One takes a bucket full of superlative adjectives and gets the best description of Torsten & Dannielle, staying in our villa in the gated community of Caesarea, Israel for 5 weeks from beginning of December 2016 until first week January 2017. They are highly professional, extremely serious, very well experienced in what it means to house- and petsit and truly honest, honourable, intelligent, decent people with a great love and worship for animals. They are highly organised, self sufficient, thorough, reliable, well educated and mannered, considerate and very attentive. They followed our rules and guidance exceptionally well without losing their initative. When there were two problems at the house, they immediately informed us, sent picture documentation and checked back on how to proceed best, but at the same time offering their opinion. Their communication was an example, they kept us in the loop at all times, sent videos and pictures of our cat and generally communicated very professionally, which no doubt comes down to their intelligence, background and education Danielle & Torsten truly love pets and are taking care of your animal very seriously. They spend a lot of time with the pet, getting to know its very own personality and interact highly conciously and dedicated with your animal. The result was a very happy, calm, balanced and sociable cat Oscar on our return – he was in a fantastic mindset, healthy and clearly got the love and attention he's used to during our absence. Besides the pet care, we'd like to point out the respect and value Danielle & Torsten showed towards our house. We felt, that they treated our home with great respect, clearly appreciated and worshipped the trust involved. Even when it comes to tidyness and cleaniness, they fulfilled our highest hopes, the house was as spotless as we had left it. We felt completely at ease having Torsten & Danielle staying at our home, Their appreciation and humble personality is reflected in their every move. In a nutshell: We can only highly recommend Danielle & Torsten (like all their references here) and we would always have them back with us without a second thought. Thank you Danielle & Torsten for your soul in our house, your goodwill and highly appreciated care towards Oscar and our home.
Liz and Greg have sat for us 5 times and, as always, tick all the boxes in terms of pet care, reliability, organisation, etc. They are super-good with our dogs and somehow Liz gets the hens to lay more eggs for them than us! More than that though is when we return home and Greg has knocked up a fabulous dinner and we can sit around and share a glass (or two) with them. Looking forward to the 6th visit.

My dog was here was 9 nights for the first time and she has come home with damaged paws, cuts all over her feet and legs. My poor dog can hardly walk and they didn’t seem to care when I rang she has ran and played at home many a times and never ended up like that.

It makes it so much easier as an owner to know you’re leaving your dog somewhere they’re happy. Before Old Park Farm, I’d only ever left Lola at one other kennels and never for 2 weeks. I was so anxious coming back as I was worried at how she would be at home, but it was like we were never away! They're absolutely amazing! Left our 8 month old German Shepherd with them and he loved it. He's a handful and they were fantastic with him, even when he was throwing his water around! Pip our boarder collie has had a lovely week at the old park farm kennels. She has come back full of life. Such lovely staff . Will not hesitate to have her stay again . The best moment was when as we left she turned back to the lady who has been looking after her and gave her her one final cuddle and if you know pip you know she only saves them for special people. Our dog Bobby has been spending a day with Heather for the past 4 years. He enjoys his walks with her and returns thoroughly happy and exhausted. She takes him to different places from the ones we visit and gives him the opportunity to mix amicably with the other dogs she walks. Heather is totally reliable and we completely trust her to look after Bobby as she would if he were her own dog. Her rates are very reasonable and represent good value for money. She is flexible and can accommodate any requests to change our usual arrangements. Heather is friendly and reliable and clearly loves dogs. We would recommend her without hesitation.
Heather is a kind, reliable and hard working individual. She cares for my dog and is extremely adaptable to my working needs. I feel comfortable at work knowing Roxie is having a lovely walk with all the friends she has made since going out with Heather, and I also trust Heather completely going in to my home. I get regular photos from Heather and messages about where Roxie has been on her walks. Heather also offers an extremely attractive hourly rate. Heather has looked after our cat Socks for many years now when we go away. She is extremely conscientious and sends me regular photos of Socks playing or being groomed when she visits him. Socks loves Heather and is always super relaxed when we get back. Heather is very much an animal lover and I would definitely recommend her :)

Just got back from a 9 day holiday left my two dogs a german shepherd and staffie i knew when we arrived at the kennels both dogs trotted of neither of them looked back lol. cant thank val and her team enough for looking after them. They are now back home just like they have never been away such a comfort to know they are in good hands as not the easiest of dogs massive thanks again xx

Lovely place I know my dog is well looked after. On way back from our holiday we were in a car accident, we rang told them what had happened the lady on the phone said that's fine don't worry don't rush back we will have Jensen for another night just collect him in the morning. I would highly recommend I won't let my boy go anywhere but here I know he's safe and well looked after.

absolutely disgusted with the owner. My Doberman stayed for a week when I picked him up he was unrecognisable. He had gone from 36.8kilos down to 32.9kilos. The vet said in order for him to have lost that amount of weight in 7 days he must have been starved. All the owner of the kennels could say was he was too fat when I brought him in. Next time we went away he stayed at the kennels in Great Ayton for 8 nights and didn't lose any weight

First time ever leaving my dog in kennels, since owning him at 8weeks old, he is 4yrs old now and normally with my 24/7. A lovely gentleman met me at reception, who helped carry my dogs bed ect, and reassured me my dog was fine before I left. My dog is very nervous around strangers but he didn't seem fazed at all by staying there. Stunning place, beautiful surroundings, easy to find, will definitely be using these kenels again. Buddy loved his day with Julie and the gang at Woofitts, we live miles away (200+) and were nervous of leaving him with a complete stranger for a family function.
