We had a wonderful sit with Sammy and Fergus in Brockenhurst. It was the perfect base for long walks in the New Forest and visits to local pubs with these two friendly and well-behaved pet friends. Rodney and Sarah made us feel incredibly welcomed, which made for the perfect stay at their lovely home. We would certainly go back!
Sonja and Brad were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, in every way. Their cats were incredible...So affectionate, gentle, warm, sweet...Cannot say enough about them. Their home was inviting and comfortable. It was a great sit and experience. Highly recommend.
We had such a great time looking after Suki and Ember. Both of them are totally gorgeous, with very sweet personalities that shine through as they grow to trust you. They are a joy to look after, and both brought us so many laughs with their little eccentricities. Kelley and Jeff are fantastic hosts, we felt very welcomed by them, and enjoyed keeping in touch with them during the sit. We even spent Christmas together with other expats, which was super fun.
Thanks to Helen, it was a great lesson for me. I appreciate her invitation and should admit it was the most complicated sit in my entire career. The accommodation and location are really nice and I have been enjoying Mila’s company since I managed to earn her trust. Cats are quite independent and do not come for food regularly, except Angel. So, don’t worry, don’t ask additional questions, just do what you are supposed to do. Otherwise, you’re gonna be accused of not reading the Welcome Guide. I would not recommend taking this duty at all if any of the inhabitants are going to come from time to time, especially if it’s about Yannik, a 20-year-old man. All those visits are gonna add a mess to your life and require more cleaning. Helen is a friendly person but never, ever offers a cup of tea, even if you share your food or cook something popular in your country. Yannik offered tea but asked for mine Assam to make it. Quite weird from my point of view. Accepting Helen’s invitation to a restaurant means you’re gonna pay yourself. At the same time, it was really generous of her to give permission to ride Rani, an E-bike. And most importantly, If you leave the house to another sitter, make the next person confirm that everything is intact and clean. Otherwise, all possible coming faults are gonna be yours, no matter how clean was the house when you left. Overall it’s the first time I have had not a pleasant experience with the host.
Isabella was a great client. Very communicative, easy going and appreciative. I would sit for her and Kitty any time.
