Lindsay did a wonderful job caring for our pets and plants. She also made herself available for a short notice delivery to the house. Also she had to get an ant problem under control during her stay. 🙃 We got lots of pictures and updates to let us know Sandy, Junior and Dobro were well taken care of. Her communication with us was great. There were a couple of hiccups otherwise she would have gotten a five star review.

We were fortunate to have Anna take care of our sweet little dog Bowie and our home, and we cannot express our gratitude enough for the exceptional care she provided. From the moment we met her, Anna's warmth and friendliness put us at ease, making us confident that Bowie would be in great hands. She quickly became a trusted companion to our furry family member. Bowie was showered with affection, pets, and playtime, creating an environment that allowed him to thrive even in our absence. The daily photos we received from Anna, showed Bowie relaxed and content in her company. She also took great care of our indoor and outdoor plants. Our home was also found in good and tidy conditions. Anna made our time away stress-free. Knowing that she was taking care of Bowie and our home allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation knowing everything was well taken care of. We highly recommend her and welcome her back for future sits! Megan was wonderful and truly loved my pup like her own! She was a good communicator, sent pics and updates of Puma and I returned to my home as clean as when I left it, she even washed the bedding and put it back on for me! I would happily host Megan and her sister again to take care of Puma:)

We scheduled with Steve and Lucia for a Christmas Eve-Eve sit months ahead of time. We met via video call and they were very thorough. Steve did this sit solo and he was great! He even brought Kalita a new toy. Steve had made notes of our initial conversation (months before) and everything was a breeze. It was an essentially a 24hr sit, but we would happily have them both come back for a sit of any length. The house was spotless, sheets washed and bed made. And Kalita was safe, well-taken care of, and greeted us at the door with her new toy. Thank you, Steve and Lucia!!

Cathy & Larry are a lovely couple. They came in early and Dottie took to them right away. They took great care of her and the house which was spotless when we returned. They surprised us with snacks and treats in the fridge when we got home. We highly recommend them and look forward to future connections.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Just like the other two times Cherilyn accepted my sits, she was stellar. Cherilyn was responsive, she genuinely cared for my little ones, and she never fails to leave my home even cleaner than when she arrived. She even offered to stop by my home one last time to give the cats dinner when she found out I'd be later than usual getting back from my trip. Thanks for another great sit, Cherilyn!

Kate

This was Kate's second sit with us. This time, Jaret joined her. I really appreciate that Jaret took the time to fetch keys and get to know the apartment and cats some days prior to the sit. I am sure that the cats were well taken care of by the two of them. Both furry friends were very relaxed when we returned. The apartment was clean, and our small garden was well-maintained. Unfortunately, there is a significant downside: our request not to leave items such as clothing, bags, or open suitcases on the floor, as our oldest cat (nearly 16y) tends to pee in/on them (she has this behavior since we got her as a baby), was ignored. This was despite a personal mention during our initial meeting with Jaret, specific warning in the Welcome Guide, and two reminders via WhatsApp when I saw photos of bags lying on the floor. Now, the wooden floor in two rooms of our brand new apartment is "decorated" with two large und one small dark/black urine stains, as the mishaps were only noticed days later and not cleaned up right away. This very costly damage is extremely frustrating for us, even more because it could have been easily avoided. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement.

Lauren was a 5 star pet and house sitter! We want her to come back! Lauren was so easy to work with--very communicative, relaxed, very good with our dogs and their needs. She was incredibly clean and the house was immaculate when we returned. She was very self-sufficient and we were able to relax on vacation knowing Lauren could handle anything that came up with the house or the dogs. Total piece of mind. She instantly became someone we trusted with our home and precious animals. We would recommend Lauren as a house and pet sitter to anyone. She was FANTASTIC!

I could tell they actually cared about our fur babies and with how on top of everything they were - and had such amazing communication - I never had a single concern. Then we got home and WOW! They cleaned the house top to bottom! We had cleaners come before we left for them of course - and Kim and Laine did a better job then my cleaners do! Lol Literally took care of every detail, the most amazing house sitters ever. And the most loving and attentive pet sitters as well. We could not be happier. Thank you Kim and Laine! Fantastic experience at Tracy and Caleb's beautiful home a 1/2 block from the beach. Birdy was in her absolute glory on her beach walks/romps. She is a very sweet dog who will happily share her "puppy" (toy) with you at every opportunity.

Ronnie and John entertained us to dinner two evenings which allowed us to get to know them quite well. We thoroughly enjoyed their company. The cats were easy to look after and very different from each other. Angus was a hunter who was out much of the time but inside at night. Raya was timid at first but really affectionate after about a week. We looked after them both for a month and it was the best house sit so far out of twelve  in the last year. Blair Atholl is such a friendly community we loved it and felt at home quickly. Volunteering at the soup lunch allowed us to integrate really well and meet so many locals and know them by name. The house was so warm in winter and we had a lovely time there pretending to be locals. We couldn’t recommend this sit highly enough.Thank you to our lovely hosts and cats.

I was and am super happy and grateful that I could take care of Muschi :) She is such a cute baby cat, I so much enjoyed being with her. She is very playful in general and is always up for playing seek and hide. Renata is a wonderful and caring host: She gave clear and easy instructions on how to take care of Muschi and she made me feel very welcome. We had the great opportunity to get to know each other beforehand in person and I enjoyed our meeting very much. Her apartment is amazingly decorated and very cosy with everything you need. I would highly recommend a catsit there and I'm looking forward to being back sometime :)

Charles and Alison were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable in their home. 
There communication was great and they were always available if we needed them. 

Bramble and poppy are adorable, and are very well trained. We had a great time with them both. Bramble is very gentle, loves a cuddle and chilling out. Poppy is high energy, loves to play fetch and go for a run but also adores cuddles and will chill with you on the couch. 

We wouldn’t hesitate to house sit for the again, it was truly wonderful!
