Gwynn is wonderful with communication and reliability. I was in the process of moving; Gwynn was understanding of the changes that are brought about by such an event. Though we did not meet in person, my father did have the pleasure of chatting with her the final morning. She is a true delight with a spirit for adventure. Gwynn reported often on the status of the canines, left the space tidy, and was an overall breeze to host. I came back to two happy dogs. I would highly recommend snagging Gwynn when you can!
Juliet was absolutely amazing! We chatted by phone prior to her stay and then were able to meet on the day of my departure. We went through the 'how to's' and I made sure she was settled before heading out. She was great about keeping in touch and letting me know how things were going. I could tell from the pictures she sent that William was happy and in good hands. We connected about her departure/my arrival home and and she let me know I'd need to give William his evening medication. I arrived to a very tidy home and a happy cat. :-) It really was an extremely positive experience. As Juliet lives in the Bay Area I hope she'll be able to stay again in the future. She gets my highest recommendation!
I had a great time staying at Fiona’s place and talking care of the Alfie and Milo. I felt very welcomed by Fiona and her place is very cosy. I loved being woken up by cuddling dogs in the morning. The two are easy to handle and very friendly. Staying in the village is also very nice with good walks, a wine bar , a shop and cafés.
We had a delightful stay in Bath! Flossie and Olive are two of the most affectionate, happy dogs that we’ve ever met and it was a pleasure getting to know them. John’s house is in a stunning setting on the Bath skyline, with breathtaking views over the city. The house is clean and well-furnished, and we were made to feel very at home! We’d love to come back!
It was a pleasure to sit for Heather and look after one of her dogs for her while the other was away. The house is very characterful and only a few minutes walk to trains and buses, yet in a quiet street.
Gigi was such a sweetheart. She has such a fun personality, gave good snuggles and was really well behaved. We became very fond of her and were sad to say goodbye. The location was great, with Mt Rainier making a couple appearances, groceries a couple blocks away and Alki within running distance. Arianne left fantastic notes and communication was great. Thanks for a great sit!
Sitting for Sam & Tucker was such a great time! Sam has a lovely, very clean, very comfortable apartment in a super cozy / cute neighborhood not far from downtown, and Tucker is literally *the SWEETEST* little doggo haha (❤️), so much love for Tucker and for this house sit! Thanks so much Sam, and if you’re thinking about sitting for Tucker, you will definitely have a great time!
Vallee and Brian are a lovely couple that welcomed me the day before to make me feel comfortable with the house and pets routine, as they were 6 of them and I was kind of anxious... Brian was responding quickly to my messages and solving any problem or inquiry I had. They have a beautiful home with a huge green area and bayou trails, just perfect for walks with the dogs and felt like in a retreat center! I didn't have a car but managed very well with Lyft and Uber for shopping and getting around. All the pets were so friendly, that I missed them so much after I left..... they are very energetic, I've never been bored with them! A great neighbor was there every time I needed something or just to talk. So, I highly recommend this sitting! Thank you so much for everything!
