taking turns watching the dogs and visiting local attractions, hiking, etc. but we wanted a little time together with all three of us to do an activity without the pups. We can’t board them because they aren’t well-behaved enough around other dogs; and while they are fine when we leave them alone together in our house, we didn’t want to do that while we are guests in an Airbnb. Becca came over to meet the dogs and they were fast friends! She took care of them for a few hours, send pics and videos to reassure us that they were happy and in good hands, and was altogether a delight to work with. Here are some pics shortly after (doggos happy and tired out from socializing). We plan to call Becca again the next time we’re in town!

Your search for a pet sitter should end with Becca! My partner and I hired her to take care of our dogs during our wedding/honeymoon and could not be happier with the care she provided. When we first met Becca, we only had one dog, but by the time our wedding came around we had rescued another. Both of them took some time to get to know Becca/be comfortable with her, but she came by weekly up until our wedding to walk them, get to know them and bond with them. Soon enough they both absolutely loved her and we are so thankful for her commitment to animals and her job which made that possible. Becca truly understands animals and cares for others pets as if they are her own. Her care is patient, intuitive, loving, gentle, and knowledgable. She even taught our dogs a few things! If you are someone who wants updates on your pets while Becca cares for them (she respectfully asks if you do or do not want updates), then you'll be thrilled with her ability to send frequent text, video, and photo updates while she is with your animals. We never had to worry or wonder how our dogs were doing and what they were up to because Becca updated us regularly during her entire almost 2 week stay at our place. We could tell from these updates that our two dogs were so happy and calm with Becca. One of our dogs was having some separation anxiety/stomach problems, and was pooping inside/stress chewing walls. Becca was nothing but compassionate about this and happy to do her best to not only comfort our dog, but to take care of cleaning up as well. Whether you are looking for someone to care for your pets daily, during a trip, or just here and there - book Becca! You will not be disappointed, and more importantly, neither will your pets. Lastly, her pricing is fair. However, finding someone who we trust completely with our dogs, who are our children, is priceless. Thank you Becca!!!! <3

I HIGHLY recommend Becca’s Happy Paws Pet Care. I have two older ladies 15 and 16 years old. One has severe separation anxiety and the other only likes me and my husband. Becca came to do a meet and greet and both girls were so comfortable with her! We went away for 6 days and every visit I got a video and an update from Becca. Each video with both girls purring and totally at ease. We arrived home last night and these ladies were both completely happy, relaxed and comfortable. I just can’t say enough about Becca, she is a gem and she will treat your pets as if they are her own. Thank you Becca!

Becca has taken care of our two cats several times when we've been out of town, and she's been amazing each time. We get updates with photos and videos on each visit, and she clearly cares deeply about the happiness and wellbeing of the pets she's caring for. I recently engaged Becca to look after my cats and was thoroughly impressed by her diligence , professionalism, communication and most of all by her love of the animals . She exudes compassion and joy with them and they responded very well to her. Both animals take meds and she adeptly managed it. Plus the photos / videos she sends settle any owner’s anxiety . Patty went above and beyond for our little fur family and we are so grateful to her. Patty is involved with the PANT program that assists with spay/neuter feral cats. Patty was instrumental in locating a foster home for 3 feral kittens. You can tell she is very passionate about animals. If I ever need her Pet Palace expertise, you can be sure sure I will seek her out. Her location is a very warm inviting house that is extremely clean. You could feel the love and compassion she passes on to her four legged guests.

We had a couple negative experiences boarding our dog while on vacation in the past and did some exhaustive research to find a safe place. We found Patty’s and after having visited there and talking with the owner, we were confident we found the right place. We have a big dog, and he’s got plenty energy to spare. On his last visit we were told he had a rough time, and in a very gentle and friendly way we were asked not to bring him back. This made us upset naturally, but it’s more of a reflection on how dedicated they are to creating a positive environment for your cherished pet than on our guys experience. We are in search again for the right fit for our big guy, and after having stayed with Patty three times previously, we thought it would work out, but c’est la vie. I would recommend Patty’s to any pet parent, and wouldn’t hesitate to bring our big lab back someday if we could.

Patty and her Pet Palace were an absolute blessing to my three cats and myself. My kitties stayed there for about two months, while I was dealing with a bunch of health issues in another state. Her safety and cleanliness standards are very high, so I knew they would be well taken care of, I just didn’t know how much! Patty ended up falling in love with my little trio. She sent me pictures of them, and long emails about how each was doing. The maximum amount of cats is 4, so they were nearly always the only cats there, and thus got extra space to roam. My oldest cat gets apple cider vinegar and chicken broth every day for upper respiratory congestion, and Patty made little frozen cubes of the mixture, so that none of the broth would go bad. But wait, there’s more! Like I said, I was in one state, all my doc appts were in another, Patty is in NY, and my next stop was moving to Colorado. I hired a transportation company to move my animals, and when communication went south with them and my stress level was soaring because I was literally in back-to-back appointments most days, trying to find a Vet who could come to Patty’s and write my cats a Travel Health Certificate each and getting no where, Patty stepped right up, and handled everything. She made a Vet appt, brought all my cats to the Vet, sent me pictures of the Certificates, and even dealt with unpleasant emails from the travel company. Literally, all I had to do was pay the Vet over the phone. It was incredible and such an enormous relief. I would recommend Patty and her Palace to anyone, without hesitation. ❤️🙏🏻

This is not a dog boarding facility...it is a dog RETREAT! I knew Kleber from several years ago when we would take our dogs to the same dog park. When he posted that they started Dog Meadow I was immediately excited about the prospect of having my dog stay with them when we travel. From the pictures on Instagram, it was clear that Kleber and Laura run a great place where dogs enjoy the best that the property can offer and are truly treated as guests. My dog is high energy and loves to run, but can be picky with other dogs and everything worked out well. We were traveling overseas and having our pup at Dog Meadow put our minds at ease. Plus we were able to see all the fun she was having on Instagram. Looking forward to having our pup stay at Dog Meadow again in the future! Edit: Here we are, 4 years later (at time of edit) and I've just picked our dog up from a 6 night stay. It's amazing to have a place where I can drop my dog off and not think twice. I went on vacation. So did our dog. The structure that Kleber has and the rules he's put in place is all focused on having a safe, healthy, fun, and loving place for our dogs to stay. I only want the best for our dog and this is the best!

When we travel, one of the most important things for us is that our dog Felix is taken care of. That's exactly why we've been using The Dog Meadow for daycare and boarding. The entire staff is so incredibly attentive to him, they make sure he always has a safe, fun experience while we are away. The crate-free environment really makes a difference as well! I boarded my 3 1/2 yr old German shepherd Lyla at Dog Meadow for 10 days. It was the first time she'd stayed anywhere other than with family. Kleber and Dog Meadow will be my go-to from now on. Lots of space for running and playing with the other dogs. He also easily accommodated her fresh food feeding. I loved the daily posts on instagram and was always reassured she was happy. Kleber runs a tight ship and you can place your trust in Dog Meadow!

We leave our dogs, Lady & Izzy, in the care of Dog Meadow when we're out of town. Both have gone since they were puppies. If it's any testament to how much we value Dog Meadow, we drive almost an hour and a half from the city to bring Lady and Izzy. We do this because we know they will always get the most attentive and high quality care. They have open space to run free with other dogs and get to sleep outside of a crate, which is great for our dogs who never took well to crates. Kleber is wonderful to work with! We have boarded our Golden Retriever Kali at Dog Meadow twice this summer, and she has clearly had a blast. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us for a late drop off the evening before we went on vacation. While we were away, I emailed to check in on my pups. It was one of my dogs first time in a kennel. The staff responded very quickly giving me an update on how they were doing, especially the first timer. When we picked up on pups the staff member that returned our dogs was very familiar our pups. They took the time to share our pups habits and routines while they were there. One thing I immediately noticed when I got them into the car was that my pups didn’t smell of kennel (as had happened in past instances at other kennels). I will be bringing my dogs back! Loved the place.

I boarded my Doberman at Wag Inn while I was at a family wedding. It was his first time boarding and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lena was fantastic. He had a cozy room inside, the facility was warm, they sent me updates and pictures and took him outside to play. I requested he didn’t have exposure to other dogs and they were so accommodating of that. He still got plenty of exercise and attention, and they even scatter fed his dinner like I asked. They were also mindful of his training and handled my rambunctious adolescent Doberman perfectly. I would give 10 stars if I could! I don’t live in the area, but may travel in the future just to board him here if needed. Thank you so much for taking care of him and keeping me at ease!

Cipriana is the best. We always try to make our family trips pet friendly but sometimes it just doesn’t work. But I always feel better though know our pups have the next best thing when they are with Cipriana. Cipriana is wonderful and her love of animals is apparent. She watches our dogs and cat for us while we are away and I never worry. When we needed help with training our new rescue puppy Ruthie, Cipriana was extremely knowledgeable and very supportive as she helped teach me how to best train Ruthie. She spent a lot of time with Ruthie and I in real life situations like walking through town and helping Ruthie adjust to real life situations that can’t happen within the walls of a training school. This is an amazing place for my dog to go socialize and burn some energy! As a puppy, she was attacked on a walk by a larger dog and we were worried it would take a lot of time and patience for her to adjust to being with other dogs in a productive setting. The team at Dizzy’s was so amazing, giving us tips on how to work on the issue outside of day care, and being conscientious of the situation while my dog was there. As a puppy, and a working breed, she has boundless energy, and we all feel better after a day of her getting to run around with other dogs. Since starting care she has become better at listening to commands and knowing when it is play time and when it is work time. The price is more than fair for the value we’ve received!!

Dizzy's is great! The place has been a godsend for my family's very energetic 1 year old pup. Our doggie has fallen in love with the staff, is desperate to get out to the door to them every morning and comes home exhausted every night. I could not recommend Dizzy's more highly!

My dog Waffles started at Dizzy's at 6 months.I always felt although he was a little guy he was so happy going to see all his friends! He would go in bark to let everyone know he was there! The staff is caring and wonderful! This is a clean well led daycare! Waffles misses you all!

Our 2 year old lab mix pup, Biscuit, attends a weekly play group at Dizzys and we have also used the pet care staff for at home pet care. The setting for the day care is clean with plenty of room inside and out for loads of exercise. We can check in on our pup during her playgroup with pictures posted on their FB page each day. Biscuit is obviously happy to greet the staff when we arrive and usually falls asleep on the way home. There are celebrations, holidays and parties offered with doggie games and activities provided. When the yard is wet Biscuit gets cleaned up before pick up and now a full pet spa service is offered on site by a well known pet groomer. My communication with the owner and staff at Dizzys Doggie Daycare is professional in person and always responded to in a timely manner via email. The service is excellent, the staff are flexible for pick up and drop off within in their hours of operation and the payment packages are a very good value. We are happy to have Dizzys Doggie Daycare in our area!

A very excellent place where dogs are able to release their energy during the day and enjoy their time there. Any pet parent should feel at ease knowing their furry friend has a safe place to play during the day. The owner is very attentive and caring. If you are looking for a doggie daycare this is the place to go!

Been bringing my dog there weekly for over three years. Staff is amazing and prices are great. They take great pride in caring for my Charlie and he is always so so excited to go there, I can’t open the door fast enough when I drop him off. They even do events! Can’t say enough good things about them!

We’ve been with Dizzy Pets since the day we brought Petey home from the shelter over 4 years ago! We’ve used the daycare, daily walks and dog sitting services when we go on vacation. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Jayme and her dedicated team. Petey has a blast every week at daycare.

Jayme, Josh and numerous members of their qualified staff have been coming to our house for years to exercise our dogs when we're not around. I'm sure we are among Jayme and Josh's most demanding clients. Through no fault of our own we are a pain in the rear end. We have three dogs that all have their individual personalities and requirements. We live out in the middle of nowhere on the way to nothing. We need Jayme and Josh's help often, but not on a regular schedule. Dizzy's service really has been top notch. There is the potential for LOTS to go wrong in this business and thanks to Jayme and Josh's positive attitude, professional practices, ambition to make their business a success and overall kind, concerned and conscientious energy we are VERY satisfied customers and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

With Thanksgiving on the horizon, I would like to share about something I am so grateful for: Lynn Pino and Camp Bellyrub. For the past three years, she steadfastly helped me with my rescue dog, Shanti. Although Camp Bellyrub is not a rescue facility, Lynn has expertise in the issues rescue dogs can have. She helped me deal with Shanti’s anxiety by making it affordable to have both Bobo and Shanti come to camp, as well as advice and resources related to food, medications, training and my own mindset. When it became evident that Shanti needed something other than my apartment situation, Lynn offered to post on Facebook and help me screen potential adopters. As it turns out, CBR’s own Tori agreed to take Shanti into her family. I could not be more grateful to have Shanti with someone she knows and can still see Bobo! The love that Lynn and everyone at CBR show towards the dogs, as well as respect and support of the dog parents is incredible. Thank you so much!

My dog has been happily spending his days at Camp Belly Rub for almost three years now. We have had only positive experiences with Lynn and the Camp Belly Rub family. The staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Camp Belly Rub boasts a welcoming and non-pretentious environment. Lynn and her staff ensure that all the dogs are happy and healthy while attending Camp. Additionally, there are also top-notch grooming services available by “What the Fluff Pet Grooming,” which operates out of the same building. Lynn, the owner, was happy to answer all of my questions, show me around the facility, and ease my anxious pet-parent mind. As an added bonus, there is an app you can download for your smartphone and watch your dog playing all day long. Lynn and her team are also great pet photographers and update social media frequently with pictures of the dogs playing. Every day upon drop-off, I know that my dog is safe and excited. Every night upon pick-up, my dog leaves Camp Belly Rub fulfilled and socialized. As a pet parent, I leave Camp Belly Rub feeling comfortable and happy with the daycare that Lynn and her team provide. Camp Belly Rub is an amazing place. I have been bringing my dog here for, I believe, almost 3 years. Now she goes every day. Lynn and her staff are incredibly caring people and love the dogs so much. I really don’t know what we would have done if we hadn’t had Camp Belly Rub for the past several years. They offer the first day free to make sure that your dog safely gets along with the others. I knew from day one, when our Bailey came home happy (not wanting to leave) yet tired, that this was the place to go. Thanks for everything you do!

The owner Lynn is very nice and knowledgeable. Made us feel comfortable leaving our very scared rescue dog there. She even sends a mid day update on the first day. It’s very comforting to be able to watch them on the cameras. Our dog now goes and plays with other dogs and has a blast!

Our Aussie loves spending the day at Camp Belly Rub! She is well looked after and gets to play & socialize with other dogs all day long. The facility is clean & secure. I love being able to take my dog to Camp Belly Rub. I chose this place because a couple of my co-workers recommended it. I love their hours. 6:30 AM to 6 PM. That gives me plenty of time to drop my dog off and get to work in the morning without rushing, and also no rush after work to pick her up. I haven't had need, but they also offer a pickup/dropoff service for a small extra fee. When I first visited for our temperament test (my dog is a Doberman), I asked for access to the cameras so I could check in on my pup. Lynn promptly set the cameras up on my phone and accepted me into the facebook group. The copious daily photos and videos and are fun to see even when my dog isn't there). I frequently check in on my pup to make sure she's getting along and playing nicely. I credit Camp Belly Rub with the great temperament she has developed. I would 100% recommend Camp Belly Rub.

The best Grooming establishment on the East Coast! Use different folks in three other states but none compare! Guess that's why we drive the distance for last 25 years!

We take our lab Abby to club pet for grooming and tooth brushing. Always a top notch job. Very friendly and complete service. Highly recommended!

While visiting my mother, we needed a place for our lab puppy. She had so much fun staying at Club Pet. At the end of our visit, we set up a spa day for the puppy and our elderly poodle. LOVELY!!! We are so happy with the whole experience.
