Silvia is wonderful and kind - she takes the dogs on plenty of of walks and is very knowledgable about animals. Our dog loves Silvia and is ecstatic to stay with her. So much so that she even barks when we randomly walk by her house! I'm happy to highly recommend The Pet Sitter in Florence to trust with your pets.

We visited Florence for a few days, and Silvia was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a dog sitter for a few hours, and she was able to help us out. She was great with our dog, and he was pleased with her. Silvia also shared plenty of photos and videos while caring for our dog.

I had a wonderful experience with Sylvia. She came 3 times a day for a month to walk Mia while I was recovering from a fracture. She made my recovery a little less stressful.

She was puntual to pick up and drop off. Also, she sent pictures and videos of our dog. That was very reassurance.

Silvia is very attentive and precise. Full of concern and scrupulous. We entrusted our kittens to her while we were on holiday and she was really great. He respected their nature without forcing them, he left all the spaces clean, he followed all the instructions regarding food and the management of the house with great responsibility. I absolutely feel like recommending her because we felt very comfortable with her.

I met Silvia through word of mouth from friends, a kind and professional person, prepared and attentive to her work. Despite the initial contact difficulties, due to my work, travel and constant meetings, she made herself available via message or telephone and always looked for a meeting point. Before making an appointment in person and having talked at length about the dog and my various needs, he correctly sent me a price list, confirming the honesty and that the price is not made at the moment. The first impression, at our meeting, was positive, competent and attentive, he asked for confirmation of the information previously acquired, trying to evaluate what I said in the field. He asked me a series of questions to understand the dog's character, its characteristics and its critical issues. Having entrusted the dog, upon his return, I found a positive and relaxed attitude, something that had not previously happened with any other dog sitter. The other dog sitter, a person found in an emergency, an animal lover and at a very low cost, was more of an expense than a saving: he passed himself off as a dog sitter only to make money, he had no qualifications and experience as was found with Silvia and Above all, after a few days of foster care, I noticed that the dog had resumed some vices, which he had now overcome and was always agitated. In summary, before entrusting your animal, make sure who you give it to, check their qualifications and experience because the lowest price does not necessarily mean savings.

Extremely unfair person, Mrs. Silvia was supposed to come these days to meet my dog, she called me two days ago but my phone was busy, well since then she hasn't had five minutes to call me back and my messages were not relevant to what I was looking for and the beauty it's because she even sent me the price list but whoever wants to take the piss I wrote to her that I would call her back the next day to clarify and what did she do instead? He blocked me anyway no problem I just wanted to let you know that there are people and in any case I have already found another person, be careful who you turn to because not all people seem like what they are a more than negative experience

Silvia is a point of reference for us when we have to leave our cats or our dog! Always on time with photos and videos and always very helpful. Absolutely 5 stars for us!

What a wonderful doggy daycare!!! My guy was all smiles in the pictures sent while he spent a few hours here! It is located in the best spot so you can drop off, hit the museums, and pick up! My dog Buddy had an excellent experience here! They gave him so much love, and he had so much fun with the other dogs! They also sent me lots of pictures of my dog having fun and being loved, which helped me enjoy my trip more. I highly recommend them!

We were visiting Florence with our two dogs and needed a safe place for our dogs to stay while we visited museums. Tuscan Hounds was the perfect solution! They have two convenient locations within the historic district, took in our dogs on short notice, and treated them great! We had never boarded our 11 month old girls before but Tuscan Hounds kept us updated on their antics which made us more comfortable. They even sent pictures and a card about their first stay in daycare! Thank you so much for making our stay in Florence more enjoyable!

TuscanHound helped me so much as I was traveling alone and needed someone to take care of my Beagle girl to visit a museum in Florence. They even adjusted the drop-off time according to the time slot that was available at the Uffizi. The dog care is situated perfectly as it is in direct reach of the museums. My dog enjoyed a really nice stay, was being walked through a calm area (as she was scared of the hustle and bustle of Florence) and I even received some photos of her stay. The TuscanHound is the only place you should board your pets when staying in Florence! The team took such amazing care of our dog Vino, I’m pretty sure vino had a better vacation than we did because of the TuscanHound team! She stayed with Yuli who definitely treated vino like her own. TuscanHound provided a wonderful service for our dog. It was the first time we ever left him with someone. He stayed overnight and TuscanHound « pupgraded » him to the Château service for no extra charge so he could be especially well looked after. They sent regular photos and videos showing him playing in the garden on a water mat and going for a hilltop walk, then relaxing on a big bed. After a long day travelling in our car, it was a lovely break for him !!

We moved from Florence to the UK and TuscanHound transported our dog Archie by car. We can only recommend their outstanding service. They handled everything from vet visits prior to the travel, through documentation and planning. They made sure that the relocation is as stress-less as possible for Archie, and he actually seemed to enjoy the trip. They made regular stops with 2 overnight stays, many walks and kept him calm and engaged while updating us regularly. Before our relocation we also used their daycare services for several months, and Archie always had a great time. We are over all thankfull for the perfect caring of our Aussi Beetlejuice. The staff is so lovely and we got pictures during the daycare. He also got an AirTag so we felt absolutely safe. If you are ever in Florenz bring them your Dog. It couldn’t be any better! Thank you so much for everything!

It was the first time we left our Maltese breed King dog (particularly attached to us) to unknown people and we were delighted! We received constant update messages and photos throughout our stay at the property, we were very very satisfied. Highly recommended!
