What a pleasure it was to meet Nik and Akela. They both made me feel welcome right away. (I didn't get to meet Christine but she was friendly and quick to respond online) Akela was a very sweet dog and was easy to care for. There were also a few fish to feed-very easy. Nik was very kind and friendly. He had to return home for a few days during my stay and even though he was extremely busy, he always made time for kind words and a chat. I enjoyed being there to help out on the homefront and I enjoyed getting to know Nik and Akela. I highly recommend this sit but good luck because I will be applying for it whenever my schedule allows.
We had a lovely house sit here.with lechat who is a gorgeous pusskins,such a sweetheart(loves the way lechat sometimes stretches out her paw to touch you if you stop stroking her) lovely house to stay in,every thing we needed.we didnt meet kara and chris,but they made sure we knew everything we needed before our stay. we enjoyed being in peckham too,and walked out quite a lot,we never moved the car once we arrived. would recomend this house sit to anyone,especially if you want some time close to the city. We really enjoyed staying with Baloo over the weekend! He is such a sweet lovely dog. We really enjoyed Baloo's walks as there is a great community of other dog owners in their nearby park who know Baloo well. Ester and Guillem were also super easygoing and made sure we felt at home while we were staying there. We sent a few updates a day in a group chat and they were always very responsive and excited to see that Baloo was doing well with us.
We had such a lovely time looking after Reuben, Wilber and all the fish! Reuben is just the best. He is a big softie who loves to be petted and played with. He has a great personality and we will miss him lots.

Excellent service with the dogs and with owner! I made a silly mistake after a day of traveling, and urgent need to use the ladies room after a plane and car ride, that I messed up and transferred money to the wrong account. This made the funds unavailable for 3-5 days and they were so gracious to understand the situation and allow me to place a card on file for them to charge when the funds became available. They were incredibly understanding, thoughtful, and kind to me in my panic. I am so grateful to Pet Paradise NO and will definitely recommend and use them in the future! ❣️
This was a great place for my fur babies! They loved the one on one attention. I also like that my 2 large dogs can share a suite together. The report cards are really cute and keep my mind at ease!
UPDATE: No response from them about my visit. Asked for the regional manager to call and no call back either! Don’t wasted your time nor your money on this place?m!!! Took advantage of the free day pass for my little 3 pound dog since she is on meds a few times a day and I am trying to get back to work. I let the staff know this before I booked that she had to take 2 meds multiple times a day but for the hours I needed her to be there she would only need to have them given once. I go to pick her up and was told my dog can’t come back because she is on meds and they can only administer meds 3 times a day. Glad to know they truly only deal with dogs mainly not on meds. It is sad but I will take my money elsewhere! One more thing….she is on a prescription dog food. I made it for her before I dropped her off and it was thrown away. Her food is not cheap! Staff also knew this!
If your dog is fearful or reactive THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! I had to come back and get my dog because they said he wasn’t cooperating. He is a reactive dog, they’ve boarded him before but now they say they have a “new policy” and can’t. Then when I got there the manager wouldn’t listen to a word I said, interrupted me and claimed my dog tried to bite her four times. I told her I already gave her one star on Google and she said “leave all the bad reviews you want, I can’t let my staff get bit” which is respectable except her attitude wasn’t, and he has literally never done anything like that, ever. He is a fearful dog but doesn’t attack people. Maybe they just suck at their job and shouldn’t tell people they can work with reactive dogs if they can’t. When I told her I was leaving this review, she said that’s fine. I’m going to respond and say your dog tried to bite me. I was still trying to talk to her, and she walked away and close the door, how completely unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
MiMi had a wonderful time at Pet Paradise. We were in the unsettling position of being out of town when a hurricane was bearing down on the pets. Pet Paradise has an emergency policy for just such an occasion. I was impressed with how committed they are to pets' well-being, balanced with their concern for the humans. .
The staff are good as gold. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to leave your pet. I've never been away from Marley, but after seeing the pics the staff sent I am completely at ease. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Absolutely the best. Our dogs Fish and Tank stay for a few days. They came home, healthy (they are both on meds), beyond happy, and smelling like blueberries after their baths. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boys.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The price is average or maybe a little bit higher, but they get a bit more as well. They are able to go in and out of their climate controlled rooms to a private outdoor space. Our dog seemed very excited and his normal self when we picked him up. Overall, I would recommended them unless you are on a tight budget.
Great staff and wonderful experience. We had our dogs staying together in one suite, and everything went smoothly. They catalouge and count the medications for each dog to help verify proper schedules. Great experience!

Oh my GAWD 😁 Where do I start.... This facility and it's staff are AMAZING! Their hands on approach and compassion plus their genuine love for animals SHOWS as though a beam of light! My fur baby has never been around other dogs in an open place not even in a doggy park; just with friends and their fur babies. Bringing roxford here had me anxious and a bit nervous but the staff somehow had him playing, running around, joining other fur babies and the BEST part, when we picked him up, he was HAPPY and playful instead of shaking or shedding from nerves! Thank you camp bow wow and I look forward to bringing both fur babies back as much as possible!

Fantastic place for your pups. SUPER clean and loving staff. My dog happily runs into the building every single time. When I pick him up he’s exhausted from playing with the other dogs all day. Lots of extra activities added during the day.
On November 22nd-November 30th I entrusted the Camp Bow Wow Airport location with the care of my dog during a recent trip, but I was heartbroken by the outcome. Upon pickup, my dog had visible bites makes from other dogs, was emotionally shaken and underweight. When I emailed the manager of this establishment, I received no email or phone call after spending over $700 for a luxury suite and other services. I expected professionalism and compassion, but this facility failed to meet basic standards of care. I strongly urge pet owners to look elsewhere for reliable and humane care. Your dog will be left alone in a building with no person on the premises for over 12 hours at night. On more than a few occasions it took the staff over two hours once they arrived in the morning to let my dog out in the yard. If you want one on one care for your dog you will have to pay for it. The staff has too many dogs per person to provide for proper supervision of your dog. If you care about the well being of your beloved dog I would seriously choose somewhere else to board them.
My Dutton loves Camp BW NOLA Airport and so do I! It's a clean and safe environment and when Dutton is there I never have to worry about his care.
Our dog has stayed here just for daycare and also overnight! He always comes home happy and excited. The camera app is very cute and it's fun to check in on him throughout the day. Never had any issues with our dogs treatment and they have very competitive pricing for dogcare.
Very easy option for someone who is traveling. Drop off and pick up was simple and so was making the payment. I would have liked a little more info about the facility and maybe had a tour to see it. Also didn't know that they had cameras where I could peep in on my pet until I found it on the app. Prob my fault for not asking more questions though. No complaints. Will use their services again.
Camp Bow Wow is so great! We always bring our puppy Nipsey for boarding and daycare and he just loves it so much! Everyone is always very nice and accommodating every time we come! So happy to have them close by for Nipsey to enjoy!

We love Pawlins!! Duke loves to go there and every time he leaves his tail is always wagging. We use them for their grooming services and day sitting. We love being able to watch him on the cameras while we are away. We recommend Pawlins to our friends and family all the time!
Gizmo loved it at Pawlins. We live in a Travel Trailer and sometimes site electric is very questionable. In NO this is definitely the case. Pawlins gave us the the peace of mind to know our fur baby was safe and cool in the hot weather while we enjoyed a day out in the French Quarter. They are awesome.
Today was my dog’s first interview and she spent a half day there. I found the facility clean, the staff courteous and ultimately my dog was safe. I watched her throughout the morning on the webcam. My pet also needed a vet analysis to update her records and it was convenient she could go right next door to the veterinary hospital affiliated with Pawlins.

Our buddies board their dog here. So when we had a last minute trip, we decided to try it instead of a pet sitter. It was great! the staff is super communicative (particularly when our pup was shy at first and a little intimidated), very easy to reach and the videos of play time were great. We also liked the rates. Would board here again
The staff was very nice and friendly. I dropped off my cat for a 7 day stay. The place was very clean and didn’t smell at all like cats (or dogs for that matter). The report cards they sent were very cute- it included a picture and a little note “from the cat” like “meow, I’m doing well…” I’ve added pictures they sent me. It was easy to coordinate the cats stay, and drop off and pick up were seamless. The cat was clearly well cared for while there. They even washed the blanket we dropped him off with.
Can not say enough good things about Pawlins. I have been to other places and they all smelled really bad. Pawlins keeps their facility very clean and sanitized not to mention my pup loves going to play with all her friends. Every person is so nice and professional and friendly. Lucy, my dog also gets groomed here and they always do an amazing job on her. I highly suggest and recommend this place for all your fit babies needs.

Brought in an outside cat who is about to be adopted in with a puncture wound. These doctors and team were SO kind and gentle with him, and so informative and accommodating. They made his first vet trip easy. We’re very thankful and lucky to have come here, would give six stars if I could.
Went here on an emergency visit for one of my dogs and ended up switching care for my other dog completely. The vet that saw us expressed a passion for dermatology and we spoke about my other furbabies life long skin issues. They always make me feel great about bringing my pets there!
We are new to the area and hadn’t established vet care yet. On a Sunday morning, our 12 year old Shih Tzu had his first ever seizure. After searching for a nearby vet, we found Pet Care Center and they worked our dog in within ten minutes. Amanda at the front desk was so kind and kept us updated as we waited. The tech and veterinarian were both very patient, took their time with us and were transparent about options and pricing. They worked with us to come up with a plan and additional testing for our boy in the near future. We are so grateful to have found Pet Care Center who made a scary situation the best it could be. Our boy was enjoying the sunshine by the afternoon!
I recently took my dog, Kobe, to Dr. Maddison and her team for what I thought was an emergency due to tummy troubles. I was extremely worried, especially because I had very little money to spare. Dr. Maddison and her amazing vet techs were incredibly understanding and compassionate. They provided excellent care and helped me treat Kobe without breaking the bank. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. I am so grateful for their help and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care!
Dr. Bret Martin and staff are fantastic. They take good regular care of my dogs and I’d trust Dr. Bret if any emergencies arose. He recently performed emergency surgery on my out of town guests’ dog and they were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and care.
They took amazing care of Gibby. He went in very lethargic and not feeling great. After two days of watching over him, he came back feeling better. Hoping we figured out what was wrong.
Would only trust this team!! Regular visits or emergency situations, they are very qualified, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them and found our home for my pet.
Pet Care Center saved our mini bull terrier’s life after she was hit by a car! They were very empathetic to us and allowed us access to visit her as often as we wanted, the whole time she was in the hospital. We were able to trust that she was in the best hands possible, and they always explained every step they took. She is now home on her way to making a full recovery. Emergency vet services are not cheap, but having our fur baby with us today is priceless.
We are very comfortable taking our pets to Pet Care Center because we know they will receive the best care possible. When we had to have 2 of our babies put down, on both occasions the compassion we experienced was very comforting. We will continue to use them for our pet care needs as long as we have a pet in our home because they are awesome and amazing at what they do.
My dogs are well taken care of here. I can enjoy our trips knowing they are in good hands. A plus is a veterinary is there if needed. Can’t recommend more!!
Our first time using Nonie's Pet Care and we will certainly be long time clients. We have a dog that does not like doggie day care. The sitters from Nonie's were so sweet to our dog who loves to play catch. They made sure she ate, had fresh water and got her playtime in. Even came later into the evening for a late potty break and "tuck in" for the night. Easy to make reservations and payments. Also, they sent updates for each visit with photos of a very happy pet!!! Nonie's Pet Care is a highly professional and dependable pet service!! I have 2 pups and was so nervous about leaving them at home for an extended period without family and did not want to board them. I was able to see my pups and know what they did and what they ate every day. We always look forward to getting the text messages with pictures and updates from each visit. My pups were so happy and playful when we returned. I know they were given lots of attention and love while we were away. My house was even cleaner than when I left on my trip! The pet portal is fabulous for easy scheduling. I can now go on vacation and not feel worried. Liz and her staff are excellent and I highly recommend!
We've been using Nonie's for the past 3 years. As my dogs got older I knew they would prefer to be in their own home vs a kennel so we started using Nonie's and they have been wonderful. Nonie's Pet Care are a very dependable pet service and very professional. She comes to my house 5 days a week for 1 hour each day and makes sure my dogs are walked, played with, and gives them treats. I moved to New Orleans this past July with my 2 old cats. Troubles is diabetic and needs insulin twice per day. Trixie forgets to eat and needs to be hand fed and given lots of treats. I had a super pet sitter in San Diego and was really nervous about finding a new one here in NOLA, especially because I have to travel for work. I vetted a number of companies but Liz and her crew at Nonie's Pet Care had not only the best program, super fair prices but the photos and updates they provide really give me peace of mind. I've never used such a service as I usually have family watch my two small female dogs when I'm out of town, so I was tentative about doing so but left with no choice due to timing and location. I can only say I had NOTHING to worry about! I met Liz at my apartment before I went out of town and she already was playing with my dogs. While I was out of town, I received texts and pictures each time the visits occurred, which really makes a big difference to know AND see your furry kids are being well taken care of. I cannot recommend Nonie's Pet Care enough. I will definitely use them again when I have to go out of town, and if you are having ANY thoughts about using this time of service, I cannot imagine that there is a better one than Nonie's. Thank you SO much to everyone at Nonie's for knowing even though they are furry, they are still our babies!
Nonie and all her pet sitters are the best! I truly don 't know what I would do without Nonie. I have used Nonie's service on and off since 2017 whenever we would travel. Because of Covid, we didn't travel for 2 years. I recently planned a week long trip and because my Harley had not seen Nonie in 2 years, she came by a week before my trip to visit and play with him. Harley knew her and kissed all over her of course! She truly cares about all pets and she's great with them! She has built a very professional business; yet she still gives that local, small business attention. I can leave town and trust my Harley will be well taken care of and receive lots of attention!!

I gave this facility 5 stars the first time I boarded here. Last week I boarded my dog again and after that experience I wish I could go back and give even more stars. The staff is absolutely so fantastic and attentive to all the dogs in their care! My pup had an emergency situation while I was out of town, and because the staff was so observant and caring they got my dog the emergency care he needed. They kept in contact with me through it all, and they even transported my dog to and from the vet hospital. They took such good care of my boy when I was unable to be with him. The appreciation I feel can not even be expressed. Great job, Dog Stop Kenner!!!
We have brought our dog to Kenner Dog Stop for years now and have not a bad word to say! They always take very good care of our girl, and we are never worried about her when she is there! All of the workers are friendly and our pup lights up when she sees them. We recommend this place to everyone we know with a dog!
We absolutely LOVE the dog stop Kenner location! The facility so enormous, the staff is always so friendly and I wish I could spend my whole paycheck in their retail store. My dog always leaves so happy (aka exhausted) and smelling so great from his bath.
The staff has been beyond friendly and helped ensure my dog adapted to the others in daycare. Pricing has been great. The reward program is great for helping to take some of the finance impact off of me for daycare. Grooming has been consistent and haven't seen my pup happier.

No, I am not your client, but I would have been if I could have trusted you. Unfortunately, some of your fliers contain misinformation (lies). I had heard rumors of awful dog training services and hoped it was just not a good fit for those dogs and owners. I decided to attend the open house to give dogstop a chance. I went to the Dog stop for the "Fun open house" on August 10 based on attached flier. I was initially excited when arrived until I was told that we could "Tour our amazing 13,000 sq ft facility" BUT we could not "Let your dog see the playrooms and meet our staff". We were actually told we should "hold our dogs while they are in the store (not allowed in tour area at all) or take them outside". We asked about the "Free treats" and were told that we could buy some but the "15% off retail purchase" was only for new customers who buy a service. The ad also claimed to "have a great time with your pup" but we didn't even feel welcome much less a great time. Based on all these false claims I didn't trust any other claims made about good service and taking care of my dog. I made the wise choice not to sign up for service and confirmed the rumors were probably true.
Sharing my recent experience at the Dog Stop in Kenner ( This is my 2nd bad experience with them) It was a complete disaster. My poor dog suffered trimmer burns, endured an awful haircut, and to top it off, it took them a staggering 5 1/2 hours to call me for pick up. My dog was NOT matted. I called and asked for the store manager to contact me which she never did. I strongly advise against bringing any pet to this establishment, as the level of care and service provided was subpar and unacceptable.
I recently visited the Dog Stop in Kenner and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about all things dogs and seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of every pup that came through the door. The facility itself was amazing, with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, as well as more secluded areas for those who needed some peace and quiet. The kennels were clean and spacious, and it was clear that every effort had been made to ensure the comfort and safety of the dogs in their care. One thing that really stood out to me was how well-organized everything was. From the intake process to the daily routines, it was clear that the staff had a well-planned system in place that allowed them to provide the highest level of care to each and every dog. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dog Stop in Kenner to anyone looking for top-notch dog care. The staff is exceptional and the facility is truly amazing.
I tried to attend an “open house” to see if I wanted to take my sweet dog. I will not be dropping him off here ever. This is my second bad experience with them. The staff was rude and their open house that they advertised was more of a “sign up for services”. I was not even able to see the facility as advertised because I went alone with my dog. This place is absolutely unbelievably unprofessional, I came in the other day to pick up my pet and it seemed that the dog of the general manager I’m assuming was loose and didn’t have any control of her animal. Her animal almost came and bit me in the face and I can only imagine what goes on in the back. Do better! This is very unprofessional and I’m not surprised as to why this place has nothing but one star reviews. Don’t bring your animal here!

I have older dogs and in-home care is much better for their overall health and wellness than the stress of daycare. Sarah's Pet Care Revolution has been a godsend to me. The staff are well trained and professional and they are all animal lovers. For peace of mind when you have to be away from home, I highly recommend them. I have had 4 different sitters over the years and they have all been remarkable and loving with my pets. Most stay employed for a while, so your pet really develops friendships with their caretakers. I know my pet and home are in good hands when I travel which is about 60% in my job. Peace of mind while I travel means the world to me and they provide this every time. Highly recommend!
We have been using Sarah's Pet Care Revolution services since January 2015. Not only using her services for short 2 day getaways, but also for a longer 2 week stretch. Regardless in which service, the results were excellent. They communicated with us with photos and narratives at every visit giving us reassurance that all was well with our dachshunds. Sarah's Pet Care personnel are trustworthy and caring professionals. We will continue to ask Sarah for her services anytime in the future without hesitation.
We have been working with the devoted animal care experts at Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for six years and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Sarah's dog walkers are thorough and conscientious and have always taken superb care of our two large aging dogs. When we are out, we can always count on Sarah's dog walkers to keep our canines safe, happy and feeling loved, and to alert us of anything unusual that they might observe. We have come to think of them as great resources for any canine issues that might arise and value their expertise. When we're out and about, we get a thoughtful, descriptive message describing the walk and their interaction with our pets that day. The messages let us know that our dogs were indeed walked, so we can relax, and they come with pictures that are so awesome I have often thought of making a photo book of the collection. But, of course, the most important thing is what our dogs think of Sarah's Revolutionaries, and their opinion is true love. They look forward to seeing Sarah's dog walkers and seem to view them as their own special friends. When we get home, our dogs are relaxed and happy from the visit. And, a word to any pet owner who is considering working with a dog walking service: it's a terrific thing to do to always know that you have pet care options when you need them. I started working with SPCR when I injured my knee and was on crutches just as my husband was heading out of town for an extended period of time. Life happens and it's nice to know that you've got a team to support you when you need help. And you will not find a finer team than Sarah's Pet Care Revolution.
I would only trust Sarah’s Pet Care to care for my two dogs when going out of town. My husband and I have two small breed dogs, both moody with other dogs and wary of strangers and one in need of daily heart medication so it can feel overwhelming to leave them in the care of others. Luckily we came across Sarah’s Pet Care and we were able to go on a trip out and of the country without a feeling of fear. Sarah’s Pet Care gave us daily texts with updates and videos/ photos of our dogs and we even utilized their sleepover option so someone was their to comfort our dogs on overnight stays. We are very particular dog owners and our pets are more like our kids, we really felt cared for and confident with the staff at Sarah’s Pet Care stepping in for us while we were away.
I have used Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for 5+ years, and they have always been incredibly professional, proactive and taken wonderful care of my two cats. I get daily updates with pictures, training visits when a new caretaker comes on board, and they even ensure that there is an evacuation plan for my cats if we're traveling during hurricane season. I recommend them to everyone - they are fantastic!!

We love Sarah's Pet Care Revolution! All the people there are wonderful and truly care about your pets! We use them regularly to watch our cats when we are out of town. They provide daily updates on how the kitties are doing and they provide several ways of communicating with them during your trips. We have also used them for basic obedience training for our dog when we first rescued her from a shelter. Our dog was a bit skittish and afraid (as you can imagine coming out of a shelter situation), but they worked with us and her- and now we both have better manners! I highly recommend Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for all your pet care needs. Four paws up!!

Took our dog here due to a last minute trip. Do not think we will be back. Though the staff were very nice (the reason this is two stars not one) the facilities are not very nice. The pens where the dogs have outdoor time have no grass and were quite muddy. The dogs do not appear to have any time alone to themselves (which ours likes), but if your dog is very sociable and likes to have a pack around it this may be the place for you. Be warned, it fosters many animals from the Metairie Humane Society. I love shelter dogs and have volunteered at shelters in the past, but that does not mean I want to pay someone to keep my dog like it was in a shelter!
I love this place they make feel loved and they make sure you bond and connect with the right dog or dogs for you and your family. We are very happy with our two new dogs from there Onyx and Dior
I brought my dog here about two weeks ago and left her there only because it was the end of the day and I flew out at 6am the next morning. I called family to come get here. It was very casual and not very clean. There were dogs all over the place and had a lot of random stuff laying around the office
Small, unassuming place, but all I care about is that my boy is happy; and sure enough, he was wagging his tail when we picked him up and wagged his tail going back the next day. He didn't smell and his feet were clean when we got him back. And the owners are obviously animal lovers.
Nice people, place a little on the older side. But I'll take caring people over fancy buildings anyday. My dog was well taken care of at a fair price for boarding.
Our family has used Pampered Pets for years. The dogs love going there. I highly recommend their service.

Love camp bow wow! My boys been to both locations in New Orleans. Excellent staff. Very accommodating. He always comes home tired out from all his playing. He seems to love all the workers there and they love him which is most important to me.
What can I say? My dog (Dumas) and I LOVE Camp Bow Midcity. From daycare to a weekly bath and our last-minute boarding location, the staff at CBW have become a highlight of our day. Even after more than 2 years, their love of my furry family and their friendly attitudes and attention to detail continue to be touch notch.
Love Bow Wow mid-city. I can a bit of a helicopter dog mom and they always put me at ease if I’m nervous. Great team and great environment for my energetic pup. AND they take awesome photos with the babes.
Our Great Dane MJ hadn’t been back to Camp Bow Wow in almost a year. We had to wait until she was old enough to get her spayed before she could return. The staff welcomed our HUGE, 150+ lbs, nervous girl back into the group with open arms. I know I spent the entire time she was there watching the live camera. Nervous Momma. It brought me a lot of joy and relief to see her around so many dogs without ANY issues. Way to go Camp Bow Wow staff! You’re the BEST!
Camp Bow Wow Mid-City is the best and my dog (Nova) love it there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
Update! I'm still so grateful for Camp Bow Wow, especially Casey! Every single employee knows my dog (Bishop!) and they all seem genuinely happy to see her when she comes in. The other day I heard an employee singing to her as they brought her back to the corral. It's great to know such a great crew cares for my girl. Thanks, y'all!

Great staff, my dog absolutely loves it. We only take him for boarding so he knows hes going to be there for a few days, and without hesitation he just runs straight through the doors and doesnt look back.
My pup Duck loves it here. She’s pretty shy and reserved but lately she gets so excited, jumping to meet counselors and running back to the play group. Happy we found a place she loves and I trust
DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! My poor baby was neglected the entire time. I had to demand to pick him up early as he was whining in his own feces for hours and hours. I watched as he begged for attention and pets, and he was continuously ignored every single day. There was no “all day play,” for I watched as they kept him in his kennel suite for hours instead of playing. The neglect and mistreatment of my dog while paying very expensive rates was heartbreaking. I am just so heartbroken I left my dog there, and we will NEVER return. His bed was also destroyed due to the neglect. I also watched as two dogs were fighting completely UNATTENDED. This facility is not safe, nor does it care about your dogs happiness or wellbeing.
Staff is professional and takes great care of my dogs. They love it there! Prices are more affordable than compared to other local daycares. Mine have been boarded overnight and go to daycare there.

My pup loves this place. She's been coming here for three years whenever I have to be out of town. They treat my pup like a queen. Their services are great and the staff is super friendly.
My dog was boarding here for a week an she had some issue with her Anxiety at this place being kennel up that someone called us letting us know. But when I came to pick her up and bring her home I saw she got kennel cough at this place and no one notified me this I so Dont appreciate this. And beside the building got a very bad smell inside like it's never clean. So not recommend
I am moving back to the area and interested in becoming a new client since the location is convenient. Phone calls go straight to voicemail as stated on the website. Unfortunately, when my calls were returned I was on calls for work. I didn't see any photos of the play areas or sleeping quarters. I decided to just go there. Upon entering, my mother and I were overwhelmed by the smell of urine and feces. The place smelled horribly. The 2 girls sitting at the front desk said that tours are not offered during the week and said that there was no manager on site to answer my questions. The hours of operation are limited. Apparently, their business must be doing so well that customer service doesn't need to be a focus. I had used Camp Bow Wow in PA. I decided to visit their mid-city location. While not as convenient, the hours of service, level of knowledge of staff and customer service, and cleanliness of the place far exceeds what I witnessed at Puppy Love. You get what you pay for...
I have been going to Puppylove Daycare for probably almost 2 years now. I got a puppy a year and a half ago and as a first time puppy parent I was super hesitant and nervous about leaving her somewhere for a day, but I really wanted to socialize her and get her out of her kennel while I was at work. Ms. Angela and Marleigh answered my MANY MANY questions regarding their services, etc. and were extremely friendly and helpful. Even after the first few days my puppy went to daycare they updated me on how she was doing/adjusting. At first my dog was nervous, didn't want to go/hesitant (which is normal), now when I bring her she runs in so fast the leash flies off my hand! She loves everyone and the staff is really amazing. They truly care about your baby and are very communicative! If you are researching places to take your pup, seriously look no further. They are awesome and your dog will love you and be so pooped at the end of the day! Really nice people.
