Ryan took a great care of my cat, Pan, while I was away for a week. He was very accommodating, communicative, and well-organized and planful. He did everything I asked for to care for Pan and keep the apartment in good order, and I came back to clean apartment and happy cat! What more can I ask for? I would invite him again, any time!

This was Katherine's 2nd sit with us, & she was every bit as wonderful as she was the first time! She arrived exactly on time, she sent us updates and photos of Annabelle, who looked like she was having a great time, she was respectful of our dietary rules, she brought in the mail and packages, and she took out the recycling on time. She even did some repairs on our kitchen cabinets! The house looked as if no one had been in it the whole time we were away; she even changed the sheets! Most importantly, Annabelle was thrilled to have her stay while we were away! We definitely hope to have Katherine back to sit with Annabelle again!

Taylor, Joanne and Robbie were outstanding in every way: clear and friendly communications, great affinity for and attention to our dogs, proactive and highly capable housesitters. When I returned, the dogs were fat and happy and the house immaculate. Top level sitters and great people!

Robyn and Dave were fantastic sitters for our pup and 3 cats! They were very responsive before our trip and were very reliable. They sent updates and photos while we were away and we could tell they truly loved animals and took great care of our pets. This was Kate's second sit with us. This time, Jaret joined her. I really appreciate that Jaret took the time to fetch keys and get to know the apartment and cats some days prior to the sit. I am sure that the cats were well taken care of by the two of them. Both furry friends were very relaxed when we returned. The apartment was clean, and our small garden was well-maintained. Unfortunately, there is a significant downside: our request not to leave items such as clothing, bags, or open suitcases on the floor, as our oldest cat (nearly 16y) tends to pee in/on them (she has this behavior since we got her as a baby), was ignored. This was despite a personal mention during our initial meeting with Jaret, specific warning in the Welcome Guide, and two reminders via WhatsApp when I saw photos of bags lying on the floor. Now, the wooden floor in two rooms of our brand new apartment is "decorated" with two large und one small dark/black urine stains, as the mishaps were only noticed days later and not cleaned up right away. This very costly damage is extremely frustrating for us, even more because it could have been easily avoided. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent in all areas of home and pet care. I could not have asked for a more wonderful person to be here in my home. Robert was professional, showing an interest in what my needs were for my pets in terms of feeding, sleeping, and being let out to relieve themselves. Additionally, all home instructions were followed 100%, for which I was extremely grateful for. Robert's communication with me daily let me know how the Pups were doing, and sent along questions about their care if necessary. One of my pup's Sheba, is a food vaccum, and did eat food with one of my Pups medications, Robert was worried whether the medication would adversly affect Sheba. It did not affect her - with her iron constitution. Robert sent photos of the pups daily. Sheets and towels that Robert used were washed and in the dryer, trash was taken out, dishwasher run. The security and confidence that I had in Robert was immediate. He was a pleasure to have here. Due to my frequent ski travel, I have used several sitters, most were not at the level of total care that Robert exhibited. For me this is very important. Robert is excellent, he is a person that you want to be caring for your animals and home. Thank you Robert! Papi and Sheba send a Woof for thanks too.

Lauren is a very matured, reliable and trustworthy care taker. She took excellent care of our pet as well as our house. She was communicative while we were away and kept us up to date of what was going on with our pet and the house.

June & Neil were an absolute delight! They arrived at the agreed time and were clearly very experienced with dogs - Percy immediately settled with them and we were able to go off on holiday with no worries at all.
